We had an excellent stay! Nice quiet location right off the highway. The staff were kind, efficient and helpful. The rooms and communal areas were kept clean. Just be aware that there is no elevator. There are only two floors so not too many stairs but something to consider.

Stay was great. Hotel staff were very friendly, hotel was quiet, free parking always available, breakfast was hot every morning but never changed options. Would be nice to have something different offered on weekends vs Weekdays. We stayed a total of 5 nights and had the same breakfast every morning. Rooms could use a little updating. AC worked great. Our bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way, so we couldn’t lock the door while someone was in there. Room service was great for restocking towels and changing garbages. Shopping outlets are so close and lots of options for dining within a 30 min drive.

We stayed one night as a stop for rest. The room was nice, clean and bed very comfortable. Also nice big TV mounted on wall. The bathroom was clean but could use some updating. One negative is no elevator and we were on second floor so had to carry luggage up stairs which for us ok but others may not like that. Staff was kind and friendly. There was absolutely no ventilation in our room. It became too hot very fast during the night with no way to cool down. Right next to the highway so all the motors kept us from sleeping. We actually barely slept. Windows very dirty. No autoopening doors.

The girl at the front desk was very rude. Did not feel welcoming. The room was clean. The hallways had a weird smell and carpets were all stained. Did not know there was a fee you had to pay after already paying online as I never have had to do that anywhere else. The girl did not explain why there was a fee and was very unfriendly about it. Overall I would never stay there again. Definitely can find somewhere else worth the money.

When we went to check in there was no attendant present and we had to wait for someone to show up. She seemed very unprepared. we were informed that the room was a handicapped version even though this was not made obvious on the listing. When we asked if we could change rooms she said she wouldn't be able to do that but also struggled to find our reservation and make the card reader work. She seemed suspicious lf our ages for some reason even though we're both in our 30s. The room we got didn't have a tub and was very dirty like a layer of dirt on the floors, soap scum all over the bathroom, and very few amenities.

Clean rooms, renovated furniture, yummy pillows and comfy beds. New heat-air conditioners, fabulous water pressure in the shower! Friendly staff. No frills and comfort in a very convenient location. Our stay was very brief, literally only about 9 hours just to sleep for the night. Room looked nice and newly renovated, bedding looked and felt clean, bathroom was clean. Hot breakfast in the lobby looked good, but we ended up eating elsewhere. Check in and checkout were quick and easy.

I was in the area with my granddaughter’s dance competition. Our was clean, beds comfortable and clean sheets, bathroom super clean too. Free hot and cold breakfast was good too. The carpet in the hallways and stairs can use some cleaning and air fresheners will do justice to a not so pleasant smell in my opinion. Other than that, I will stay again. The most important thing for me, clean room, sheets, bathroom, wifi TV. They were and had a couple of good night sleeps.

The front desk charged my credit card multiple times to the point Discover locked my card and then declined their further deposit attempts. They then required me to make a cash deposit. It would be beneficial to have knowledgeable associates running the front desk. Highly inconvenient to have my card locked while a thousand miles away from home. Would not recommend. The room looked recently updated and overall was decent for the price.

The stay was a good one. The hotel was recently refreshed, if not fully renovated. The overall condition was better than I would expect at the price (2nd cheapest in my search around Nashua). The staff was nice and helpful, I checked in at 10PM and someone was there to greet me; they were quick to give me a new key when I locked myself out of my room. They offered a continental breakfast, which was no-frills, but perfect ahead of my early start for the long drive home. I'd definitely considering staying here again!

check in and staff was very friendly, breakfast was great and only 5 min away from outlets. the room was clean and bed was comfy. Only downside is its location the hotel is off a highway near some condos. But its quiet and cant beat the price .

A quick one night get away to check out the Merrimack shopping outlets. First time we've stayed at Quality Inn Merrimack NH. Easy access, convenient location and very nice staff also our room was great clean and comfortable. Planning on staying here again.

Stay was great. Hotel staff were very friendly, hotel was quiet, free parking always available, breakfast was hot every morning but never changed options. Would be nice to have something different offered on weekends vs Weekdays. We stayed a total of 5 nights and had the same breakfast every morning. Rooms could use a little updating. AC worked great. Our bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way, so we couldn’t lock the door while someone was in there. Room service was great for restocking towels and changing garbages. Shopping outlets are so close and lots of options for dining within a 30 min drive.

We stayed one night as a stop for rest. The room was nice, clean and bed very comfortable. Also nice big TV mounted on wall. The bathroom was clean but could use some updating. One negative is no elevator and we were on second floor so had to carry luggage up stairs which for us ok but others may not like that. Staff was kind and friendly. Breakfast was really good, lots of option hot and cold.

Average property. Staff was polite but not as welcoming as other placeses I've stayed. Not rude just strictly business. Breakfast options where below average. No buffet eggs just refridgerated egg & sausage muffin that needed microwaving. Waffle batter and maker.

Nice clean hotel w/courteous staff. Breakfast was a step up from the generic carb only “breakfasts” at other hotels. This one had sausage and preformed egg rounds.

Great friendly staff. Spotless, quiet and comfortable room. I did find the hallway decor and choice of colors to be somewhat bizarre. I suppose it is a matter of taste. Breakfast choices were very ordinary and limited.

My elderly parents + I booked two rooms at this hotel for a 21-night stay. At the time of booking, I specifically requested an accessible room for my father, who requires a walk-in shower, along with a second room nearby. We came in with reasonable expectations for a long-term stay + were willing to be flexible — but several aspects of our experience made that very difficult. At check-in, we were told — for the first time, with no prior warning — that hotel policy required us to change rooms every 6-7 days, packing up all our belongings each time. No explanation was ever given. With two elderly guests in tow, we had no real choice but to comply. This should have been disclosed before we booked. We did not need or want daily housekeeping for two rooms held over three weeks. That request was not respected. On multiple occasions, when we opened the door just to exchange towels, housekeepers pushed past my mother + let themselves into the room uninvited. For all 21 days, there was essentially no water pressure — at one point I could not rinse shampoo out of my hair. When I asked about taking a bath instead, I learned the tub had no drain stopper, + was told guests were not permitted to take baths at all, only showers. In hindsight, given what happened on our second-to-last night, I suspect the water pressure issue was a symptom of a much larger plumbing problem the hotel already knew about.
