Pool dry and out of service. Building facade under major restoration. Breakfast sucks. As Cheap stay it would be okay if they DIDN'T charge for my 6 lb dog.

We had reserved 8 rooms total for two nights. We booked online through 3rd party app, with about a week notice due to it being an out of state funeral. The first ones to show up got a room with early check in, the rest all had to wait, up to 3 hours after check in time, to get into their rooms. There was filth in the bathroom. Beds seemed clean, floors were dirty. If you used your key card to get into the building, you could no longer use it to get into your room, like the back door deactivated it. The lobby was fine, pool was out of date but seemed fine. Breakfast was fine, some stuff needed reminders to fill, like spoons and syrup. Staff checking us in couldn't figure out the card reader. Other staff was generally dismissive and had their phones blaring at the desk with people waiting to check in/out being ignored by someone watching videos just out of sight. Overall not a great experience. Best part was the bar next door, open till 11pm, closed Sundays.

Reserved king size room on hotels.com and was given double queen, and the desk clerk was rude and argued about it, our tv was unplugged and dresser was moved from outlet to plug it in, the phone in room did not work, vending machine did not take credit card, breakfast pastries were cleared out by 7am and not restocked, carpet was not vacuumed and had cob webs in corners. Clerk would not discount or refund any money. Will never go back

The hotel was very clean and the bed was good and the breakfast was excellent and I enjoyed the manger in the in the morning time she’s very friendly thank you for being friendly. We will be back.

Tammy at desk was very nice. But make sure you know if you book a smoking room- it was not clearly marked- we did NOT know we booked a smoking room. They could not switch room, it was ver full of cigarette smoke smell.
