This was a great find. Very friendly staff. It's an older hotel but the room was large, clean, and comfy. Quiet. Right off the main hwy. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Only 10 mins to downtown, close to the colleges, museums, and about 2 miles from the airport. Great location.

Hotel is old, undergoing some remodeling. Staff pleasant. Breakfast minimal. Hallway and front desk area reeked of marijuana during the evening. Pretty confident that it was an employee since it was gone by morning.

The building was dated and run down. We were placed upstairs which was extremely hot and humid. The upstairs stunk too. The chain on the door was broken which made us feel unsafe. There was a ceiling fan that had no controls or any way to turn on or use. Every time we went back to the room the key cards didn’t work and we had to reactivate them. I’ll pay double before coming back to this place. You can really tell the management is complacent and isn’t concerned with its guests experience. I was truly disappointed in this place.

We tried to upgrade to a jacuzzi room but the jacuzzi was out of order. The front, side door for staying customers worked half of the time. The bathroom in the room had leftover hair in the floor and around the tub. The microwave had a half eaten Bologna sandwich in it. I asked for 3 extra pillows and I got 2. However, you get what you pay for and the room was cheap.

The stay was quiet and comfortable! But they lied about the amenities of having a pool and the breakfast was horrible! The hotel needs upgraded! If they upgrade and make the breakfast better I would always go here when visiting!

The bed was comfy but the room was partially outdated or looked like it had been through it. The chair that was in the corner was looking suspicious. Staff was not super nice but they did help when the keys were not working. Overall, this place needs a little help but seems to be worth the price.

This hotel.has curb appeal the parking lot and the grounds are well kept. The lobby was neat and clean and the check in process was fast. The front desk staff are friendly. The room was cleaned daily, there are many lights in the room there is a refrigerator and a microwave.and a wet bar. The room is a nice size the floors are tile and the water in the shower was hot.with a strong flow of water. The breakfast was continental.

The floor appears to be new and the linens on the bed are clean and a fresh design. But the countertops were not to clean and the sink is outside the bathroom. The bathroom is very small with only the tub including shower & the toilet; there is no vent or toilet lid. The tub was not cleaned well as it still had soap in corner and hair in tub. The shower curtain has mold on it. There is a row of lights above the head of the bed that don't work and TV is very small.

We had a few issues. Firstly the microwave didn't work. We did get a replacement but only after pushing a bit. Then the shower curtain has mold on it.

This desk clerk,if you can call her that, immediately asks "Do you have a reservation " I politely told her yes and she snapped so fast and her exact words to me,"I hope you have a ID, otherwise I won't be able to rent you the room." The room however were extremely spacious and comfortable. The only other thing was ,"Horrible Water Pressure " and the breakfast is really not worth talking about.

Older hotel. Bathroom and sink area was clean. Bed linens seemed to be clean. Floor was not very clean and our socks were dirty within a few minutes. Hair dryer did not work and staff made no attempt to fix the problem. If I have to stay in that area again, I’ll probably pay a little more for a nicer place.

No one at the front desk when we came in. Not clean. Thankful we just arrived late evening and had to head out first thing or we would NOT have stayed there any longer. Sorry, but we cannot recommend.

No idea how this place has a 8 out of 10 review rating. Check in was a pain because I paid through the app but then was told that I had to pay at the hotel. Rooms were not clean. The floor was dirty, the ceiling fan was dirty. Power goes out an hour into our stay and never comes back on. No one is at the front desk for hours. Then they will not refund the room because anytime it rains they lose power. No power, no hot shower, no air conditioning, no breakfast.

Shabby hotel in a good location. Police were called both nights due to disturbances on site. A hotel guest invited his friends over, they got the wrong room number and at 11:30pm banged on my door by mistake, thinking it would be funny to shout OPEN UP, POLICE!! Management neither cared nor apologized each time the police were summoned to the hotel.

We went to the state fair and wanted to stay close to the fair but not in the city. Hotel was perfect for our needs. Friendly staff, clean room, close to convenience stores and fast food. Very safe area.

This hotel was just fine for the price. Breakfast was not much but it was adequate. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The room wasn’t very clean. The side of the mattress cover was dirty. Clumps of hair in the shower. Room had a musty smell. AC did not work very well. However there was a ceiling fan which was a pleasant surprise.

Disgusting. Reviews for this place MUST be fake. Lobby looked like it was furnished out of a dumpster but I thought maybe the room would at least be clean enough to just sleep for the night. It was not. Mattresses were super thin and not comfortable. Bedding was covered in stains. Furniture was broken and missing parts. Carpet was stained and ripped. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom. We would not stay here and they did not refund. We found somewhere decent down the road.

It showed it had a pool there was no pool. It had coke machine no vending machines for chips, had to go to office to get them. They locked the front door at like 9 and you had to hope and pray your key card opened the back or side door. I did see 1 roach in rm, bathroom was not very clean. Not enough pillows on bed, mattress not very comfortable.

Absolutely disgusting. Smelled so strong of mold and mildew I got a headache and sore throat and dizzy within 10 minutes. We had to leave and not stay there and they refused to give us a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE, they scammed us out of our money.

The first room toilet was filthy inside and out. The floor looked like it was never mopped. The supposedly clean towels were stained. The security door was broken and the handle was duct taped. I asked for towels and was told to bring my dirty ones to the front desk first! I told her that wasn't my job! Shower curtain just as dirty. Showered with it open. Never again
