I rented this house for my son’s 16th birthday so we were a total of (10) 7 teens, one child and two adults. The boys really enjoyed their stay, they went fishing and swimming. The house also provided kayaks and paddle boards which they loved. They did s’mores in the fire pit, grilled out and played board games which the house also provided. They do have life jackets as well for the water activities. The backyard was beautiful, the scenery and lake view were just perfect. The indoor decor is absolutely adorable with fun signs and unique little details throughout the home. The kitchen was super nice, brand new looking appliances, the amazing stove/oven being my favorite feature since I spent a lot of time cooking for everyone. We forgot waters but thankfully the amazing fridge had filtered water so we were fine. The house was stocked with basic needs including a French press which was super exciting to find! Beds were very comfortable, the owners provided plenty of bedding. The neighborhood and the house feel very safe, it was peaceful and the neighbors seemed friendly. This was the perfect rental for what we needed, we will definitely be back and tell all our friends!

We had such a great time! This was our third time staying here and it was wonderful as always! The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of water toys to play with, and the beds were all comfortable. We hope to stay again soon!

It was the perfect location for us. (Ages 32-60) Having this home on the water was the right choice. We used the life jackets, kayaks and outdoor grill. Price was right and communication with owner was fast. I highly recommend this property.

This property was amazing. The house was very comfortable and well stocked. The lake access on a quiet cove made for an incredibly fun weekend of swimming and floating. Communication with the host could not have been better. She was quick to answer questions and was very accommodating. We really enjoyed our time and the property and recommend it highly!

The place has just what we need. Plenty of room with furnishings, supplies, a newly remodeled kitchen. The dock is in deep water with plenty of room for our boat. The extra storage lot across the street is ideal for storing our boat trailer. The owner, Melissa, is very agreeable and helpful. We hope to return next year.

We had an amazing stay! Host was great at communicating and couldn’t have been easier to deal with. The property is right on the water with lots of toys to play with. I would highly recommend staying at this lovely home!

This is our 5th year to stay here. It is great for fishing and water sports. Great boat house for the boat to stay protected from weather. Good swimming area in front of house. Our family really enjoys the house and all it offers.

The backyard could stand a cleaning (e.g., old grill leaning against the fence), as well as receive an insect treatment. The swimming off the dock was good, even with the lake ~18" below normal. Seven adults fit comfortably in the house, and we had plenty of space in the kitchen for meal preparation. We would use this place again in the future.

Had an amazing stay for the solar eclipse. The house was clean and well stocked, not only with household items but also with plenty of toys to use on the lake. The location of the house is quiet and peaceful yet conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurants.

We were in the area for my sons motocroas race and it was also his 13th birthday. This was a perfect place for a few of our family and friends to celebrate him and relax after being at the track all weekend. Super cute home, clean and the owners are great. We even extended out stay by a day!

The house was very good. The kitchen wasn't as clean as it could have been. Dishes were still in the dishwasher. Turned oven on then opened the oven door to put a pan of cornbread and smoke came out. A pan in the bottom covered in cooking grease i guess. Then removed a cookie sheet,from cabinet and it was so very greas. .Just letting you know it could have been much clearer in the kitchen. Everything else was fine.

We hap a great time, comfortable beds, plenty of room for a group of 5 women but could have easily had a couple more people. Good fishing caught some good size crappie and catfish.

We had a great stay. The view of the lake was nice. The shower at the front of the house was amazing. The shower was nice and hot, and the pressure of the water was great. It even had a heater you could switch on.

Is a wonderful place. Beds are very comfortble, Kitchen well stocked with pretty much anything you need. Had 2 dogs with us and the yard is completely fenced. Firepit was a hit, great for smores. Wish we had more time to fish they were jumping everywhere. I brought rafts but not needed plenty of water toys. Our Host accommodated everything I asked for. Thanks to them for allowing us to use their home.

We loved the house as soon as we walked in the door. A beautiful house with a great layout. The kids loved the bunkroom with enough space for everyone! Did some fishing and just enjoyed time with the family. The only thing I would add would be a bigger grill because, although, my hubbie's is a professional Chimney guy, he's definitely a professional outdoor grill guy at heart! Would definitely stay again!

This was our third time staying at this property over a span of four years, Melissa just keeps updating, we know what to expect and it is always so nice. We love this place the AC is the best to beat the heat... we cooked more than normal this year and used more of Melissas things than normal but she is always so accommodating. We brought the boar for the first time and the lake is breathtaking. We catch more fish on this vacation than anywhere we go! We will continue to make this tradition if Melissa will have us again!

We had an amazing stay! Host was great at communicating and couldn’t have been easier to deal with. The property is right on the water with lots of toys to play with. I would highly recommend staying at this lovely home!

Our annual girls fishing trip has been coming here for the last 4 years. We always catch fish and the house is always perfection and the host is great!

The house is more beautiful than in the pics. We caught a LOT of Crappie and a few cats. We had a party of 6 and there was plenty of room inside and out for sleeping and relaxing. Thi end of the lake is super quiet and everyone commented on how well they slept. The driveway is long and close to the entrance ao we didnt have to go far to being our stuff in and out. The house is about 10 minutes from the nearest store (convenience stores) or you can drive another 5-7 minutes to Malakoff where there are larger stores (Brookshire Brothers, DG). Melissa was very communicative and helpfull and always answered us quickly. Highly recommend this rental! You will definitely get your money's worth!

My husband and I finally found a place we both like! He liked the fishing and I liked the outdoor space and clean, updated interior of the house. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. 2 living areas provide separate space if needed. The host provided life jackets, kayaks, and games. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, including extra paper towels, trash bags, foil, etc.

We had a great stay. The view of the lake was nice. The shower at the front of the house was amazing. The shower was nice and hot, and the pressure of the water was great. It even had a heater you could switch on.
