Not sure how they hot the Best Western Plus status. Bathrooms are not updated. There was mold in our shower. They did not have the now general shampoo, conditioner shower gel dispensers in the shower. No hair dryer. Windows were filthy and could not see out them very well. Bed and sheets were clean. Trash bags in trash cans had to be fixed to be used . Swimming pool had what looked like soap floating on top

Very nice hotel for the price. Pool and Hottub were great. Only complaint is one of the front desk guys was on a power trip and told kids to quit playing games in the pool that followed the pool rules.

Elevator broken. No sign on elevator to alert of issue. Ice maker did not work. No help from front desk staff despite me telling them that my husband was having knee surgery in 2 weeks and we needed help. Very upsetting. The front desk clerk stated that she would "make some notes."

I used to love this hotel but it was terrible this time. The person running the front desk didn’t know what they were doing. Our room was filthy and another guest we talked to had to switch rooms due to mold in the bathroom. It is also not a good choice if you are a light sleeper as you can hear EVERYTHING. So sad that we will have to look for another place for our annual vacation.

The staff was welcoming and we loved the location! The only couple of downers were being woken up at 7am by our next door lodgers loudly singing happy birthday to someone in their party. As much as we would’ve loved to congratulate the birthday person, we would’ve really appreciated an extra hour of sleep on our vacation. We were able to appreciate their happiness until they left their room three hours later 😅. Also with a car event hosted by local police outside, we were able to hear loud revving from cars all the way until the event ended at 3pm. All’s to say, thicker walls would’ve been a really welcome feature. Lastly, we were also told that in-room dining was open until 10pm. We ordered food on our last night and when I called at 8:50 to add a dessert to our order we were told we’d likely be putting staff out, as they would be closing at 9:30. If there were different hours, we misunderstood, but maybe a “last-call” time reminder somewhere would’ve been appreciated. Otherwise, beautiful property and overall mostly satisfactory stay.

Squeaky bed, worst I’ve ever seen. Noisiest motel I have stayed at. I think the entire Chicago zoo was in the floor above me. We complained and nothing was done. And I am not one to complain but this was multiple nights non stop running and banging. If you touched either bed they squeaked like something from a horror flick. Everything else was clean and fine.

Squeaky bed, worst I’ve ever seen. Noisiest motel I have stayed at. I think the entire Chicago zoo was in the floor above me. We complained and nothing was done. And I am not one to complain but this was multiple nights non stop running and banging. If you touched either bed they squeaked like something from a horror flick. After unpacking found the fridge wasn't working. We were given another room without any fuss. Bed was comfortable & room was clean but found it to be a bit dark and furniture tired. Breakfast was more than adequate to start the the day & coffee was hot

This was our first trip to Idaho falls and this hotel had great reviews! We checked in super late, but had called ahead to let them know. Front desk staff was so kind and friendly. We were staying for 3 nights and each morning had a breakfast that was just a bit different. My kids loved the pancake maker and all the options. Our stay was great! Everone we interacted with so nice and even when i was sneaking into the kitchen at 2am...she was nice enough to help me. We would absolutely stay again!

The sheets had hair all over them, We showed it to the front desk person, Phoenix, who gave us fresh sheets and comforter. The manager is off till Monday. The front desk gave me his card but did not take my name or number. Management who only work during the week and is not available during off hours shows me Best Western does not really care about customer service.

The staff is excellent... they were the best on everything from directions to the dining to feeling safe but especially feeling safe... thank you for helping me with a great weekend stay with my grandkids...

We liked staying here. Our room was spacious. The man working at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. The food was good. The location was great next to the river and a walking trail and not too far from the beautiful LDS temple and the waterfalls.

The stay was amazing. There was one complaint. The lady setting up breakfast was a bit rude. I felt she was struggling to keep up with the crowd and was short with a few guest. She said that they were out of a few items pretty early in the morning. Otherwise the stay was great!

This property is showing its age and needs some tlc. The hallway carpets are beyond filthy, especially in front of the elevator. Disgusting in fact. Wallpaper pealing up around elevator buttons. Breakfast typical, nothing plus about it. I've had much better rooms at half the price. I wouldn't stay there again at the price they're charging.

We loved this Best Western! The staff was friendly, the pool was amazing! Everything was super clean. Our only issue was the breakfast. The breakfast was not adequately stocked, the options were limited, and when the hot breakfast items ran out, it took 20+ minutes for the staff to bring out more food, and then the items were actually cold/not adequately heated. It would have been nice to see the breakfast staff out in the breakfast area checking cleaning up, checking to make sure the milk, eggs, and bacon were stocked during breakfast, etc but we actually had to knock on the staff only door to ask them for more food.
