Bathroom toilet had hair and urine on seat. However, overall staff was wonderful especially Teagan. She was so helpful several times and very friendly on the phone. She deserves a raise!!! We would definitely stay again but maybe increase housekeeping especially in bathrooms.

Room was fine, there is wear on some of the furniture and in the bathrooms. Overall though it is a fine hotel. The breakfast was very good and fresh. Hot water for tea available 24 hours a day is nice touch.

The room was clean, the staff was always courteous and kind. They offered free breakfast, which was good, and water bottles. We enjoyed our stay, we would have liked for the pool and exercise center to be open.
