Not a 5 star property but it was ok. Breakfast is actually a "grab and go". It comprised of oats packages, muffins, stuff for tea and coffee and a gew fruits (I only saw oranges but I was always late). If you're just looking a place to rest and not concerned about other amenities, this can work. No pool also.

The bath tub was dirty and the sink was clogged I reported it two times and no one came to fix it. The staff at the front desk is rude mostly the night staff. They don't seem to care. The "breakfast" is a joke. The pool was broken.

Everything was good, the downside was the pool was closed. Other than that it was great.

Basic and pool was out of order. No ice machine. Sorry breakfast. Will not stay at that hotel again.

We did not end up checking into this hotel. Pool was out of order and has been for about 5 years, however that information was not disclosed on the amenities. Hotel front desk lady was rude but did cancel our reservation without any charge.

Make sure to check the address as they have multiple hotels with the same name in the airport area. The hotel is quite close to the airport but there is no shuttle, you can definitely hear the planes!

I was told there was an airport shuttle, there was not. It also talks about a complimentary breakfast and then you go down there and are some packaged muffins and breakfast bars. Front desk says you have a kitchen in your room.. this is grab and go.

I stayed here in March and since then to now, in December, the pool and shuttle service remains unavailable. Beyond that, the property is clean, comfortable and staff is accommodating.

First strike the pool was closed the entire 8 days I was there and no form of notification was on the site when we booked nor through for the trip updates. I saw the notification at the front desk while we waited about 30 minutes for someone to come check us in. The breakfast was beyond minimal only muffins, breakfast bar, tea and coffee if you're lucky to find any when you arrive. 6am-9:30am is krazy for breakfast when you're on vacation. If you're not there early to catch a fruit or yogurt I saw A guest with ONE morning you won't end up with anything other than a MINI chocolate or blueberry muffin and something hot to drink they don't look like they restock the breakfast. They don't even have a ice machine. Strike 3 was 2 big big roach made themselves at home in my room and appears the 1st and second day and we killed them both. Strike 4 my tub was FILTHY but the female manager with the salt and pepper hair was VERY nice. My bathtub was a HOT mess when I came in I told the other person at the front desk she sent a cleaner and age came with a cup of something and cloth and said its a stain and can't move. It was late and I was tired from my flight I went to the tub use my nail n scrubbed part of the wall and the scum came out the next day the manager came in my room with a scrubber and cleaning supplies and cleaned it herself. Some of the mess was stains that needs to be professionally removed ASAP but she got a lot of the dirt out that the house keeper didn't.

AC units are dirty and right next to the bed. The smell of mold emanates. It made me very sick. I had to leave.

Our hotel room smelled like mildew and mold. Sheets had stains on them.

We had bed bugs in our beds. My kids got bitten all over. Don’t recommend this place.!!

The location is convenient and the room looked nice but it was a little dirty and smelly, also it was a little noisy.

The bedroom area was clean not so much bathroom the bathtub had a dark ring it wasn't cleaned properly and the kitchen had garbage in the trash can and the flat top stove was not heating properly maybe because the black stuff was covering the burner also the pool was not open they need to check room 520 before they let anyone check in that room it might be a fire hazard.I should have took pictures

Rooms by the highway side are not advisable if you are a light sleeper, as I am. Great quite A/C and pleasant rooms. Close to Miami airpot and walking distance to restaurants and massage. Safe area. Great staff great price nice size room

The rooms were okay. It was comfortable and clean. The front desk staff was friendly. There are a couple nice restaurants in walking distance. I was only there for one night and left early in the morning for a flight.

Everything was okay, the room had existing damages in it (the wall had a tear in it by the window!) and the shower was really difficult to turn on and the water changed temperature a lot.

There was a sofa bed in terrible condition not even for a dog can be ok.

The property was ok not great but still met mine and my family’s needs. The breakfast options are lacking ( packaged muffins and grain bars only for food and basic coffee and tea) but I didn’t go there for the breakfast anyway. The rooms are spacious and complete but the hotel itself needs some maintenance- we needed the pullout couch/bed additional option - it was old and felt it could collapse at anytime but made the most of it. Would I stay there again - probably if I just need a place to rest my head at end of day. The pool was also closed as they indicated that they have been without city approval to reopen their pool months now.

Overall, it was a great stay. The hotel is modern and clean. The staff was accommodating and helpful. However, the pool was closed off for the entire 2 wks we were there. The shuttle was out of service and the wifi was a bit slow.

This hotel is not a luxurious or modern hotel but it had everything we needed and was very clean and spacious. The staff spoke English well and were very welcoming and helpful.

Check in went really well. We arrived early due to getting off our cruise, and chose to fly home the day after. We initially went to just check out bags into the hotel, and she said our room was actually ready and waived a early check in fee. Best thing to happen that morning, since we were held up so long exiting the cruise. The room was really spacious for 5 people, and definitely cost friendly. Food options in walking distance, and Uber/Lyfts readily available within minutes.

The Good: Front desk staff at check in was great! The Bad: Front desk staff in the evening was very rude. We had a room with 3 beds. There was no bedding for the fold out bed. We were made to feel like an inconvenience for even asking.

A pretty average hotel in every possible way. The older Latino gentleman at the front desk, however, was a pleasure to deal with, his dyspeptic African American female colleague, not so much; it was almost as if she was projecting all that was wrong with her life on to me; a very unpleasant person, to say the least.

I enjoyed my stay although one of the lady's at the front desk was rude,the older gentleman was very nice and helpful! Overall our stay was comfortable.id stay again

The don’t have good breakfast and the front desk night shift lady she was so mean to my mother because she asked for towels and paper towels

The stay here was absolutely wonderful. Was having surgery and needed something close by the hospital. Quiet, convenient and accessible to other areas rather quickly. Make sure you come back at a decent time to secure a parking spot. Came back one night at around 11pm and almost didn't find parking. The room was very cozy, kitchenette with 2 stovetops to cook, full size fridge, queen size bed, a sofa and a recliner which was a game changer because it's what I slept in since I had surgery it was more comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!!

the breakfast was horrible no creamer left by 8:15am and only 6 tiny muffins this was the free breakfast what a joke. the facility has a weird smell but the staff was nice and it was clean... the water didn't get very hot and the tub was a little yellow

Hotel was booked last minute, so didn’t find the rate to be a good deal but had no choice. During my check-in, staff were not very friendly and never greeted my family while we went in/out. The breakfast was not restocked so going 30 mins before it ended meant you only get coffee if you’re lucky.

The breakfast option was terrible. It’s not Iike the other extended stays where actual breakfast was served.

My stay was seven days, the breakfast was bare minimum only muffins and coffee (there are vending machine options but you need to pay obviously). The pool was out of service when I asked they said it was closed since a year ago was disappointed about that. Overall the rooms were good and it was near to a lot of food places

Hello, my stay was very good, except the breakfast is not suitable for a hotel of this category; it is just an offering of snacks. I think it should not be called breakfast, as one has a different expectation. For example: coffee, milk, rolls, eggs, yogurt, butter, some cheese, and/or fruits The hotel should improve this treatment of the customers and not use sweet things and coffee.
