we had 2 rooms both had door problems one of the rooms we had to move because you couldn’t get in. we’ve stayed here a few times before but it’s gone downhill not as nice as it was a year ago.

Used washed cloth hanging in bathroom. No blanket on the bed. Pitiful breakfast. No elevator. Staff was helpful EXCEPT when 2 women and a baby have to carry everything upstairs, someone could have offered to help at least hold the door open for us. No one else there. No reason they couldn't do at least that.

Quick overnight stay. Beds comfortable, service good. Could not watch football as they do not have ABC, NBC,or CBS. Tough parking as they were tearing up the parking area for repaving.

The amenities are dated but everything inside the room worked and is kept clean, the staff were all kind and helpful. Overall it was a nice stay, would stay again. The doors need to be changed or repaired because I had to swipe the key card multiple times, almost every time in the room, before it would open. One time I had to go to the front desk to get them re-keyed. I know I wasn’t the only one with this problem, even heard housekeeping staff complain about it in addition to seeing other guests struggling with it.

Welp- I really just needed a cheap place to stay one night and that's what I got. The pictures definitely make it look more updated than it is. Lighting in the rooms, especially over the very dated sink, was poor. The parking lot is mostly gravel. It's a good thing I wasn't counting on the "continental" breakfast because it was just cold cereal and white bread. So not the worst place I've ever stayed but not quite average either.

Very poorly taken care of. Only one lightbulb working in our room. Smoke detector hanging from the ceiling. Stains on the sheets. No closet space. No hangers, no ironing board. Breakfast was one of tie worst that I’ve experienced. I understand old buildings. I don’t understand not doing minimal maintenance and cleaning. Would not recommended. Ever.

Light breakfast means just that. There was oatmeal packets, cold cereal and milk, a loaf of bread to make toast with butter and 4 types of jelly. Orange and apple juice. Coffee. There was 1 yogurt in the fridge. Room was clean. It was quiet. Mattress was comfortable. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Decent place for the price. We felt safe.

The staff was beyond nice, unfortunately the property is falling apart around them. Looks decent until u walk into your room, beds, blankets and pillows all jad some nasty stains on them.

Room was clean, there was a micro and a fridge. Bed was very comfortable. I did not turn on the heat even though it was in the 40's out side. I did not partake of the coffee or the continental breakfast. I would stay again when I am in the area!

The location was the best feature. When my husband went to enter the room after checking in he found the door unlocked and the TV in in the room. Also there was a bottle of cleaning solution left on the desk. The bathroom wall had an large area that looked like someone had put dirty hands on it. The floor also had black stains. On the door coming in to the lobby it starts smoking is prohibted 8 ft to building but your employee was standing by the door smoking and we had to walk thru the smell. The breakfast was not a perk of the stay. There was probably less than $10 spent on all the items available. Yogurt had a weird texture there was not but 1 juice option and it wasn't even orange juice. On the second day the waffle machine was not available so we chose to not eat the breakfast that was provided. Every time I came by the desk there was always a sign either to ring bell or call a phone number. There was never anyone at the desk..

We liked the price and it was clean. We had issues with our room locks. Water pressure for showers was terrible. The bedside lamp only turned on when you were off the bed and turned off when you sat down. The tv didn’t work. Breakfast was poor consisting of badly bruised bananas and two kinds of cereal.

Room clean. Bed comfortable. TV, HVAC, fridge, and microwave all worked. Was assigned a handicapped room which was inconvenient. I don't know why but hot water took a long time to appear in the early morning when it was 34*F outside. Breakfast options were few - no meat or pastries. Location convenient to I-69. Cracker Barrel and Burger King nearby.

Intermittent signal - Cracked wall paint/drywall above shower unit - Dark room, only one lamp worked - Noisy, vibrating music rooms adjacent and above - Price was $120 with taxes ..knew it was a budget motel so expectations low. Still below expextations for the price.

The outlet attached to the only light in the room was broken. The light would come on intermittently. It was also the only place to plug in CPAP machines for sleeping and both of the people using one had it turn off multiple times during the night which was not only disruptive to sleeping but dangerous. When we talked to the staff about it right after check in we were told that it couldn’t be fixed and there were no other rooms with 2 beds for the 4 people traveling. He then told us that he would have it looked at while we were out. But when we returned it still didn’t work. There was also a giant hole in the wall. And for a non-smoking property the hallway reeked of smoke. Overall, would not recommend.

Well the pillows sucked couldn't get comfortable cause they were half the size as normal pillow. No coffee machine in the rooms also was no fun. By the time I went to get coffee by the desk they were about out. After the first night we asked front desk for clean towels which we didn't get. The room was clean and it was quiet

The guy that checks people in was rude rude to us as at check in they charged us 20 dollars a day extra for are dog that we told them about in the reservation and they seen us bring in and said they where giving us a deal because its usually $25 the wifi didnt eork at all and when we asked about it was told sorry sir and walked off and we stayed 5 days and when we asked for towels around the 4th day we could only get 2 for 4 people

Very friendly staff at the hotel. My son stayed there while working away from home. It was his first time staying away from home. There was an incident at work which closed the job down. I was able to get a refund for the nights he didn’t stay and the customer service was great.

The check in process was the longest one I’ve ever had. The room across from ours had 2 dogs. They barked loudly every morning while the owner went outside to smoke. Management did not ask the lady to keep the dogs quiet. Breakfast was sparse!

The rate I was to pay through Expedia inexplicably increased by $12 in the few days between booking and check-in. No explanation has occurred. Check in seemed a bother to the person working. Won't consider this motel again.

We were visiting for one night to celebrate "Grandparents day at granddaughters university". Staff on the phone VERY pleasant regarding early checkin. Room was clean but did lack an extra blanket for a cool night. Person checking us in was not rude but certainly not friendly which surprised and disappointed us. He was helpful in the morning to someone wanting a fork in the breakfast room but definitely was not a cheerful to customers. I wondered if perhaps there was a bit of a language barriar.

She promised a refund after being unable to give us a room. We asked to check in early. She said there was a $25 fee but they had no rooms clean. We asked if we could have a refund since we were exhausted and ahe said yes she would do it right then. She never did and the hotel refuses to live up to their word.

We asked if we could have a refund since we were exhausted and ahe said yes she would do it right then. She never did and the hotel refuses to live up to their word.

The location was the best feature. When my husband went to enter the room after checking in he found the door unlocked and the TV in in the room. Also there was a bottle of cleaning solution left on the desk. The bathroom wall had an large area that looked like someone had put dirty hands on it. The floor also had black stains. On the door coming in to the lobby it starts smoking is prohibted 8 ft to building but your employee was standing by the door smoking and we had to walk thru the smell. The breakfast was not a perk of the stay. There was probably less than $10 spent on all the items available. Yogurt had a weird texture there was not but 1 juice option and it wasn't even orange juice. On the second day the waffle machine was not available so we chose to not eat the breakfast that was provided. Every time I came by the desk there was always a sign either to ring bell or call a phone number. There was never anyone at the desk..

I had prepaid for my 2 rooms. I showed up at the facility and informed the desk clerk that the person that would be in the other room would be there in about an hour. I made sure that she had her name. The next morning I found out that she had claimed that my payment had been declined and she charged her for the room. I attempted to reconcile the issue at the desk and they kept giving me the run around. I needed to go and came back later. The new person I talked to told me he couldn't believe what happened. They put her in an "out of service" room, charged her, put it under someone else's name. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to fix the issue. I would have to wait the night manager came in on Sunday night and see IF he could fix it.. The unprofessionalism of this Motel in the way they handled this situation and the difficulty I have had dealing with it and still dealing with it. I can't reccomend this facility to anyone.

Room clean. Bed comfortable. TV, HVAC, fridge, and microwave all worked. Was assigned a handicapped room which was inconvenient. I don't know why but hot water took a long time to appear in the early morning when it was 34*F outside. Breakfast options were few - no meat or pastries. Location convenient to I-69. Cracker Barrel and Burger King nearby.

There was very little place for hanging clothes. Several places had rips in the wall. The breakfast area had only a few yogurts that had been previously frozen so the yogurt was watery. There was only a loaf of white bread for toast. There was only a couple cereals choices. Very minimal breakfast. The bed was comfortable.

Average hotel with average amenities. Basic, close to the college. close to food and gas. No real negative comments, but just basic. Breakfast is frustrating, waffle maker didn't work, coffee was bad and ran out of yogurt an hour into breakfast. Had to eat elsewhere.

Light breakfast means just that. There was oatmeal packets, cold cereal and milk, a loaf of bread to make toast with butter and 4 types of jelly. Orange and apple juice. Coffee. There was 1 yogurt in the fridge. Room was clean. It was quiet. Mattress was comfortable. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Decent place for the price. We felt safe.

Room was fine. Had to request cleaning in room and was not made aware of that until we requested service. Breakfast consisted of bread (toast), instant oatmeal, and fruit loops. This was very misleading through photos.

Welp- I really just needed a cheap place to stay one night and that's what I got. The pictures definitely make it look more updated than it is. Lighting in the rooms, especially over the very dated sink, was poor. The parking lot is mostly gravel. It's a good thing I wasn't counting on the "continental" breakfast because it was just cold cereal and white bread. So not the worst place I've ever stayed but not quite average either.

Bed and pillows were comfortable the carpet needs some work, the so called light breakfast was really light, fruit loops, yogurt and bad coffee. But it was $40 less than the neighboring hotels, so there ya go.

The outlet for the microwave and fridge was on a light switch that also controlled the vanity lighting so either the light was on or the fridge was off. The complimentary breakfast was very disappointing with only a few items available. The yogurt appeared to have been frozen and thawed and was not edible.

Need a deep cleaning. Smoke alarm in room was hanging by a wire; plug in was loose, so I unplugged the lamp to prevent sparks and a fire; no phone in room and microwave sparked when on. Reserved 2 rooms - they put us on different floors. No elevator so thankfully at least 1 was on the first floor for my elderly mother. The breakfast was a bowl of bananas and about 2 bowls of cereal in a dispenser.

The front desk clerk was pleasant and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was horrible. I went in about 30 minutes after the breakfast service started and all there was: 3 yogurts, 1 banana, dry cereal, milk, coffee, white bread. I grabbed the banana and left.
