When arrive, we walked into our room, the hallway smells like smoke as well walking into the room. The floor was wet not fully dry and it was still dirty as we walk on our feet with no shoes on. The bathroom tub was stain, pressure shower was light, Shower leak as it was turn off. Microwave not working, middle of the night the smoke alarm would beep as if battery needed to be change. Some lights would work and not at times. Everything was old and had stain on dressers or drawers. No hair dryer. The back door of the hotel could not be closed all the way. I felt unsafe as a guest. When I ask to move to another room for a 2nd night, the lady simply said they were all the same or that was fully book. We just left after the first night, breakfast was lame meaning there was only coffee & muffins. Terrible hotel. Unclean and felt unrested. This hotel needs to do better! worst then motel 8.

The hotel does not look like the pictures at all. Picked non smoking room and entire building and rooms smell like cigarettes. Door had dried food, tub was brown dirty, cracking. Sheets looked yellow, couch was extremely dirty and had food crumbs. tv screen had what looked like food splatter and no ac. Needless to say i checked in at 3:05 and checked out by 3:07.

Stayed for less than a hour and left, was told I would get a refund that I still have not received. The walls were cracked and peeling, a tv was missing, multiple lightbulbs were missing, the tub was leaking, there was mold in the bathroom, the windows were open when we got into the room and they would not close properly, there was food from the previous guest inside the pull out bed, there was no pillows sheets or blankets for the pull out and when asking the front desk was told there was only one pillow available also the locking mechanism on the door was damaged

Lastimosamente no fue una buena experiencia para tener un lindo recuerdo con mi hijo. Las luces del baño no estaban funcionando correctamente, la tina estaba en muy mal estado. El lavabo del baño estaba tapado. La refrigeradora apestaba y con oxido. El lugar en donde estaba el toma corriente estaba roto. El sofa cama viejo. Ya con esas impresiones que tuvimos de la habitación, ni ganas nos dio de desayunar en las mañanas, nos dio miedo. Simplemente pido disculpas, pero es un lugar que no recomendaría a nadie. Sobre todo la habitación 216 que es la que nos brindaron para hospedarnos.
