Schöne Villa mit Pool in Bois Plage

Great property, although only contact was with a lady with poor English (and she didn’t always answer my messages) and I had poor French! I was only given address via text on the day of arrival when she made contact. I sought address in advance but was only given the area as part of a message in French via the app. The cooker was complicated to operate with no instructions. There was limited information on recycling (what was accepted, what to do with glass bottles). That said, a lovely place to stay.

Heel fijn vakantiehuis. Alle comfort en heel gezellig ingericht in typische Ile De Ré stijl. De ligging is wat ons betreft perfect: zeer rustig en op wandelafstand van het centrum en vlakbij de pistes cyclables. Wij komen hier zeker terug!

Rien a dire

Nous avons voulu découvrir l\'Ile de Ré où nous n\'étions pas encore allés. L\'emplacement de la maison était parfait pour cela. C\'est une maison qui a indéniablement beaucoup de charme et qui a été très bien décorée. Le salon notamment est superbe et très agréable à vivre. Seul bémol, nous avons payé le prix cher pour avoir une maison avec piscine et cette dernière n\'était pas utilisable. Nous sommes arrivés l\'eau était verdâtre. Tout a été fait pour la réparer mais une pièce étant manquante, l\'installateur a donc en attendant fait comme si c\'était une "bassine", a vidé entièrement la piscine puis l\'a remplie avec une eau glaciale et il a mis beaucoup de chlore pour que l\'eau ne tourne pas. Autant dire qu\'il était impossible de se baigner. La moindre des choses aurait été un geste commercial du propriétaire que nous attendons toujours...

Altho' the villa was lovely there are a few things which need upgrading and we were with a oven/hob all week. There were no instructions for any appliances.
