Comfort Suites Oakbrook Terrace near Oakbrook Center

The hotel was very clean, rooms were spacious and staff was professional and very friendly.

We only stayed there because it was SUPPOSED to have an indoor pool and gym and a game room area. We never saw the pool when we got there, so we asked and were told there was no pool! However, when we did laundry which is located in the basement and only has ONE washer and ONE dryer, we saw the pool! It had water in it even! It was very dark though, they had the lights off and there was something in there, some kind of tube or something, it was hard to tell. Their game room consisted of 1 tv and a small little bar area and some chairs! They also had a gym that was not accessible for some UNKNOWN reason! That whole basement area was FAR nicer than the rest of the hotel, too bad we couldn't actually use what I PAID FOR! The hotel is REALLY old too, you can see rust all over the place and the tubs are disgusting!!!!

The room had mold and was incredibly water damaged. They refused to refund. I am going to attach pictures because I was in disbelief how bad the room was. Do not waste your time or money at this establishment. When I informed the staff he just took pictures of my pictures and said ok. It smelled super perfumey, which I am assuming they did to cover up the mold/mildew smell.

Parking is tight on the weekends, but you are allowed to park in the restaurants parking lot, there's no sign you have to go inside to find that out .

The majority of the staff were nice and other didn't not want to be bothered One day they came yo the door upset about cleaning the room.Which wasn't a problem but there's a sign in the bathroom that reads call if you want the room cleaned. That was just odd other than that it was regular hotel and the toliet was do low it was for toddlers.
