They advertised the hotel as having a pool and breakfast, but when we arrived, they had neither. There were no large towels in the room; we had to dry ourselves with small towels because we didn't notice until after we had finished showering. Furthermore, the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke.

Messy and dirty

IT STARTED BY SAYING MY ROOM WASN'T PAID.. GOT TO THE ROOM THATHAD DRITY BED SPREAD WITH UNKNOWN STAINS. I CHECKED THE RESTROOM FLOOR NASTY, THE SHOWER HAS MOLD ALL LONG SIDE THE BOTTOM OF BASE FROM FRONT TO BACK .. THE GLASS ON SHE SHOWER WAS DRITY AND COULDN'T SEE THE GLASS. THE STATED THE THERE WAS A BUSINESS CENTER WHICH WAS NOT FOUND. BREAKFAST WAS OFFERED FROM THE WEBSITE. UNFORTUNATELY, THERE WAS NOTHING. BY THE TIME I WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT THE STARTED TYAT THE ROOM WAS CLEAN CLEARLY WASN'T. THE HEADBOARD HAD EYE LASHES LEFT ON TOP AS WELL AS INSENT STICK THAT HAD BEEN BURNED.. THERE WAS HAIR ALL LOND THE WALL OF THE SHOWER IT SMELL LIKE MOLD...THEN THATS WHEN THEY WERE GOING TO CHANGE THE ROOM... I HAD PRIOR PLANS SO I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO CHANGE BECAUSE THERE WAS A TIME LIMITED BECAUSE HE WOULD BE OFF SOON. AFTER CHANGING ROOM MISSED MY APPOINTMENT. AFTER RETURNING TO THE ROOM LATER THAT NIGHT THE HEATER WAS WORKING. WITH. THE SOU NDS OF HEAVY PACING THE FLOOR ABOVE AND MUSIC NOT A GOOD NIGHT LATER IN THA AM HOURS HEARD WHAT SOUNDS LIKE RATS IN THE WALLS ...WOKE UP TO FIND THEY DON'T DO BREAKFAST AT ALL . THE FRINT DESK STAFF REALLY SAD .THE HELP LIKE THEY WHERE HIRED STRIGHT THE STREET. IT'S SHOULD BY SHAME TO GO UNDER CHOICE HOTEL CHAIN AFTER ALL THE AMMITIES THAT WASN'T IN REAL LIFE. . I'LL WILL NEVER USE A CHOICE CHAIN AFTER THIS..COULDN'T LEAVE BECAUSE I WOULD'VE LOST MY MONEY. NEVER NEVER AGAIN.. I FELT DRITY

Not queen size beds. Full only. No breakfast served. No towels in rooms have to go ask for them. Walls and floors dirty.

I booked a one-bedroom king room, but upon arrival I was told none were available and was given a room with two queen beds at the same price. The room had multiple serious issues: The toilet would not hold water, making it unusable. The bathroom door was broken Lamp stands were broken and the room phones didn’t work. The window had no privacy or security curtain, allowing anyone outside to see in. There was exposed wiring where a smoke alarm should have been, which felt unsafe We had no choice but to stay the night. The next morning, we checked out of the room and were told we would be moved. When we returned later that evening, the new room had no towels or trash cans, and we had to go downstairs to request them their phones don't work. This stay was extremely disappointing and did not meet basic standards of safety, privacy, or service.
