This is an amazing property. It is my second stay there… The staff are just lovely. The room was very quiet and had everything we needed. They do provide beach towels and beach chairs complementary should you need them. They do not have a place to store your luggage. Should you arrive early or depart late. They keep it in the lobby and it is definitely watched by the staff for your security. This hotel is a short walk to Oak Bluff, shopping and restaurants and steps to the beach I will be back and I highly recommend it!

Charming and accomodating stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Really appreciated the breakfast options provided, freshly baked midday cookies, the wine and cheese porch party with live music, beach chair rentals. This was such a pleasant experience for my first visit to Martha's Vineyard. I would absolutely return to the Pequot for future visits!

Not fancy, but clean, friendly and pleasant. Free chocolate chip cookies, historical walking tours, porch parties and a better than expected continental breakfast made it feel more like a B and B than a hotel. Very close to Inkwell beach and downtown Oak Bluffs.

Loved the room with a balcony outdoors. Spent the afternoon soaking up the sun and fresh air. The cheese, fruit, wine and music was a nice touch for the early evening hours. The location is walkable to the ferry, dining and shopping. Overall, a great stay.

The Pequot was a perfect place to stay in Oak Bluffs, close to the beach and shopping, restaurants, tourist spots. Yet, it was tucked away on a quiet street full of cute gingerbread style homes. The hotel had a good size front porch to relax on and a charming lobby. The free breakfast had a nice variety and good coffee.The facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Made you feel very welcome. The hotel was a great place to stay for a true Vineyard experience!

I liked a lot the location, the cleanliness, the breakfast selection and the staff. Centrally located. Walking distance to the beach (a few steps away), main street in downtown area with shops and restaurants (a block), bus stop in Ocean Park to catch a bus to the other parts of the island or the airport. The rooms are clean and the bed was very comfortable. I felt I had an experience to stay in one of the cottages. Healthy choices for breakfast and big variety. Lisa Allen at the front desk was very helpful. I enjoyed my stay and will book it again.

Everything was great! Staff is very helpful, cordial and always with a big smile, breakfast was delicious, hotel was clean and with comfortable bed/pillows! Front porch with rocking chairs is very inviting for a relaxing after beach afternoon and can enjoy the breeze while reading a book ir sipping some wine!! We will go back for sure! The property was close to the ocean and the shopping and restaurants. We walked a lot and we enjoyed having breakfast included and looked forward to the afternoon chocolate chip cookies!! The staff were all very friendly and helpful! The rooms are small, but sufficient. The rocking chairs and swing on the front porch were used daily by us as we enjoyed visiting with other patrons.

There was no table or desk in the room. Even the YMCA has a desk in the room. There was room for one. When inquired at the desk the surley attendant was dismissing me. I am 78 years old and I was given a room on the second floor. Getting my luggage up and down with very steep stairs was challenging. No assistance was available.

Très dispendieux pour la qualité. Hôtel mignon et très bien situé. Personnel très attentionné, mais malheureusement la chambre était petite, très mal insonorisée, air climatisé trop bruyant pour le faire fonctionner la nuit et lit pas confortable.

Good location - walking distance to restaurants and beach. The room is fine except for the shower stall. Taking a shower required you to be very nimble to rinse yourself of soap. The shower head/spray is intentionally fixed toward the inner corner of the stall so water would not be sprayed toward the shower curtain thus leading to water puddle on the bathroom floor.

This was our last stay on our vacation before heading home to CA. This hotel was the perfect ending! The room is TINY, but you have everything you need and the bed is very comfy. The staff is very kind. Cute dining area, lobby and patio. They also offered a walking tour one afternoon which was great! And, we had a happy hour another night with live music. Could not have been any better, especially given the fair price for the room. We highly recommend The Picquot!

Chloe checked us in. She was very nice. Although the hotel is clean, it could use updating. The AC unit was very loud and didn't provide adequate cooling. It kept us up all night. The room and shower stall were tight. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It was the shoulder season so the hotel wasn't busy. My husband asked if we could charge our scooters in the outlet on the porch, Jill said no with an unpleasant attitude. Since no one was around on a Monday morning in October, it would've been a nice gesture. We're adults and would've been respectful about it. If people were sitting on the porch, we would understand. Not one person walked by or used the porch while we were on it. It's not a deal breaker but it would've been a kind thing to do and much appreciated. The hotel has a cute, cozy vibe. Overall, it was a good spot for the night.

Convenient, close to the beach and circuit ave. Staff were so friendly, we arrived early and were able to check in which was so nice! Continental breakfast was great, afternoon cookies was a nice choice. We would definitely stay there again!

I will not stay in this area of marthas v.again if i come back. Touristy/college like atmosphere....hotel is kept up...clean and looks like staff cares about hotel....a little outdated for my liking....more like an old college dorm with very noisy window style a/c...beds...etc....stay here if edgartown and other port town west are not available......the worst thing was the front office manager...she needs to retire...cranky and rude...the worst i have ever dealt with in 30 years of traveling....especially for a boutique hotel.....bi polar like is more like it...extremely nice to some and outright arrogant or condesceding to others....well...if other locations are full and you win the happy manager treatment thst day......i guess not too bad.....just remember that this is not the best part of town ....i know its hard to wrap your head around that in mathas vinyard....

My fiance and I stayed at the Pequot in late September. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. We really enjoyed our stay here, and would recommend it to anyone. Great service, great staff, and great location! The staff also went out of their way to alert us about potential ferry cancellations which really helped us with our departure plans.

I liked a lot the location, the cleanliness, the breakfast selection and the staff. Centrally located. Walking distance to the beach (a few steps away), main street in downtown area with shops and restaurants (a block), bus stop in Ocean Park to catch a bus to the other parts of the island or the airport. What a great location. The hotel is quirky and full of character. The neighborhood is so pretty for walking and easily getting to restaurants without driving. I’ll be back.

The Pequot was a perfect place to stay in Oak Bluffs, close to the beach and shopping, restaurants, tourist spots. Yet, it was tucked away on a quiet street full of cute gingerbread style homes. The hotel had a good size front porch to relax on and a charming lobby. The free breakfast had a nice variety and good coffee.The facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Made you feel very welcome. The hotel was a great place to stay for a true Vineyard experience!

Breakfast is great, with healthy options and fresh fruits. The staff is terrific! Lisa at the front desk was understanding and wonderful! Will definitely stay there again.

Convenient, close to the beach and circuit ave. Staff were so friendly, we arrived early and were able to check in which was so nice! Continental breakfast was great, afternoon cookies was a nice choice. We would definitely stay there again!

This was not my typical work trip and much more enjoyable than the typical chain hotels I stay at. I loved the character and location of the hotel. It was an easy stroll along the beach from the ferry landing. Very friendly and helpful staff provided me with directions and tips of places to eat, including a list of suggestions with a map. The cookies and breakfast were great inclusions to the stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. Restaurants and shops were an easy walk from the quiet one way street the hotel was situated on.

Charming and accomodating stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Really appreciated the breakfast options provided, freshly baked midday cookies, the wine and cheese porch party with live music, beach chair rentals. This was such a pleasant experience for my first visit to Martha's Vineyard. I would absolutely return to the Pequot for future visits!

A little expensive (but all accommodations on the Vineyard seem to be expensive!), this feels like a bed and breakfast. The floral decorations are stunningly beautiful. I was able to enjoy coffee out in the front porch on this little side street filled with colorfully-painted Victorian homes - it was quite peaceful. The chocolate chip cookies each afternoon as well as the wine and cheese evening were both really nice touches.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pequot!! Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The breakfast was great with alot of choices and some nice touches.
