I stayed two nights and in the morning after the first night I notified the staff that the wifi was slow and spotty. They did nothing to correct it, and the following day, the wifi was completely down. I told the staff again as I was checking out, and they offered a meek apology but no discount on my stay. Is that normal? You offer an amenity but if it's not available, whoopsie oh well? I get that this is a cheap motel, but come through with what you say you offer, and if you can't deliver, do something.

Nice family owned— only ask for the new building wing. The older parts are dicey. Good, average food and well priced meals on the property with friendly waitresses. Bar is old town favorite.

Jodi behind the desk gave me as requested, a quiet room at the end of the long building on the second floor. Good bed, lighting, heater, TV, micro, fridge, coffeemaker and WiFi. I’ve stayed in a number of other places in Ithaca and although this one is the least expensive, it checks off all my needs. Oh, there is a very good restaurant and bar on premises. And it’s across the street from Wegman’s.

Property has plenty of parking and was in a good location with many stores close by and close to the town. The front desk staff was nice and very helpful. She accommodated me when I wanted to change rooms, unfortunately the room was outdated and visibly dirty. We found at least 2 bugs in the space and pockets of dust that looked like it hadn't been cleaned for several months. We went to the front desk to check out as we could not stay there. The front desk was very helpful in agreeing to refund us for the night.

Oh boy, if you have a tent I'd say stay in it instead. We legit went out to buy sheets because the sheets were so yellow and stained. Shower looked like something out of chainsaw massacre. Every no smoking room is....you guessed it! Smells like you're in your grandparents house that smoked three packs a day. Remote was covered in literal human boogers. The restaurant and bar was absolute madness, filled with children that were even on the bartenders hip. Scary back to front as there was no secondary door lock. Oh. And there are the LARGEST spiders I have seen outside of AUSTRALIA on the staircases. You couldn't PAY me to stay here again.

While I have stayed I. The double queen rooms at this hotel in the “brick building” and quite enjoyed my stay (clean, good amenities, nice breakfast), my stay in a king room this time (main old motel like building) was NOT what I expected. The room showed obvious signs of water damage. The room itself was wedge shaped and had one tiny high window without a screen. The door’s security lock was very difficult to use. The breakfast (served at the same place as other visits) was only toast, coffee, and packaged “sweet buns”. None of the fruit and yogurt, or even milk and cereal, if the previous visits was offered. The location is the hotel is very good for my purposes, so I will probably stay again - but in the double queen rooms, specific asking for the brick building!

The room was ok - basically comfortable and acceptably clean. However the room and hallway had a strong unpleasant odor - we kept our window open and fan running for fresh air, and the traffic outside was noisy. The staff was very friendly and considerate. We felt safe and slept fine.

We walked into our room after driving 2 hours for a concert to opening door and trash not taken out bed not made as if someone just slept in it called front desk and notified the rudest person in the world said get out I went to front door to say we just need another room and was literally pushed door locked we had to drive back home at midnight 2 hours in a snow storm contacted them next day owner refused to call back Expedia should remove this business honestly and anyone else please avoid

The place is falling apart. The toilet overflows from a tissue and the walls are so thin you can hear a pin drop. Asked the front desk to deal with screaming at midnight. I was told to call the cops. Never will stay there again.

Tried to be open minded as other reviews warned property was dated, but in addition, common areas were worn and dirty, housekeeping forgot to make up our room the second day, keys frequently did not work, at times taking four trips in a row to the desk at a time to obtain new keys - until they ran out of key cards completely as other guests had the same issue. Front desk staff were polite and tried to help, but despite that, would definitely not recommend and would absolutely not stay there again. Sorry to have to write this as I never leave negative reviews, but unfortunately this is a sad rundown establishment. I was cheap not wanting to spend over $600/night for graduation w/end (as I left it late to book), but in retrospect, we should have just paid the exra $ to stay somewhere clean and well run - 3 nights at the Meadow Court Inn was not a pleasant experience.

TV didn’t work. Room phone was dead. I called from my cell phone to ask TV be fixed. Got voicemail and left message. Never got a response. I had arthritis pain in my knee and didn’t want to walk back to front desk due to that pain. I called Expedia to see if they could intercede. Expedia representative was able to reach the front desk at the hotel. However, he informed me that the woman at the front desk was nasty, she yelled at him for requesting that they fix the TV. Then she hung up on him. The front desk never sent anyone to the room to fix the TV and I was unable to watch the TV. Expedia requested a refund or discount on my behalf due to this unfortunate incident. Management refused any discount or refund. It’s one thing for an overnight desk clerk to have a bad day and refuse service to a paying customer while behaving in a nasty manner to the Expedia representative. But for management to acquiesce in this behavior and not try to make things right is beyond the pale.

This was our second time one staying with this hotel. The first time was just ok. This time was great. Staff is super friendly and helpful, clean rooms, comfy beds, decent free breakfast. Parking was easy, WiFi was speedy. Plenty of towels, refrigerator and microwave in the room which was a surprise as it didn’t specify online.

The room was average, and met our needs. The hotel was sold out and offered the best value. The breakfast was incredibly basic, but would be OK for those strapped for cash. We went out for breakfast instead since we wanted a more full-balanced meal. Otherwise, all good to this repeat customer. It is a good value for Ithaca.

a bit expensive as facility run down but that may be because was a race weekend in Watkins Glenn. Convenient to Cornel and area parks breakfast was bagel, muffins, oatmeal, juice, frozen waffles. no protein mattress was firm which I liked, wife didn't Wegman's right across street

Spacious room but few amenities. I had to ask for an electric iron. Breakfast is minimal. No eggs, bread, or even any kind of fruit.

Nice family owned— only ask for the new building wing. The older parts are dicey. Good, average food and well priced meals on the property with friendly waitresses. Bar is old town favorite.

Jodi behind the desk gave me as requested, a quiet room at the end of the long building on the second floor. Good bed, lighting, heater, TV, micro, fridge, coffeemaker and WiFi. I’ve stayed in a number of other places in Ithaca and although this one is the least expensive, it checks off all my needs. Oh, there is a very good restaurant and bar on premises. And it’s across the street from Wegman’s.

Just ok. Few outlets, wobbly lamp, no soap in room. No fruit or protein at breakfast. Watery coffee. Comfortable bed, good temperature control, nice hot water. Close to restaurants.

The room we stayed in was free of carpeting, which is VERY important to me as I have allergies. We had trouble with the tv, could not get it to work. Three staff members tried to help, but finally I just unplugged it and that was the trick. However, not much to watch. For the reasonable price, the continental breakfast was good. The location was excellent for getting around the area.

Great value. Outdated decor but clean sheets and towels. Exceptionally hot water with more than adequate water pressure in shower. Working A/C. Noisy-ish neighborhood, but not enough to prevent a good night's sleep. Breakfast was underwhelming, but at this price I'm not complaining.

The Wi-Fi signal is always 2 out of 5 for my room. The room is clean. Air conditioning works but it's very loud. Check-in/check-out was smooth.
