We got there early and they said our room wasn't "quite" ready yet, perfectly understandable as it was only 11 am, we said that's fine we have friends in room 103 we'll go hang out with them until our room is ready, within minutes our friends phone rings, you're room is ready we're putting you in 104 so you can be with your friends! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, ours had a cute patio overlooking the pool area, perfect, we hung out by the pool and took a quick walk to the beach across the parking lot behind the resort, next we went to lunch which was walkable, there's tons of stores and food options without needing a car, then when we came back they had a wine and cheese hour we enjoyed very much, there's no coffee in the room but they have coffee in the lobby and a "honor bar" the honor bar consists of a variety of wine, beer, cocktails, soft drinks, bottled waters and snacks that you charge to your room. Very reasonably priced and convenient, next morning we had breakfast which consisted of coffee, juice, muffins and quiches and boil your own eggs...it was wonderful, very friendly and accommodating, would recommend

The Inn at Cocoa Beach is a privately-owned, one of a kind place that we are happy to have discovered in our Florida vacation. From check-in to check-out, everything was top-notch! Staff was very friendly, breakfasts were awesome, beach access (with chairs and umbrellas for borrowing) was as close as you can possible get, the pool was perfect, as was the hammock, shuffleboard and viewing deck for rocket launches. Wine and cheese at 5:00 each evening, and an honor-system bar that was one of the coolest things ever. Well-maintained and decorated, just off the main road - so access was easy... Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity, too. There are also a pair of parrots that - if you're lucky - will say a couple of things. I actually got to hold one! I can NOT say anything negative about this place, and my wife and I definitely plan on staying there again when we're down that way.

My boyfriend had a delightful stay at the Inn at Cocoa Beach. I did request either a first floor room or and upper level room as long as the inn had an elevator. We got a first floor room which opened right out to the pool. We both really enjoyed the fact that it is an adults only place to stay. The Inn is quiet and peaceful with a wonderful staff.

Staff was great and place was clean. They offered great amenities not found in most hotels, such as beach umbrellas and chairs, cheese and wine at 5pm and non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks at a great price. Had a locked gate for access to the beach and in walking distance to the pier. Would definitely stay there again.

It’s an older property but very well maintained. Everything was clean and well cared for. Loved that they had an honor bar, nice breakfast in the morning and great knowledge of the area. All recommendations for dining and other area activities were spot on and extremely helpful. Great pool, yard, happy hour, beach access and so much more. I will definitely stay again if I return to the area.

Lovely characterful hotel located close to the beach. Nice pool, great service and welcome touches such as free parking, wine and cheese hour, free to use beach chairs, towels and umbrella. Plenty of restaurants and a supermarket (Winn Dixie) all within walking distance. Stayed in a standard room ocean view which was small but comfortable although the ‘ocean view’ is a bit stretched as was only visible from one specific spot in the room whilst looking through trees at an angle ! Only improvement on the room would be a small fridge to keep drinks cool during the Summer Florida heat but ice is available and the hotel provides an honesty bar with both alcoholic and soft drinks available

Lovely old style hotel. It felt like stepping back in time with the evening wine and cheese get togethers, the open honour bar and the lovely staff. Pool was great, location perfect and the hotel was comfortable and clean. Daily housekeeping was a bonus these days The only thing I missed was a fridge in the room, but there was ice available, so no big deal, it would not put us off staying there again for sure. Loved the easy access to the beach and the view of the rocket launch site

The Inn was quite lovely and beautifully decorated. The property was well maintained. The flowers were beautiful. The customer service was excellent. Our only complaints were that there was no closet to hang our clothes in. Also, there was no microwave or coffee pot or refrigerator. Also, the shower was not good. And we saw some mold on the bathroom ceiling.

Out stay was for one night, based on the area and the room we have already decided to return to cocoa beach and want to stay again. Room was comfortable breakfast was awesome and what little time we had to explore the area was great. I always look at the cleanliness of a room when I get into it and all I found was under the bed had not been swept before our arrival, mot saying it was dirty just some dust under the bed.

Although the building is a little dated, it actually added to the experience. The friendliest staff and the best amenities. The pool area was gleaming and the complimentary chair and umbrella were a huge convenience. Our room was super clean and even when we walked by the cleaning staff at any time during the day we were met with a beautiful smile and they always asked if we needed anything. Would 100% recommend staying here.

One of the worst states of my entire life. When I got there, it was pouring rain and the lady at the desk told me the wrong way to get to my room (which was upstairs). So I walked around in the rain to try and find my room, finally went back and she said she was sorry she told me the wrong way. Then, when I got there on each side of the bed, the outlets wouldn’t hold a plug-they had to get me an extension cord to use another plug in the room. Then the TV wasn’t working, she came up and tried to fix it. I told her later it still wasn’t working, but she said all the TVs had a problem. And the morning mine still wasn’t working properly. The next day, the owner came up and after much I’m working on the existing TV, finally got me a new one. The room cleaning was a joke-The maid took like some kind of wet towel mop and wiped it really fast over the floors. I could see long hairs still on the bathroom floor (which were not mine, I have short hair). The shower had barely enough water to rinse off, and was so tiny. I could barely fit in it. Microwave was so tiny. It was ridiculous. I have stayed and dives that were better than this place. The rooms need electric updating, they need to improve the cleaning of rooms, etc. would not recommend .

The Inn at Cocoa Beach is serene and relaxing. The room we stayed in ,101, definitely showed it's age and was in need of furniture refurbishment but the floors were new and it was clean. The check-in process was easy and the friends we brought with us received a complimentary room upgrade due to mobility issues. We will return!

Hidden little jem in Cocoa Beach! What a nice place. The staff was excellent from the maintenance guys, which do more then maintenance, to the cleaning lady to the front desk people and on-site manager team. It was a nice stay. Breakfast was fantastic each morning. Room was spotless, huge and COLD! AC set on 70 which is nice when it’s 90’s out and coming off beach. Say hi to the parrots for us!

Everything about this resort is as promised -- friendly, clean, neat, and most comfortable. However, here's a couple things we noted that some travelers might not be aware of: First, no refrigerator nor microwave in the room -- resort policy. Second, the bathroom is a bit small, and has a Roman Shower -- no door, so if one is not very careful, shower spray gets all over the floor. The traveler should keep in mind that this property is an "Inn", with all it's unique quirks and benefits, and not so much like a typical hotel, like a Hilton. On a continuum, it's slightly more like a Bed & Breakfast, but just a little... Great, friendly, highly competent personnel there -- and a full bar and snack room, on the honor system -- very nice. The pool is wonderful -- we spent a number of hours lounging about it, chatting with other guests, etc. Very, very clean and comfortable, along with the bathroom -- everything is very nice and top-notch. We will stay there again if our travels take us back to Cocoa Beach, FL.

The staff were excellent, and the property was charming and well-kept, although it was hindered by very thin walls. Upon arrival in our room, we could distinctly hear the entirety of a work meeting happening in the adjacent room. Additionally, it appeared that the guests above us were rearranging their furniture multiple times throughout our two-night stay, based on the noises we heard 🙃. Our first-floor room offered a view of the garden and pool area, both of which were delightful. The hotel is situated before a public beach parking lot, leading to a beach that, while beautiful, was more crowded than we had hoped. This might not be an issue for some guests. The staff were excellent, and the property was charming and well-kept, although it was hindered by very thin walls. Upon arrival in our room, we could distinctly hear the entirety of a work meeting happening in the adjacent room. Additionally, it appeared that the guests above us were rearranging their furniture multiple times throughout our two-night stay, based on the noises we heard 🙃. Our first-floor room offered a view of the garden and pool area, both of which were delightful. We had a wonderful stay at this charming, retro-style hotel. It’s a quiet, relaxing property with beautifully kept grounds and a nice pool area. Our first-floor room opened directly to the pool, which was incredibly convenient, and we loved the rocking chairs outside our sliding doors. Staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive, and housekeeping was fantastic. The grounds crew kept everything spotless, especially around the pool. Beach access is excellent, and having both the pool and ocean steps away is a huge plus. Chairs and umbrellas provided are a bit dated but usable. Rip current warnings limited ocean time during our visit, but that’s out of the hotel’s control. A few inconveniences: no refrigerator or coffee maker in the room, no closet (so you’ll live out of drawers or a suitcase), two days of noise from work in the room above, and a brief water shutoff. On the plus side, the air conditioner worked perfectly, the shower was spacious, beds were a good size, and the TV allowed us to log into our streaming apps. We enjoyed several nearby restaurants—Long Doggers was our favorite. Despite a few minor hiccups, we left relaxed and happy and would gladly return.

Wonderful hotel. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Cleaning service was efficient and always available for extras. Plenty of chairs for the beach and easy access to anything within walking distance. Room was spacious and the view was good on the ocean side. Not much of an ocean view unless on the third floor or higher. Their site says ocean view starting in the second floor, but not much of one. The only true biggie was the water pressure from the shower. Was very low, other than that we would return again.

The room’s cleanliness was acceptable, and while the space is clearly dated, it does have a certain charm. The locks still use traditional metal keys, and although there are a few streaming channels and WiFi available, the room lacks modern amenities—such as a refrigerator for keeping drinks cold. When I addressed this with the front desk attendant, I was told they were “just sugar ants” and common in Florida. Nice, cute and elegant property. Reminds me of something from Italy. The room was much smaller than expected but manageable. No fridge for drinks. The view was of the pool and little of the ocean as described. Staff was super sweet no matter who we encountered. We would definitely stay here again.

The room had a very small bathroom. Your knees almost hit the door when using the toilet. The shower did not have a door that closed so water would leak onto the floor There was no mini-fridge so no way to keep cold drinks or leftovers in the room. No dresser for your clothes or closet. Hooks were provided and 2 small nightstands. 1 Decorative cabinet that had a small shelf. A little difficult to find places to fit your clothes.

Lovely old style hotel. It felt like stepping back in time with the evening wine and cheese get togethers, the open honour bar and the lovely staff. Pool was great, location perfect and the hotel was comfortable and clean. Daily housekeeping was a bonus these days The only thing I missed was a fridge in the room, but there was ice available, so no big deal, it would not put us off staying there again for sure. Loved the easy access to the beach and the view of the rocket launch site

The staff genuinely seem happy all the time. Great breakfast with baked muffins, fruit and eggs. Coffee/ tea 24 hrs and honor system bar! Laid back quiet place with atmosphere. Highly recommend the Inn and I never write reviews

All the people at Cocoa Beach Inn were the absolute sweetest! Liz was such a delight getting us checked in and the puppies in the lobby are the cherry on top. Excellent amenities abound as well. They have a common area with beer and wine and cocktails for sale and a nightly happy hour with wine and cheese for guests. The pool is clean and comfortable. The room was exactly what we needed. The bed was so comfortable I even asked them for the brand of mattress so that we could get our own! Medium firmness and extra wide. The proximity to everything can't be beat either. You can walk or ride a bike easily to anywhere you'd want to go in Cocoa Beach area, and driving anywhere else is a snap. You're also right on the beach, and I mean right on the beach. Hotel also felt very secure. 10 of 10 will stay again!

I checked in late that evening and the lady at front desk was so helpful and considerate.She showed where to get a quick bite to eat and she looked for me to get back. I thanked her but know she’s a keeper to any front office staff.

The ocean view from our 4th floor balcony was exactly what we'd hoped for. The breakfast area, food, and staff were exceptional. Adam was particularly helpful, even going to his car to get us bottled water for the beach. The macaws were an unexpected plus (but don't touch). The daily wine and cheese tasting provided a good time to meet other guests. We stayed there after Labor Day when the crowds were gone and loved it.

It’s the people within it that makes a hotel incredible and Larry and his team are those people … they worked round the clock to ensure that we were safe during the hurricane …they worked around the clock to ensure this beautiful hotel was up and running afterwards… it’s not like a hotel it’s like staying with family .. it’s also a little quiet oasis .. couple of steps from the beach and the nearest restaurants .. breakfast is a delight ..in short it’s a place to chill-out .. so many positives no negatives here … would recommend and stay here again in a heartbeat

We arrived very early. Our room wasn’t ready, but the person at reception gave us a parking pass and a key to the gate, also she called us when the room was ready which was a couple hours before checking in time. Great service! Convenient location, right in front of the beach and one block behind Ron Jon Surf Shop. The hotel has old charm and hospitality.

We got there early and they said our room wasn't "quite" ready yet, perfectly understandable as it was only 11 am, we said that's fine we have friends in room 103 we'll go hang out with them until our room is ready, within minutes our friends phone rings, you're room is ready we're putting you in 104 so you can be with your friends! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, ours had a cute patio overlooking the pool area, perfect, we hung out by the pool and took a quick walk to the beach across the parking lot behind the resort, next we went to lunch which was walkable, there's tons of stores and food options without needing a car, then when we came back they had a wine and cheese hour we enjoyed very much, there's no coffee in the room but they have coffee in the lobby and a "honor bar" the honor bar consists of a variety of wine, beer, cocktails, soft drinks, bottled waters and snacks that you charge to your room. Very reasonably priced and convenient, next morning we had breakfast which consisted of coffee, juice, muffins and quiches and boil your own eggs...it was wonderful, very friendly and accommodating, would recommend

Beautiful, charming, safe, quiet, and cozy property. The front desk staff radiate warmth and professionalism. Most patrons were older adults (although it was January) so as a 20s couple we appreciated the peace and quiet. We appreciated being steps from beach access (private—key to gate attached to your room key.) The location, price, quaintness, and friendliness of the staff make up for the lack of: (1) plant based options (“free breakfast” does not provide substantial nutrition for a vegan or a bodybuilding male), and (2) gym (was the size of a large walk-in closet with outdated equipment and dumbbells only going up to 30). We did find a few healthy, delicious vegan-friendly restaurants nearby. We also easily walked to Ron Jon surf shop and (I understand not everyone cares for these amenities or dietary preferences though wanted other interested travelers to know.) I wouldn’t recommend this stay if you expect luxury, as this is more of a nostalgic, warm, cozy, minimal-amenities stay. If you are on a budget and the above considerations don’t bother you, it is a good deal.

I read the reviews and this place lived up to them. The ladies for breakfast were all great. My husband never eats the complimentary breakfast but did here. Its al homemade. Small egg quiche and muffins. Eggs to hard boil or softt toast fruit and gronala and yogurts. Just enough before you hit the beach. Pool was well kept and clean. never eats complimentary

What a gem! A true Inn. We were amazed by all the small details. Quiet. Calm. Amazingly clean. I absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a place with true character and charm. The breakfast was phenomenal. Their little quiches are so yummy! The pitcher of iced tea in the lobby told us we were in the right place. The staff was attentive and friendly. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Also, be prepared to get an actual real key to your room! Haven’t seen one of those in a good while.

Great boutique hotel on the beach. Steps to the beach. Nice balcony and beautiful room. Staff was great! Sweet tea when you check in. Oatmeal cookies on Saturday. Fresh made breakfast. Wine and cheese happy hour. Honor bar. We also got to see a Musk rocket launch of 22 satellites from the upper terrace. This place reminds me of the hotels in the old movies. Price was very reasonable. I can't say enough nice things about this hotel! It's only 30 minutes from the Kennedy space center.

5 stars on every level! Breakfast is outstanding. Ambiance relaxing & calm. Great pool area & right on the beach walk! A must for Cocoa beach !

Breakfast was very good. The evening reception was great. The room was ok good size but the balcony was very small with the ac unit taking up about 1/3 of it so the balcony wasn’t really usable because of the noise and heat from the ac unit. The bathroom was like a fishbowl. No privacy. The elevator smelled horrible. Our third visit and the last.

This was our 2nd stay at the Inn after having an enjoyable stay previously. The property itself is characterful and although the standard rooms are quite small they are clean and perfectly comfortable. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and although the breakfast isn’t too plentiful it is freshly made and appetising. The provision of free to use towels, beach chairs and umbrellas for the adjacent beautiful beach is a welcome touch as is the free wine and cheese hour each late afternoon. The pool area is also well maintained with plenty of beds, chairs, umbrellas etc. Free parking for guests is also a very big plus. The surrounding area is quiet with various restaurants within walking distance. The nearby Winn Dixie which was useful for grabbing food for the beach has now closed although I believe it is being replaced with an Aldi. There is however a 7-Eleven across the street to grab snacks, drink etc. The Inn also operates an honesty bar for soft and alcoholic drinks although we did not use this facility so cannot comment further. I can understand why this hotel may not be everyone’s cup of tea as it is quaint and different from the norm (you get greeted by parrots going for breakfast!) but to me that’s a big appeal and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay for a 3rd time in the future if ever in Cocoa Beach again.

Quaint family owned and operated Inn by the beach. Great amenities, daily breakfast, coffee and tea in the lobby, fully stocked self service bar, and friendly staff make this hotel a perfect choice. Highly recommend
