Room was nice and staff was friendly. It says there’s a bar / lounge but it’s in the casino and they would not let us buy drinks. We had to play machines at the bar to get drinks. Casino is connected to hotel via a hallway but when we tried to walk back to our room at 10:15pm the door connecting the two was locked. We had to walk outside in the rain to get back to our room. I mentioned it to the front desk and they said they could have called security to let us through it not sure how long it would have taken to that anyway.

Motel 6 called Bally. The only truly positive thing to say is that it was clean. Usually rooms associated with casinos are spacious with comfortable beds connected to the casino for security reasons. This one, however, was none of those. Room was very small with a full size bed ( we booked king but there were only smoking king rooms available). Bed had a cheap soft mattress. Towels were thin and I had to use a towel and hand towel to get dry. TV was not working. The hallway that connected to the casino was used for storage and locked so the only way there was outside in a rainstorm. Very disappointing

The staff here is very friendly. We stayed the night coming back from vacation and enjoyed the casino as well. The hotel is smaller, but was accommodating and very clean. I can't say enough about the helpful staff. We are coming back again.

The rooms needs upgrade.. I had 3 rooms and one guest bedroom was so filthy they couldn’t stay, forcing me to pay more money for a hotel that I just paid to stay😤

Staff was nice, booked a king but there wasn't any available. Staff indicated king rooms had been gone for days. Nevertheless website allowed it .

they need to put more better funiture in the rooms , like chairs and foot stools. it was very clean. no complaint. need put curtains in rooms on the windows and hangers for guests. over all, nice hotel.

Front desk agent.(Lisa) She was very nice n thorough welcoming and helpful and despite the machine messing up she quickly got us checked in after a long travel. She is the face of Bally's Hotel and should definitely be acknowledged for her hospitality and friendly demeanor. I will return and look forward to seeing her!!

Room was care worn to say the least. If you are going to build a casino on the edge of a small/medium southern town a GOOD restaurant would be a big attraction.

It was annoying that three out of the four doors that we tried to use were sticking and hard to close or open. Two of them were in our room, the main entrance and the bathroom. The room was OK, nothing to write home about. A couple showed up in the room above us about two in the morning yelling expletives at each other and I’m fairly sure there was probably some hitting involved and a lot of stomping around. And then about four in the morning someone was outside of our window on his phone, talking for an hour and a half, also use an expletives. I’m not sure if Security is existent there, but it sure didn’t seem like it for our stay.

We loved our room When we were there in Aug 1 but our stay on Aug 7 the tolit was super loose and the baseboards in bathroom were almost off and the bathroom door did not close and the water pressure in shower was super low. But the manger Jenifer was amazing and so kind and respectful. Overall we loved the area but hotel needs some up kept in rooms

The staff was amazing and very helpful on helping us find good places to eat. And housekeeping was amazing and rooms were super clean. Very nice place to visit as we were passing through on Vacation!!! We are from Texas
