Holiday Inn Express & Suites. by IHG

Booked room for 1 night for elderly parents. In morning, discovered shower was broken & had to kneel in tub to get clean. When I picked parents up the woman working at front desk said she couldn’t do anything b/c I wasn’t a rewards member. Called back & spoke to manager. who said they would give refund. Never got refund & got runaround every time I called back, Person would say they were working on it & would call me back, but tbey would never call.

Stayed here three days while attending a family event. We will stay again. Great breakfast, comfortable rooms, clean. Good water pressure in the shower and beds not too soft or too hard. The breakfast was truly impressive - everything seemed fresh and was cooked well.

Our 2 nights stay was great. The room was clean and good size, bed was comfortable and a good layout. Ample parking right out front with a many food eateries 2mins drive away (12mins walk). The breakfast supplied was good and the staff excellent. If in the area again we would stay once more. Thank you for a great stay.

Very clean and nice breakfast. Housekeeping was very attentive

Noise from elevator last all night could not asleep at all breakfast was very good. Will stay as long as I am on the first floor.
