The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk receptionist was pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately, the condition of the property did not meet my expectations, especially at a rate of $300 per night. The rooms, lobby, parking lot, and entrance and exit areas appeared very dated. In my room, the lighting was too dim, there was nowhere to hang clothes, and the bathroom had no mirror. The bathroom also needed fresh paint, and visible cosmetic repairs appeared poorly finished, giving the impression that ongoing maintenance needs more attention. Overall, the property felt more like a motel than the hotel experience I expected for the price. Although it was adequate for a single overnight stay, I did not feel it offered good value, and I would not choose to stay at this Ramada again, and would not recommend it to anyone,

Took my wife here to spend her birthday in New York. hotel was great breakfast was good we got a suite with a jetted bed was really comfortable I don’t really have anything bad to say about the hotel but the town itself is kinda bland not really a whole lot to do for a beach down but easy access to the metro to go to the city

Unfortunately the reviews don't reflect the condition of the parking lot and rooms. This is basically an older Motel that needs help. We were supposed to stay two nights but upon arrival, the parking lot was dark and there were Shady characters walking around and upon entering the room, there was the strongest smell of ammonia covering mildew. We immediately let hotels.com know as well as the manager on duty. At that point they were going back and forth and I was able to cancel the second night thank goodness. In the room there was dampness on the floor, a very clogged sink that couldn't be used that we discovered wait that evening, and again such a strong smell that we had to put the air conditioner on full blast on a very cool night. We are now seeking refund for that night and hopefully hotels.com will support this customer because if we had any other choices of where to go, we would have left!
