My first room's closet door was broken so they moved us to another room, which is inconvenient. Also the one elevator is in rough shape, it makes an awful noise and does not run smoothly.

Free parking, free shuttle to metro station, big room, nice breakfast

The elevator made a loud noise (screeching) when coming to a stop going up. Then we looked the inspected certificate in the elevator and it had expired!!! It expired in 12/23. When the current date was 2/13/24. Please get it up to current for everyone's peace and safety.

We stayed for almost a week. The shuttle to the metro was great, especially after a day of walking around DC and the museums. Staff was friendly and responsive. Breakfast was great!

Everything was great except there wasn't parking spots available. Had to park in the business next door. Was worried about being towed.

Elevator needs to be fixed. Add grab bars to the shower.

The room was old and dirty. Elevator makes bad noise. I do not recommend it to anyone even if the fees are lower than other inns.

The only thing I liked about the hotel is the shuttle to the metro. There were several dislikes. One upon check in the person at the desk was not welcoming, did not completely check me in (put a hold on my card and did not have me sign anything. I found out later I was suppose to have signed and someone could have check in my room/entered because there was no record of us checking in). Also the surrounding neighborhood was not great. Once we entered our room is limited on amenties and tV channels, tv stand was damaged, needed repairs and upgrades, tub needed upgrade and appeared black. 2 roaches spotted and then complained and ask for manager. The option for us at 2 am was to either check out or they offered another room. Well unfortunately we got another room on different floor. No roaches but phine did not work, microwave not working properly, inside of tub black. Lastly breakfast was terrible and had nats flying around bagelqs and desserts. Complained again!! PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!

Our room was pretty clean, except the carpet had wet spots all over. I am pretty sure they spot cleaned it before we went in, it wasn’t just a little wet though, it was like stepping in a puddle every time. The beds are really hard and squeak with every little move. But the worse part is the wall are paper thin, you can hear everything and everyone. You can hear the bed squeak when the person in the next room rolls over, you can hear every time someone close to you goes to the bathroom, all night you can hear everything!!

This was an aging property that didn't match the pictures. Stains on the carpets, marks on walls, and overall fairly aged vibe.

The carpet needs to be cleaned everywhere. It is a smell throughout the hotel which is stale. The breakfast is great and the staff are amazingly helpful.

The staff and room were great. Only stayed one night. No issues. Check in was smooth. Breakfast was just your standard hotel breakfast. Very clean hotel.

Wasn’t a horrible experience. The first room, the toilet had to flush 3 times. Informed front desk, he was like he will send maintenance. I was like no, I want another room, because I’m not getting charged for this. I did receive a new room. The heater/ac was on extremely loud. Other than that, it’s was an okay.

Room was ok, but the air conditioning was terrible. 2 out of 4 nights we were miserable. Room was stuffy and hot, No one could get a good nights sleep Elevator was a bit wonky. Breakfast was good and staff was nice. Not the worst, but will definitely not be staying here again.

Spacious king room

The property wasn’t horrible, but the bed was uncomfortably hard and the carpet in my room had an odor. The vent in my room was really loud as well, so I was not able to get a good amount of rest the 3 nights that I stayed there.

The hotel was ok. The bed was not that comfortable and the room needed maintenance. Although our window was closed, there was a gap letting in a breeze and the sound of traffic outside. The cabinet door that was in front of the mini fridge was loose and hanging. The faucet was loose and leaking water from the base. The floor had some dips in it making it a trip hazard. The cleaning staff did not seem happy. One of the cleaning staff even jumped into the elevator, made eye contact with me, and clicked the elevator button so I had to wait for it to return. The front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast was ok. Overall I do not recommend.

Decent stay for the price. Water didn’t get hot and water pressure was low. Can hear people upstairs running.

The front desk clerk refused to produce a close out receipt to me . He was arrogant and very unprofessional. Infact he tore the door access card in my presence which was very rude of him. He ended up walking away from me leaving me standing at the front desk. The breakfast was not up to standard as expected from a reputable hotel. The elevator is slow and very noisy. The parking lot has litters everywhere. The bed itches and they should be checked for bed bugs and fleas. The price per day does not reflect the service rendered to the customer and there is a need to improve the quality of service. The front desk clerk during my morning check out does not deserve to be in the hotel. He was mad because I used a third party to get hotel.

Excellent, clean, comfortable hotel. The staff was so kind and professional. We especially enjoyed Skye with her heartfelt farewell.

This was my second time coming within the period of two months. The service there is excellent. The beds are comfortable if something is wrong with the room or the exterior of the hotel it is taken care of expediently by management. I highly highly recommend this hotel. Dolly

Friendly staff and check-in was fast. Great hot breakfast. General Manager was very friendly and the shuttle service was great to the Metro. Drop off and pickup was on time and well organized. Would highly recommend it, we would come come back definitely.

My friend and I booked this room because of a game at FedEx Field. The staff, namely the lady at check-in and the GM, were so very nice and accomodating to our needs. They let us leave a vehicle there until after the game was over, super helpful! Room was clean, hotel close to pretty much anything you'd need. New seafood restaurant down the road had the most amazing creme Brule!! All around great trip! We both said we'd stay there again.

Close to Branch Ave Metro stop, they will even shuttle you there. About 12 minute walk to metro. Decent breakfast with waffles, eggs, and a protein each day. Clean, but dated property.

Location is great. 2 minutes drive to Branch Ave. metro station. Parking is $5 for a workday if pay with SmarTrip card.

This was a great choice in the DC area. The room was reasonable, clean, close to the metro and seafood restaurants. We loved it. Oh, the breakfast was one of the best I seen for a hotel.

Thisbwas a very nice hotel! Very clean, the staff was very nice. I really liked that i got a text thanking us for staying and telling us if we needed anything to reply to the text. That makes it so much easier while on the go in a busy city. The breakfast was very pleasant. A wide variety... something for everyone. I would definitely stay here again

Friendly Staff and a Good breakfast daily .

The only issue we had was that one morning we came down for breakfast around 09:15 and the young lady had put basically everything away. There was another young lady that had 2 kids came looking for breakfast after us, and was tuened away with only dey ceral. Or would have been nice to had breakfast since it was included.
