Filthy property in public areas as as room and bathroom. Mold in shower and windows. No towels or toiletries. Could not stay.

This place was absolutely disgusting. The smell of pot and smoke was smelt throught the entire hotel beginning with outside. The smell was unbearable. The room, awful beds, dirty sheets and towels and no basic toiletries except toilet paper and a bar of soap. We ultimately took a loss and left the facility because we could not sleep at this total dump. STAY AWAY!

I will not be paying for this room as I did not stay. The building was filthy and moldy. The carpets were stained. The entire room and hallways and lobby reeked of smoke. I saw the room and went to return key and not stay and nobody was at desk. Is I see I was charged. I filed a complaint

First, the lobby reeks tobacco, and the carpet in the elevator is dirty. Second, air conditioner in the room was not cooling even after 4 hours. Third, the bed sheet was old and torn, there were 2 big black ants crawling on the carpets that I had to kill. In short, we could not stay and had to leave the place around 7:30pm because my nose was getting congested.

The Hotel wreaked of cigarettes as soon as you walked into the lobby. There was nobody at the front desk and avec they showed up a really ugly argument ensued with another customer who's room smelled of cigarettes and wanted another room but they refused to accommodate him and his family. Police had to be called. I finally got to my room and is was disgusting, dirty and smelled of cigarettes. After seeing what just ensued with the other customer i decided to just leave and stay in another hotel thar was clean. This is the most disgusting dirty hotel i have ever seen!!
