They seem to have renovated the pool area (pictures when I booked were different) which now looks really pretty, modern and clean. Pool area had a fun atmosphere with live music every day. We rented a townhouse and we had pleanty of space. Very quiet, clean and well equipped.

My kids love playing in the racquetball center because they can play tennis (and pickleball), basketball, kids game room, and the arcade. There is also activities throughout the day in the activity room for pretty cheap. If you get bored there’s games, puzzles and movies to borrow and bring back to your room. We loved that the indoor pool was open late on the weekend and it was a nice 86 degrees. The hot tub was clean and so were the saunas.

@The Cove is an family oriented resort with many amenities and outdoor fun for All ages , from outdoor pool & bar to lunch a'lo fresco with dining options inside with live entertainment on weekends nights , the indoor pool / jacuzzi is an plus for the foul weather days and activities at the Rec Center ( outstanding )

The outdoor pool area was excellent!..nice indoor pool area with hot tub. Huge place with lots to do! Only cons were no elevators and dated furniture in townhouse. Definitely would go back!

Our room needed some repairs. Door handle broken on slider, stairwell railings very dirty, and we could have used an elevator as we were traveling with young children and large suitcases. That said, the staff were very friendly and the view of the water was beautiful.

The rooms are very clean (although we did find some rogue candy under chairs from previous guests). No fans in the bathrooms, but there were 2 bathrooms which were great. Everything you need in the kitchenette and great service for bringing more towels etc. I wish the bed was a bit bigger. It's not big enough for 2 adults to sleep comfortably. Ammenities were great. Nice stay.

Under toilet seats covered in feces. Restaurant had limited kitchen. Beer on tap was flat. Kicked out of pool for having a water football when there were only two other people in the pool. I've come here since I was a child and looked forward to bringing my kids. Glad they experienced it but this year will be the last. Plenty of other places with clean toilets, good food And less annoying staff

The hot tub was very hot beyond comfortable. The steam room in the ladies lock room was out of order. Down stairs bathtub drain was clogged. Staff called trying to convince us to go to a 90 minute sales pitch.

We have been coming to the cove for fifteen years. It is always clean and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. We love in indoor and outdoor pools. We have and will continue to recommend this property!

When we checked into our room I went to heat up a dinner in the micro wave and it wasn't working. I called the office and they did replace it right away. Very good service replying back. That night we went to pull out the couch to got to sleep and the bottom of the mattress was curved upwards towards the ceiling, it wasn't laying flat down. . There where no legs on the bottom, it looks like it was on top. This definitely needs to be replaced or fixed. Therefore, My son had to sleep on the sofa itself. My son is 6 FT tall. So it was a little uncomfortable for him. Other than that our stay was good. We where in Town House # 158. I did tell the front desk when we checked out. Hope to stay there again next year, and hopefully we will not have any problems. Thank You, Donna McMinamin

I recently stayed at your hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. The room was far below my expectations. My 11-year-old son had to sleep on a sofa that was hard and uncomfortable, and the unpleasant odor in the room made our stay even more intolerable. Additionally, there was no breakfast provided, forcing us to leave the hotel to find a meal elsewhere. To make matters worse, I had booked and paid for a room for the 13th but arrived on the 12th. I requested to use the room since I had already paid, but my request was denied. As a result, I had to pay again and effectively lost a night's stay that I had already paid for. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and accommodations provided. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and indignant, and I expect a prompt response addressing these issues.

We were pleasantly surprised to find our hotel booking was a resort! Looks like is or was a timeshare so we had a spacious room with a separate living room and 2 bathrooms. It was clean and comfortable and we would most def stay here again.

Large suite with 2 bathrooms and full kitchen was very comfortable but actually more then I needed for a 2 night stay. Plenty of activities available with indoor pool and health club. Out of town, but convenient to many dining options. Restaurant on the property

Stayed three days for a business related trip. One day was direct remote business work. The suite was clean and comfortable. The internet did have connectivity issues later in the day which was a problem, but happens.

One of our favorite places. Great location, quiet, comfortable, clean, staff is excellent, great amenities! My only complaint would be not enough handicap parking because it’s all reserved by time share ownership whom are not there most of the time.

I stayed here in 1992 and enjoyed my stay then, so I wanted to stay there again. Of course, it's since been upgraded and renovated. The check-in was easy and fast. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when someone parked in our assigned spot (a great perk-assigned handicap spot next to our room). Our one-bedroom suite was well-equipped and quiet, even though we were ajacent to the main road and the indoor pool. The Mid Cape location was ideal.

Exterior is very well kept. The rooms are adequate, many items show obvious signs of wear and tear. Unfortunately on the last night teens knocked on our door threatening us. Mistaken identity Im sure but the staff said theres no security. Nothing was resolved. No one reached back out to us ensuring the safety of my family. Poorly trained staff for these rare incidents.

The Cove was one of the better places where I have stayed. We had an issue with door closing smoothly and getting the TV to work. The office sent the maintenance man immediately. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was great. There was not a full kitchen, only a microwave, but we didn’t use the kitchen facilities much anyway. The only issue was getting a parking space that was close to the door we used to get to the room. I would highly recommend The Cove.

Had a couple of service/communication issues. Before booking I confirmed they had an option for a roll out/air bed -what they didn't communicate by phone was the $30 upcharge for it. Manager refused to do anything but charge the $30. We arrived at 2:30 and went to check in. An employee named "Mind" said that check in time wasn't till 4, but that our room should be ready before then and she would call when it was ready. Having not gotten a phone call, we went back at 4:30. My phone number on the piece of paper was exactly where I left it. No acknowledgement or apology by Mind or anyone else. When I communicated I was expecting a call, another employee let me know our room was ready. We waited over 2 hours to have the airbed brought to our room which I had to call for a 2nd time. When it was finally delivered it was handed to us deflated in a bag with another bag of linens for it, no offer to help set it up. When the room was cleaned the first morning, housekeeping took an empty paper shopping bag that was sitting on the dining table as garbage (it wasn't). While the place was relatively clean, they have a lot to learn in the service department. I travel a lot for business and haven't experienced the communication/service issues we did here.

Having not gotten a phone call, we went back at 4:30. My phone number on the piece of paper was exactly where I left it. No acknowledgement or apology by Mind or anyone else. When I communicated I was expecting a call, another employee let me know our room was ready. We waited over 2 hours to have the airbed brought to our room which I had to call for a 2nd time. When it was finally delivered it was handed to us deflated in a bag with another bag of linens for it, no offer to help set it up. When the room was cleaned the first morning, housekeeping took an empty paper shopping bag that was sitting on the dining table as garbage (it wasn't). While the place was relatively clean, they have a lot to learn in the service department. I travel a lot for business and haven't experienced the communication/service issues we did here.

We hadn't stayed here in a few years but we always liked it. Since the last time nice updates were done that refreshed the facility. We loved the addition of the outside dining and nightly entertainment. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. An A plus establishment.

We had an amazing stay at The Cove but there was one hiccup…they tried to charge me for TWO ROOMS! I showed them my receipt for one room and they said it would be taken care of. During our stay, we were contacted by the front desk manager, notifying us there was nothing they could do. I told them I wasn’t paying for two rooms and left it at that. So far, the additional charge has not shown up on my credit card as I continue to monitor. Other than that, I look forward to booking future stays at The Cove.

One of our favorite places. Great location, quiet, comfortable, clean, staff is excellent, great amenities! My only complaint would be not enough handicap parking because it’s all reserved by time share ownership whom are not there most of the time.

I stayed here in 1992 and enjoyed my stay then, so I wanted to stay there again. Of course, it's since been upgraded and renovated. The check-in was easy and fast. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when someone parked in our assigned spot (a great perk-assigned handicap spot next to our room). Our one-bedroom suite was well-equipped and quiet, even though we were ajacent to the main road and the indoor pool. The Mid Cape location was ideal.

Our room needed some repairs. Door handle broken on slider, stairwell railings very dirty, and we could have used an elevator as we were traveling with young children and large suitcases. That said, the staff were very friendly and the view of the water was beautiful.

Large suite with 2 bathrooms and full kitchen was very comfortable but actually more then I needed for a 2 night stay. Plenty of activities available with indoor pool and health club. Out of town, but convenient to many dining options. Restaurant on the property

This place has the feeling of a resort, with a Great Location, and Great service. It was a great experience. My children absolutely loved the Cove. Our Townhouse room was spotless. Very comfortable and I love the outdoor pools. We hope to come back next year.

I recently stayed at your hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. The room was far below my expectations. My 11-year-old son had to sleep on a sofa that was hard and uncomfortable, and the unpleasant odor in the room made our stay even more intolerable. Additionally, there was no breakfast provided, forcing us to leave the hotel to find a meal elsewhere. To make matters worse, I had booked and paid for a room for the 13th but arrived on the 12th. I requested to use the room since I had already paid, but my request was denied. As a result, I had to pay again and effectively lost a night's stay that I had already paid for. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and accommodations provided. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and indignant, and I expect a prompt response addressing these issues.

Nice facilities and pool. Disappointed in the on site restaurant they gave us a $10 off coupon. We arrived on a Saturday evening and they were closed Sunday. We left Wednesday. They weren’t gonna be open until Friday. It should be open more during the week for people who only have several days to visit.

Under toilet seats covered in feces. Restaurant had limited kitchen. Beer on tap was flat. Kicked out of pool for having a water football when there were only two other people in the pool. I've come here since I was a child and looked forward to bringing my kids. Glad they experienced it but this year will be the last. We really enjoyed this lodging. Clean, well-furnished and pleasant. What really stood out were the two restaurants on the property. The bar/restaurant by the pool was delightful, delicious food, comfy seating, live music and attentive staff. The 2nd restaurant has great ambiance, varied menu and is very welcoming. We will return for both the lodging and dining.

This hotel that was great.. A From our room, to the pool area and also the restaurant on sight the loft... This hotel is well taken care of and very clean.. We enjoyed the live band at the loft on Saturday night.. Will definitely be rebooking here.... Thanks

Clean room, and amenities were great. Bed was a little small and construction workers on renovations were a little disruptive at times (blocking parked cars, loud noise), but we got over it. Overall a good stay.

This was our fourth stay at The Cove for our anniversary weekend. We have stayed in a suite unit twice and this was our second stay in one of the townhouse units. The unit we had was convenient for access to the pool and adjacent to The Loft for dining, (which we love). This unit could use some updated furniture as the coffee table was extremely wobbly (I thought it would fall apart when I tried to move it a little closer to the sofa). Also noticed what looked like black mold in the shower stall. The ceiling fan light/fan had to be turned on by standing on the bed (which was very soft, so I felt very unsteady). The light would flicker off & on also. The bed was listed as queen size on the booking but having a queen at home, this was definitely smaller. Hoping this review will help get these things corrected for future guests. We'll still book The Cove in the future but will look for one of the suite units as we didn't recall how steep the staircase is to get to the loft bedroom.

The check in attendent gave us wrong directions to the best place to park for our room. Therefore, we had many stairs to climb and a longer walk to our room than was necessary. We did not discover the easier way to our room for two days. The room was nice and clean but also had a lot of stairs to climb. We would not have stayed there if I had know about the many staircases.
