Coachman Inn is in a convenient location for my travels and is right next door to a wonderful candy store. You can park right next to your room and the staff is friendly and helpful. The room wasn’t very spacious but still had lots of welcome desk space. They offer a limited breakfast.

Wifi is awful, Slow, or disconnects. place needs updating. You can hear every conversation thru the walls. breakfast is ok, still an ok place to stay. parking is fine.

Good roadside motel. Nothing fancy. Beds were comfortable, and breakfast was decent as a grab and go. Good location to access Portsmouth, UNH and Ogunquit. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

It is a motel, and if you arrive after off hours, it can be a little bit of a challenge to get in or when you want to check out early, they’re not open. People are very nice. It’s older, still needs more love and attention, but it’s OK

We have been using this motel for years. It has always been our go to for exploring the southern Maine coast. It has always been exceptionally clean. This time was no different but it seemed that the staff was overworked and couldn't keep up with everything. Our room was clean when we got there but several minor things were missing. Getting it cleaned again while we were there was difficult but the absolute necessities were provided. Parking is easy right outside the room which has exterior and interior doors so getting to the breakfast room is easy in inclement weather. The breakfast itself was nothing special but edible with eggs, sausage, breads and cereals, yogurt, apples, bananas, muffins, bagels, milk, juice and coffee. There was plenty of food and it was hotel grade, not premium but as I mentioned, edible. At any rate it kept us going, hiking daily and exploring beaches and conservation areas. This motel is centrally located to many different hiking and driving attractions and is relatively inexpensive. This place is dog friendly while most are not. We always have dogs so just one more reason to stay at the Coachman Inn. The water is hot, the showers are strong and the TV service includes movie channels. By the time we got there every evening, we were tired so maybe watched a few half movies before falling asleep in the excellent bed. The mattress, sheets and blankets are high quality as are the bath and hand towels. It is a pleasant place to stay in this area.
