Our room was fine and seemed clean. Breakfast was decent. The rest of the hotel felt run down and out dated. The walls and cement surrounding the pool were covered in algae. Overall it was not a bad stay, however I was expecting more based on how many stars this hotel had

It was convenient. However, hallway carpet is very stained and dirty There is a rug that is turned up at end that is a trip danger not fixed going out the side door. Humidifier in hall that looks very dirty. No elevator !? Had trouble with noise from child above jumping, running around early and late. Mgr. tried to fix noise issue, but someone was still trompping around above us making excess noise early and late.

The first that greets you is the door that only opens on one side, but not all the way. You must turn sideways to enter, which is hard to get through with luggage. We requested a handicap accessible room and we were placed upstairs without an elevator. The carpeted stairs have bubble-up carpet that almost had me tumbling down the stairs headfirst. Since I wasn't carrying luggage I was able to catch myself barely. The manager was nice and friendly. The carpets was bubbled up in the hallway also and sticky. The whole hotel was extremely warm inside. The room was over 80 degrees and took until 4 am to get cool enough to be comfortable to sleep. The room's trashcan had the previous guest's trash was still in the can.

After I booked this hotel, they sent a message that the elevator was not working, the hot tub was not working, and the pool was closed. I called several times requesting a refund. They refused to refund me and said they could not because I booked through Travelocity/Expedia. But Travelocity told me that it was up to the local hotel. I got the run around from both when I tried to cancel reservation and get a refund!! I am a very unhappy customer!!

My reservation was not entered under the correct name. The picture of this hotel is deceptive...it is run down. Advertised as renovated---the hallway was. The outdoor side entrance did not lock and was open for anyone to enter. The room was clean and the bedding was good. The coffee was good, the breakfast average. The POOL was totally drained and NOT advertised that it was closed.

There was black mold in the bathroom, the bed was hard and the matress was dirty, the shower was disgusting, and the pillows were limp. They had some water leakage in the hallway upstairs and were using big fans to dry it which was super loud.

Staff was courteous. Room was clean. It was a good value for the price. Just not a lot of attention to detail but very good for the price. By not attention to detail, I mean, the door had a security chain on it but the hanging chain part was missing. In the bathroom, around the floor molding there was some black something build up in the corner. Could have been mold but it also looked like possibly the toilet had overflowed at one point in time and they didn't get it all cleaned up in the corners. Breakfast was a bit disorganized. Waffle machine here - butter tub and syrup across the room. Plates in one location, plastic spoon, fork elsewhere. Just little things but, again, a good value for the money. I would consider staying there again.

Our room was okay, there was mold on the shower curtain, all over the ac. our fridge was warm, we brought food that needed to be cold and they said nothing could be done because their manager wasn't in. we also asked for a do not disturb sign which they said they didn’t have any. when we found one they took it off of our door. we asked for our room to not be cleaned twice, we came back from a wedding and we had new towels and our trash was replaced. its a fine place to stay if you arent bringing food and dont care about someone going into your room when you aren’t there.

A perfect minimum airport area hotel. Great bed, clean, large towels, good bathrooms, and a bit of everything you expect. I am tired of paying lots for poor quality. I was very happy to pay less and have comfort while on a road trip

I didn’t like that we only had 1 working light in the main room and the maintenance guy was off til the following week. Otherwise everything else was okay.

Not great, but not the worst place I've stayed. Clean, if a little run down, wall unit a/c was loud. Other guests could be heard running up/down the hallway. No elevator - they do warn you prior to booking, but be prepared to haul your luggage up quite a few stairs. 'Locked' side door was propped open almost every time I went in or out.

The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable - pillows need help. Ice machine was more like ice block machine. I am a water with lots of ice girl so that was disappointing., especially since it eas extremely hot outside.

The room was exceptionally clean, but the couch bed was broken, and the cushions look like somebody took a knife to them. There were lots of ants on the floor in the breakfast room.

Pull out couch was dirty. White stuff going down the side of bed. Staff had to get a tv rack out of our room before entering. Tv remote was taped and cord to get tv to work was on the floor behind tv. Had to call front desk and tell them tv wasn't working. Heat was blowing cold air. Had to push EFI to get working heat. Loud noise like a generator kicking in frequently.

The hotel itself was fine. The manager was not however. He was never at the desk so there was a long time waiting at the front desk to even check in. Then in the room a pillow was dirty and when he came to our room to switch it out he didn't have another pillow yet it was like he didn't believe us and wanted to make sure before he brought a different pillow. The breakfast was more of a Continental breakfast Not a full breakfast as advertised. We didn't use the pool but there was a sign that read "Not allowed to swim alone" what if i were there alone? The hotel was strange and unfriendly. But the bed was nice and it had a large tv. I would probably not choose this hotel again and with all the choises in this area I was hoping for better.

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff. I had requested and received a 1st floor room due to mobility issues. I have stayed multiple times at this motel, and the staff has always been prompt when something needed service, or an extra request was made. Good value, friendly people

My husband reserved the wrong date for our stay, but Best Western would not change the rate and charged us for the wrong date. I realize it was our mistake, but it would have been easy to change the reservation from Saturday to Friday. My husband used to do customer service training to businesses. He would always say if someone is not happy with something they will tell 5 people, except my wife who will tell 25. You got that right. Will never stay at Best Western again so hope it was worth the $100 fee.

I bought the stay protection plan which states, if you need to cancel or get sick or for any reason need to cancel your stay, you are guaranteed a refund.. More than 48 hours before the date of my reservation, I needed to cancel due to a family emergency and was told I would not receive a refund. I contacted customer service where multiple people gave me a phone number to call that was non working. I emailed the hotel and never received a response. I called the hotel multiple times and never was able to get through to anyone. This was a horrible experience, and I will never, ever use your company again.

This property is very clean and the owners are doing a lot of remodeling. The area has a lot to be desired. I stopped at a 711 less than a mile away and was happy I’m armed. As a retired Police Officer I wouldn’t want my wife or daughters staying in this area. It’s not the hotels location. I think this town has issues.

This property is very clean and the owners are doing a lot of remodeling. The area has a lot to be desired. I stopped at a 711 less than a mile away and was happy I’m armed. As a retired Police Officer I wouldn’t want my wife or daughters staying in this area. It’s not the hotels location. I think this town has issues.

Just minutes from the airport…while they didn’t have a shuttle they provided a cab company to get to and from the airport that was reasonable for a 5 minute drive…room was clean and comfortable…will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town

The hotel is near the airport, there is a river located on the other side of the hotel that has a nice walking path. My room was clean and stuff was nice. There are a few restaurants across the way.

This hotel has been renovated. Awesome price to stay here. The only complaint is management on Sunday appeared stingy on wanting to stock the supplies for the free breakfast and cleaned everything up 10 minutes before it was over. I would recommend staying here again. Definitely worth the price.

It was good. Room and hotel was very clean. No elevator. The breakfast area someone had tracked mud in it and did not get cleaned up very quick. The food was not appetizing I went to a restaurant. Coffee was just ok.

Nice and clean. Breakfasts till 9, we got down there at like 8:15 the cafeteria was full and they were running low on a lot of things and were very slow to restock or replaced one or two of the item at a time. So if you weren’t right there to grab

Hotel room smells clean The check in staff wreaked of body odor. They only had white bread. No muffins, donuts or bagels. They ran out of eggs. Sausage looked boiled (turkey sausage). Yogurt came in a bulk dispenser. No fresh fruit.

Staff was courteous. Room was clean. It was a good value for the price. Just not a lot of attention to detail but very good for the price. By not attention to detail, I mean, the door had a security chain on it but the hanging chain part was missing. In the bathroom, around the floor molding there was some black something build up in the corner. Could have been mold but it also looked like possibly the toilet had overflowed at one point in time and they didn't get it all cleaned up in the corners. Breakfast was a bit disorganized. Waffle machine here - butter tub and syrup across the room. Plates in one location, plastic spoon, fork elsewhere. Just little things but, again, a good value for the money. I would consider staying there again.

The room was exceptionally clean, but the couch bed was broken, and the cushions look like somebody took a knife to them. There were lots of ants on the floor in the breakfast room.

Checked into our first room and had to ask for a different room because it smelled like stale cigarette smoke and air freshener. The second room we were moved to did not smell any better and also had a disgusting couch with stains all over it. The drain in the shower barely worked leaving you standing in a tub of dirty water. Breakfast in the morning had minimal options. Yogurt machine and waffle dispenser were not working. Would not recommend staying here.

The towels were left and the bed was not made up from the previous day, only the drapes were open. Re: Direct TV service too many options and trying to find local stations took too much searching. Breakfast was mediocre.

The room was clean and comfortable, the TV was good, the room has a refrigerator and a microwave. The snack vending machine was empty. the hotel did not have many guests. I did not see anyone use the indoor pool. My room had a faint cigarette smell. One of the bath towels was badly worn and threadbare. I might give the Best Western another try when I am in the area.

The lobby smelled like chlorine so bad my eyes burned while checking in...the customer before me came back and said their room wasn't cleaned, and the person behind the counter said "housekeeping isn't working today,you will have to wait for me to clean it" Our room was clean, but the toilet seat slid around on the toilet when you sat down. There were full garbage bags in the hallway . Not impressed at all!

★☆☆☆☆ — So gross we canceled our return stay This was easily one of the worst hotel stays we’ve had. The room and bathroom felt dirty, poorly maintained, and frankly unsanitary. The bathroom was especially bad. There was cracked tile, deteriorating/discolored grout and caulk, rust, apparent water damage, poorly patched walls, and bugs/spiders in the room. The photos really speak for themselves. It wasn’t just cosmetic, either. The ice machine had brown sludge/residue coming down from it, which was absolutely disgusting. The vending machines were practically empty, and one of them took my money without dispensing anything. Breakfast was awful enough that we gave up on it and went to Target to buy bagels instead. To top it all off, we felt sick after staying here. I obviously can’t prove the hotel caused it, but given the cleanliness issues we saw throughout the property, it certainly didn’t make us feel any better about the stay. We had originally planned to stay here again on our return trip. After this experience, we canceled that reservation and booked another hotel that cost roughly twice as much. That should say everything. I’m usually willing to overlook an older hotel or some cosmetic wear when the price is reasonable. This was different. Basic cleanliness and maintenance were simply not there. Never again.

The room was clean, the beds, work comfortable, the carpeting in the hallway and up the stairs needed cleaning. The shampoo dispenser and body wash dispenser in the shower were both empty. The breakfast was typical make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, and some fruit. The sausages were quite tasty. The price was right, for a quick overnight stay before continuing on our journey.
