The lobby smelled like if there was 10 people smoking at the same time nonstop. I was in room 208 and that floor didn’t smell too bad however the floor was already coming off and the tub was disgusting. One of the elevator was out of service and the area outside seemed unsafe.

The room was clean but smelled like smoke. The elevator makes a loud banging noise as it was going up. The other elevator wasn't working at all. Someone tried to run over the front desk guy in the parking lot. I'm not sure why. He was nice. The police were called. The lobby was run down and there was only an ice machine on the first floor.

Towed my car and didn’t tell me I needed the parking pass on dash. Person at desk spoke very softly and was unclear with any questions or comments we made. Second front desk person was very unhelpful and rude and just shrugged us off. Non smoking room also smelled horrid of smoke.

This property was not good. The entire place absolutely wreaked of cigarettes. Every towel and bed spread had stains, the a/c did work but it was circulating the cigarette smell and damp garbage. It was gross. You get what you pay for - but honestly you’d be better off sleeping in your rental car. The staff did the best they could and were kind - but the property was not good.

When we got there I forgot my id but the hotel room wasn’t even in my name. I was made to get my id from my house come back for them to then tell me I have to have a to pay a 50 $ deposit. EVEN THO I BOOKED WITH EXPEDIA !!! I used a chime card and had to put money in it making another trip back out it was a major hassle. Then I get in the room and the room wasnt up to par especially for a deposit bedding had holes in them the room stunk of outside bodies just smelled the ppl that were there before stunk and whoever cleaned the room didn’t use a good product if any. This should be a 50$ hotel honestly especially with the deposit.

There were roaches crawling around the room and in the bathroom. It was a very disgusting and disturbing experience. Also, there was no cleaning services the entire time of my visit. Will definitely NOT be recommending this place to anyone, ever!

The room smelled so bad when we opened the door to it. There was long hairs and pubic hairs in our bathtub. Lamps dusty and stained yellow. There was literal semen on the elevator walls. Cops always outside the property because something is always happening. House keeping vacuums the hallway at 1 and 2 in the morning. I wouldn't stay here ever again not even if it were free.

The security measures taken by the hotel gave me the impression that the surrounding area was not the best. My room was fine all around except for the cigarette burn holes I found in my sheets, despite it being a non-smoking room. In the morning I had to wait about ten minutes for someone to come to the front so I could check out.

Constant smell of tobacco & weed. There is a 1/2 inch gap under the door and it was in our nonsmoking room the entire stay. We couldn’t wait to leave in the morning. I also killed a bug crawling across my suitcase. Thankfully it was closed. I would never recommend this spot.

No refrigerator or microwave in the room. Beds were comfy though. Stupid to have to have IDs for everyone in the room. I understand mine was required but don’t think it was necessary to have my daughters I’d copied too.

We didn't have a chair in the room other then the desk chair and there were 3 in our room. Sitting on the bed was very uncomfortable watching TV. only 2 pillows per bed. The pictures showed coffee and the stand was there with nothing on it. The one employee had no idea of where we could go to eat. She said she wasn't from around there.

Stayed 4 days. Room seamed to have been recently renovated. Room was clean and comfortable. Would have liked coffee machine in room or coffee available in lobby. Bare bones budget hotel but I would stay there again with no problem.

Other than two beds there is only a chair at the desk. Nothing else to sit on. The TV is quite small, the flooring needs fixed or replaced near the entrance of the room. There's no information about the hotel or surrounding area. Seems like a pretty good location.

Hotel nice and updated inside and out. Check in was smooth and staff was helpful and friendly. Elevator worked but sounded like you might die in it (loud bangs and squeaks). Coffee offered in room but not in lobby. Could have used one more pillow and the mattress was very firm. Could have used a garbage can in bathroom. I think this was a hotel that offered smoking rooms but strong smell of Marijuana was distasteful.

No one at front desk upon entering/check-in or during the times we stepped out and returned back to the hotel. Upon checking-in and waiting a few minutes a staff member came out a room as they had been sleeping. Upon checking out, again no o e at front desk instead staff member was sitting between a room and front desk on her phone. When she looked up at me I told her i was checking out, she said"ok leave the card there on the reception desk" and went back to her phone. Super unproffessioal and lack of customer service.

I didn’t have the opportunity to check in dude to the rude man Thomas at the desk. He didn’t allow me to check in due to my guest not having an ID. My guest was NOT on the reservation and I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and never had this issue. Thomas was very rude about it and nasty and I plan to call Red Roof corp to further complain

The front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly. The facility was full to capacity so that may explain why the floors needed vacuuming. Also, it would have been nice if the attached restaurant was open. Outside of that, a very nice place for an overnight visit to CT.

Expedia overbooked. There were two king rooms smoking. Party of seven. No one smokes, yuck. Arrangement was two rooms two doubles. Tori art RR Inn host was great! But no rooms! Expedia, last time I an using you!

Only one staff at checkin. Only one staff at checkout Once I checked in I entered room and beer cans and bottles were on the desk. No chair at desk and the bed was unmade. It took 30 minutes for the one check in lady ( who was as kind and apologetic as she could be) to get me a clean room. The one good thing was the very visible presence of the security staff.

The hotel looks fine from the outside, but it seems to be a lower-end property that the company doesn't care about. The bed was fine and the sheets clean, but the floor was dirty, there were long hairs around, and I found a mouse dropping. The tub finish was peeling and the tub was slippery. A security person was knocking on the door next to mine when I arrived at the room, but whatever he was knocking for had apparently died down. The neighborhood appears to be a bit tough. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and there was actually a glass ashtray in the bathroom. I didn't even think you need to ask about smoking or nonsmoking rooms any more! It was like something from 20 years ago. I didn't use the TV, I so I don't know if that worked. The staff were very kind, however, the room locked fine, and noise (on a Saturday night) was minimal. Climate control in the room was good. Also, I parked fine in the front of the parking lot, and access is good to CT 9 and I-84. So it wasn't all bad, got the job done, but I wouldn't book there again unless the property was improved.

The bed was fine and the sheets clean, but the floor was dirty, there were long hairs around, and I found a mouse dropping. The tub finish was peeling and the tub was slippery. A security person was knocking on the door next to mine when I arrived at the room, but whatever he was knocking for had apparently died down. The neighborhood appears to be a bit tough. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and there was actually a glass ashtray in the bathroom. I didn't even think you need to ask about smoking or nonsmoking rooms any more! It was like something from 20 years ago. I didn't use the TV, I so I don't know if that worked. The staff were very kind, however, the room locked fine, and noise (on a Saturday night) was minimal. Climate control in the room was good. Also, I parked fine in the front of the parking lot, and access is good to CT 9 and I-84. So it wasn't all bad, got the job done, but I wouldn't book there again unless the property was improved.

It is in a rough area. You have to be buzzed into the lobby. You have to pay a mandatory $50 cleaning deposit. I was there two days for a softball tournament. No maid service. The room was clean and looked like it was recently painted. It was fine for what I needed (cheap and near the ball park) but I dont think I could recommend it others. I gave it three stars. We won the tournament so I’m in a generous mood

Stayed 4 days. Room seamed to have been recently renovated. Room was clean and comfortable. Would have liked coffee machine in room or coffee available in lobby. Bare bones budget hotel but I would stay there again with no problem.

The front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly. The facility was full to capacity so that may explain why the floors needed vacuuming. Also, it would have been nice if the attached restaurant was open. Outside of that, a very nice place for an overnight visit to CT.

1 ice machine for 6 floors and was not working anyway, low/ dim light in room, 1 lamp and was missing light bulbs, phone was unplugged and wall receptacle was missing, bed cover had many cigarette burn holes in it, carpet had large stains. Hotel had many extended stay families , children were running through hallways at 2 and 3 oclock in am. ( I love children, I have 12 grandchildren), no complimentary breakfast. I asked hiw often they changed linens and she handed me a set of sheets so I could change them myself

Hotel nice and updated inside and out. Check in was smooth and staff was helpful and friendly. Elevator worked but sounded like you might die in it (loud bangs and squeaks). Coffee offered in room but not in lobby. Could have used one more pillow and the mattress was very firm. Could have used a garbage can in bathroom. I think this was a hotel that offered smoking rooms but strong smell of Marijuana was distasteful.

This place is terrible, dirty, very unprofessional, they drink on the job, the passes to the door dont work, even when the parking pass is visible they tow your car, the ice machine dont work, the staff are very rude, the place be dirty, and stinky, they allow prostitution to happen their right in front of kids, they let people do drugs in the stairway, this place is definitely not a place for family, and hard working class people/family, they have hidden fees, even when they are wrong and you show them prove, they dont compensate you for the $$$ stolen from you, through their staffing unprofessionalism. This place should get shut down, and be put under new management. Do not, and DO NOT 🚫 RENT ROOMS FROM HERE!

Room had roaches, there were issues with staff, the card machine was down when I checked in after like 20 mins the staff decided to waive the deposit the next morning the front desk guy demanded I go pay for the deposit even tho we were about to check out I explained to him what happened at first he didn’t care and was quite rude . But ended up not charging the deposit, however he told me it don’t matter if I had already paid the room when I booked if deposit is paid I don’t get keys. IT IS NOT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT THE MACHINE DONT WORK OR THE STAFF HAVE NO CLUE WHAT TO DO. The bed was comfy but didn’t appreciate the roaches chillin in the room they didn’t help pay for. I’ll b canceling my return stay.
