Was a nice clean place to stay in. Unfortunately I had someone back into my front bumper while I was there and they don't have cameras in the parking lot. Other than that I'd definitely stay there again.

The person who checked me in was very nice. This facility appears to have been ignored. One elevator didn’t work. The fitness center was closed.

No running water from evening until morning due to remodeling project. NO shower or toilets working !! They should NOT rent room while under remodeling. I got a first floor room only to find myself with the “ remodeling crew” working on 2nd floor the whole night, hammering away. Really !? I had to move at 1AM to another floor in order to be able to sleep. Terrible experience and poor management.

Beds were very comfortable and room was spacious. Amenities were plentiful and staff was very attentive. There were no EV chargers on property. Multiple sanitizer dispensors were empty and surprisingly not present in eating area.

Pool and pool area needs to be updated.

I stayed for 4 nights. There was only one elevator working. The elevator had stained carpet. When arriving onto the floor, it smelled musty and so did the room at the beginning until I sprayed some disinfectant. The refrigerator worked okay, however, the small freezer was completely full of ice on the walls. The free breakfast was okay, except the food was luke warm, never really hot. All the staff was very friendly. Outside, north side of the building - it was dark. No lights of any kind. In fact that side entrance had a light fixture over the door, but was not working.

I realize they are renovating, so I understand the mess. The receptionist at the front was super friendly, super sweet. We collected our things to go to our room, only 2 elevators, we rode up in the construction elevator and it sounds like it was grinding at the stops on the floor. A woman commented that's a little worrisome. We entered our room, it was freezing stating 72 on the thermostat. Turned it down and the heat came on so we turned it off. The air conditioning unit in the room was falling apart, the front was literally falling off. We had an event so we dressed and left the room, we turned the thermostat to 78, we decided to take the stairs, no warning as to what we might walk into, we were smack dab in the middle of the construction zone, pans of paint on the floors, broken tiles, just a mess. A few hours later when we returned the room was ery warm, we turned it back to 72 and still it was warm, when previosly we were cold. That night when the air conditioning unit shut off the noise was so loud I thought my husband fell out of bed. The unit continued to make that noise for the rest of the evening, the room was still too warm. Resulting in neither of us getting a good night's sleep. The alarm clock (not set by us) woke us at 5:58 AM, at that point we were so disgusted we showered and left. We were very disappointed we have stayed there before and were always happy. The parking was horrible as half the lot was blocked off, due to construction.

They are under construction and the place is a mess. Would have never stayed there if I had known. They should close down during construction.

Very nice clean property. Pool area was enjoyed by all kids.

I felt safe here. The only thing that stunk was the pool was closed for maintenance and dryer was broke. Parking was horrendous. But overall. Staff was amazing and the stay was great.

Water stains on the ceiling and the room was humid despite the air conditioner. It was clean and the staff was great so nothing horrible. I think the hotel just needs a little love.

The room was comfy enough and plenty big. Didn't really care for the layout of the bathroom. However, the biggest issue I had was the cockroach I saw on the floor and the bug that was crawling on the bed after we woke up in the morning. We were only there for less than 8 hours to sleep overnight, so it wasn't the worst. But seeing the bugs after we got up gave me the ick.

The staff was extremely friendly and responsive. The room was very clean and fresh.

Everything was really good all around, but there’s a little room for improvement. I could hear the upstairs guests walking, don’t know if they were being loud or something could be done about it.

It was very good in general, we to stay in marriot because they are very clean. My only complain is that the rooms are not very well insulated and i could hear the neighbors next room talking until 2 am. They were not yelling and however we could hear them when we tried to sleep, and in the night, when everything is dark inside the room, you can see the illuminated line around the door to the hall, what means the door didn't seal completely and dust amd sounds can come inside. We have been 3 weeks ago. In the marriot from Glendale, CA and you can't hear almost anything. And even, on those days they were as guests the contestants for American Idol and they sing all day on their rooms.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable & the tub/shower faucet were not working well. The place was very clean and the service was excellent!

We came here for our sons operation, and it didn’t meet expectations. The website and photos draw a completely different experience than what your actually going to get. The rooms were really small, the beds were not comfortable at all. There was missing things in the room as far as toilet paper, soaps, and other essentials that normally would be inside of a hotel room. The Wi-Fi was very bad, then will make you pay for a upgraded version which even though was not high, it was a surprise because they advertise the Wi-Fi as being really fast. The also advertise free streaming services, but the o lot think that’s free is the tv your using as they make you out in you own credentials. They also star there is free movies from them you can watch, this is not true everything needs to be paid for to watch. The free breakfast area, was not good at all, the apple juice was cloudy so we didn’t get any food. Basically, you will be getting less than half of what you’re promised when you stay. It’s definitely not worth hundreds of dollars for a couple days.

We were not impressed with this hotel. Seemed tired and a bit worn. Shade in room was broken and room was like daylight all night! Wasn’t hapoy

Only thing I wish is to have not gotten an accessibility room, king size bed was practically on the floor. Was not comfortable and bathroom was leveled up in the shower so water was running out of shower on to the floor. No cover on toilet seat and no hooks to hang clothes etc

It was in line with the wall in between the bedroom and suite area, but both area couldnt watch the TV at the same time. It would've been better with 2 TVs. The breakfast was wonderful (cereals, pastry, waffles, veggie sausages, egg, oatmeal, coffee, juices). Checkin was a bit delayed as we stood at the front desk for almost 10 minutes waiting for someone to come. We waited a significant amount of time later the next day aswell. It would be helpful for there to be a bell or some other way to contact the front desk clerk. Overall however, great hotel. Would be happy to stay again.

Laura was great in getting me checked in early, even calling my cell to let me know a room was available. The breakfast staff was super friendly and went out of their way to find a product I was looking for. Located close to the Sports Center, which was the reason for our stay.

The hotel canceled my reservation without any explanation. They didn't even contact me to tell me about it. Front desk guy rude and didn't help at all blaming Expedia for the whole situation. The decided to take my room because it was moving day. They just don't care because they know they will book the rooms anytime

Everything about this trip has been tiring and stressful except for the Hotel. The Staff has been absolutely professional and courteous and friendly at the highest level. I travel for work and stay at hotels 1000s over the years and this one and its staff is the absolute best I have evwr encountered and This Hotel had everything My mother had cancer surgery and stayed an extra 2 nights after she was released and they had a wheelchair for her to get around and a shower chair so she feel clean and idk Ive never experienced a hotel that felt so much like a family member or a friend. Thank you for making it possible for me to take carenof my mother during this time

I was traveling with my two young children. It was close to 11PM , the door to the hotel room was not unlocking and maintenance wanted to replace the battery. Front desk would not give me a new room because I did not feel comfortable sleeping in a room with the door that did not properly lock, especially being alone with two young children. I wanted a refund and stayed at a different hotel.

Front desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful! She carried on a conversation with our daughter and even asked how her day was when we returned, just so kind! The key wouldn’t open the door and she resolved that situation immediately.

We had such a great stay! The room was clean and spacious and staff was very accommodating. Ms. Shirley at breakfast was a true gem! She was so kind and provided amazing customer service!

Wonderful stay all the way around. People were friendly, the room and lobby was clean and breakfast was good. Convenient to interstate and UF campus. Will stay again.

The property is great and the service was top notch. Breakfast was mid, not very good. Very convenient and access to surrounding shops and restaurants. Great location!

The hotel is well kept and clean. The location is near many shops, grocery store, and restaurants. Did not like that there were homeless people at the corner of the hotel hanging out drinking alcohol and smoking.

Great location. The desk staff was accommodating, I arrived at 01:00 and the night shift clerk had everything ready for my check in.

The hotel was close to a good shopping area for food, and the hotel itself was quiet and relaxing.

This place is clean, quiet and convenient

Just off the interstate. Lots of stores and restaurants around.

It was prefect. The location is near everything. Everything was walking distance. A tourist location and place to stay with family.

The breakfast was excellent. The food was very good and it was well stocked with a wide variety of food choices. It was clean and the staff were very helpful. The persons name there was Audrea. The hotel was clean and all of the staff were friendly helpful and knowledgeable.
