Priced great for having a kitchen

We had a kitchen room with no ,silverware no pots and pans to cook with ,the room door was hard to shut,above the shower had exposed sheetRock for that i need a refund the worst riom ever

Shower not connected,no cold water,floor dirty,bed worn,listed as studio 6,was the same motel 6 from last time that we didnt like different prices and policies,studio 6 charges for pets,motel 6 doesnt,no ice machine per hk

This property has definitely met my expectations. Staff is kind and the property is clean and I love how well lit the property is throughout the night.

They were in the process of renovations. Our room was old nothing worked and I could feel the springs in the bed. Very poor sleeping conditions. Stove didn't work microwave was broken.

The amenities at this property are very limited, if you seek The adventures of staying around drug users, improperly trained staff and run the risk of having your credit and debit cards overcharged this is your place... Horrible!!!

Quiet easy parking and comfortable

It took someone 10 minutes to get to the front desk. I had to call the motel # for them to answer and come from there living quarters at the motel. Renovation had been done to my room. While the appearance looked ok it wasn't . Dust everywhere, small pieces of sheet rock and other stuff in the bathroom. What's bad they took the time to make a great bed clean sheets, then didn't clean anything else.

They didn’t clean my room. I asked if they can clean it and they said yes but never did. I had to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper every time I needed.

This hotel needs a major upgrade. Shower had mold. One morning the water wouldn't get hot. It had a horrible odor. I was just very uncomfortable.

The room was dirty and smell like someone was smoking the bathroom has mold and the bathtub was dirty they charge a deposit and dont see that they reimbursement

Our room was not clean. We bought cleaning supplies and cleaned it. The door had a gap, even when locked. You could push it with your hands and have a 2 inch gap. It smelled really bad in our room like pee and old food. It is not worth the money. There are other extended stays that are way cleaner in the area. Keep your money!

Flying ants in beds

I didn't like anything about the property at all. .its probably the nastys dirtiest filthyest place ive ever stayed. Roaches everywhere...the tub was not clean it was awful...ive already packed my stuff back up and left...it was disgusting...thx lynn saville

Not clean and bedding was ripped and dirty

The room was not cleaned. My friend had roaches in her room. At least 3. The front desk was not very helpful! Night manager was a little helpful but didn’t really listen to our concerns about her receptionist who was rude. My friend had to be moved bc she kept getting stuck in her room bc the door wouldn’t open. It was just a lot and left a night earlier. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all for the price they charge. Full kitchen but no pots or dishes to use . Refrigerator was leaking! Bed hard! I hated staying here !

The rooms are not clean, bathroom had hair in the tub....not mine. The door had a big gap in the bottom, had to put a towel under it to make sure nothing crawled in the room. Room had a smell.... Don't go by the picture that they post. I will never go there again

I would recommend this, but I kind of feel like the beds are a little bit smaller than a regular queen size

It is nice and the rooms are big for the price

Our door did not latch properly the entire time we stayed. The first night they told us just to use the security lock, and they would replace the key/latch the next day. I don't know if this was done, but a key never worked again during our stay. The staff entered through the window to let us in. The staff were friendly and truly tried to help, but this security issue made me unlikely to ever return to this location. The room was clean, if a little dated.

It’s like an apartment complex.. little aged but cute and comfy with black appliances

The beds are more comfortable since hey have started the updates.

The staff here were some of the absolutely nicest people I've ever had at a hotel. A very special thank you to Receptionist Patricia for being so friendly and kind. The stay was very comfortable, and I'd absolutely book again.

Don't stay here. General manager is extremely rude, aggressive, and racist. Her name is Namisha Patel and she acts like she's the owner. I've been staying here for weeks off and on with absolutely no problem. Today right after paying for my room in full she called, kicked me out and kept my money. She said my money is hers now. She claimed I didn't pay a random $2 service fee... from YESTERDAY when I checked in....I tried to tell her I didn't know, no one told me but She wouldn't let me speak, it was nothing but yelling and talking over me. I had no problem paying but she wouldn't let me. She immediately threatened to call the police. Over $2! I left and called corporate, they put me on hold to talk to her but she yelled and hung up on them too! Crazy! The representative immediately understood and filed a formal complaint. She's currently under investigation and they're gonna make sure I get my money back. Apparently she's known for this and had multiple complaints. How can someone who treats people so inhumanely be in any position of power? I don't know if this is a corporate location or franchise but either way she is NOT a person who should be hired to represent a company in anyway. I've never been talked to the way she talked to me, not to mention stealing my money. I can't stress this enough .. DON'T STAY HERE. Also I was in a room with the ceiling missing in the bathroom. How ghetto..

There's an Indian lady that works the front desk, 2nd shift.... That has the presence of bad energy in her aura...... Disrespectful, rude that lack of customer service.... Calling customers crazy on the phone while in the presence of customers checking-in. No active listening skills, will cut you off mid sentence, no people skills, I believe in order to get respect one must give respect.... I know I'm grown just like you and I will never be disrespected and understand its never what you do but how you do it... Being nice nasty to people (especially your customers that you think don't have options) going to bring your establishment down.... Blessed be to the powers that be beloved... Really nice staff. There was a problem with my rooms and they never hesitated to correct the problem they even gave me a new room. Awesome job.❤️

The some of the staff were extremely unprofessional. I stayed in the lobby for 45 mins with no help and by the time someone got to me they acted like I was bothering them.

Staff is rude and when trying to renew the guy at desk was trying to back charge my family for having a service animal but a daily charge of $25 for each day when I tried to explain he could not bc it's a service animal they told me to leave. I will never go back

Property is okay rooms are okay. It’s not a 5 star place its jut something for one night. The women who knock on the door 20 minutes before checkout are a little rude. But the area is pretty quiet.

So, I was getting away from Helene as there was no power, water, long lines for food or gas and general chaos and was expecting to stay here for the long haul until i had my power restored (it was restored later that day). I honestly have low expectations for a Motel 6, no offense, but i was really pleased with the location, and calm quiet area. I know a lot of is simply luck as you can have rowdy guests with rudeness, loitering and bass so I will keep that in consideration. It was quiet with not much noise other than plumbing from other areas and I didn't see any shady behavior. The grounds were a little dirty in places, but thet rooms were OCD clean. I didn't get any shampoo and had to wait a few minutes before anyone at the front desk even showed up, but otherwise all was fine. The a/c unit was relatively quiet for one of those wall units and I didn't have any weird humidity issues like usually happens with these types of outdoor access rooms. I would stay again here and hope for the best.

I enjoyed my stay at studio 6. Rooms are clean, and organize . Overall property is clean and peaceful. The area has a lot of affordable restaurants and supermarket.

It’s safe and quiet. This is my 4th stay and would recommend it.

I usually stop in between my job stops and rest and when I go through Atlanta Studio 6/ Motel 6 in Gwinnett County Georgia is my go to place my first stop once I get off of the interstate. The staff has always treated us nice the room has always been clean and the area is safe.!!!!!!! The hotel manager is a sweetheart if you want to feel at home stop by and experience it for yourself❤️
