It is convienently located on Sunrise Highway near a big selection of various restaurants. We were disappointed that the pool was closed. They served a hearty breakfast The staff was very nice

I rented 2 suites and one of the suites AC was not working. I had to call them 3/4 times to come and fix it. One point I asked them to transfer me in a different suite and they said they were all booked and nothing available and if I am not comfortable I can check out!!!! That’s a bad customer service. I will not stay in there in future for sure. Also, they advertise the availability of pool but it wasn’t available for customers!!!!

We were surprised at the age/general condition of the hotel, and that the pool was not open, but our room was clean and very comfortable. It had the largest fridge we've ever had in any hotel or motel. Air conditioning unit was extremely loud, but that helped drown out the noise of other guests coming and going. The continental breakfast was rather impressive and the staff and manager, Raj, were very accommodating and pleasant.

My husband and I stayed here for one night. We traveled from out of state to attend an event. This is an older property located right off Sunrise Highway. When you arrive you are welcomed by a sign that says "Please Pardon Our Appearance " Currently the pool is under construction When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. We waited around 10-15 minutes before we were greeted by the manager. He was polite and well mannered. We were offered a later checkout time at no charge.

Ok so I have been in many hotels in my life this is by far the worst. Guests were fighting at midnight with foul language and hotel staff didn’t even bother. Fight continues till 1:30 AM! Very filthy room with ants crawling all around the sink, Bathroom is being fixed with DIY project first timers! Do not go there as most of hotel guests seem to be long term residents from town homeless residence program. The only good thing in the hotel was the daily room cleaning and restocking supplies. Anything else was terrible.

This was the worst stay!!! The room was falling apart and roach infested!! I couldn’t sleep on the fear of a roach crawling on me!! Went to turn on the shower and a bunch of roaches jumped out the shower and the shower rod it was raining roaches!! Roaches crawling on the headboard and down onto the pillow and bed!!!

Check in was slow. Seemed like the machine that codes the keys wasn’t working properly. One of the room keys ended up not working. The room appeared clean on the surface but when I closed the bathroom door I noticed dust bunnies, hair that wasn’t mine, and just dirt on the floor.

When we first got the keys and went to the room. The room was not clean. The bed was not made up. There was dirty towels in there so we had to wait for them to clean the room before we can get in and that room also had roaches that came out at night. The guy at the front desk had no manners. We asked for towels on night, and he just got all bent out of shape.

The hotel location is great for getting around, parking was not an issue. As for the room itself - Tub & Sink drainage was an issue - almost to the point of clogged. Room was decent but there was "sticky stuff" on the floor in the bathroom.

The pictures online make this place look ten times nicer than it is. The bed was loud and extremely uncomfortable. My husband described it as sleeping on a crunchy taco shell. The room was dirty, especially the toilet and the light switch was broken. The AC so loud and squeaky it kept you awake.

You get what you pay for. This place was alright for a quick overnight stay. Just a place to get off the road for a night. Also there was no microwave in the room, only a refrigerator. We were told only suites had microwaves.

My stay started off ok Had a great conversation with the gentlemen at the front desk. HOWEVER at night early morn when I arrived back to warm up coffee my I was immediately profiled by the gentleman at the front counter I sat my stuff down on the counter and he immediately started telling me to move my stuff and that he is running this hotel I dont want your stuff on my counter he was rude nasty and then started to to walk to the phone to call police. All I told him was he didnt have to be rude and speak to me like he did . He assumed I was drunk or something I didnt expect to be treated or profiled by a person just as dark as me..

Hotel looks nothing like pictures. First room received a/c was leaking. Young lady at front desk changed my room with no hesitation. Second room toilet handle leaking and a/c warm. When went to front desk next morning the gentleman there was very rude and acting as if is extremely bothered. He interaction with customer before was very disrespectful. I told him what was going on with the room. He told me the a/c needed to be on 61 degrees to work properly. I never heard of that before but the room was a lil cooler. But was very dusty. The room had wood floor and tile in bathroom area. Which needed to be cleaned. Overall not very satisfied with this stay.

The manager wasn’t a nice person. I felt stereotype for being black in the hotel also one of the staff members had throw away my breakfast and didn’t allow me to get something to eat. Over the years traveling to different states and countries and staying in various hotels Ramada by Rockville center was the worst worst worst hotel I have ever stayed at and honestly I cannot give a good response at all. From the manager straight down to his staff wasn’t helpful or customer oriented.

A little disappointing for the price and location. Outside was old and beat up looking. The room was fairly clean. Bathroom extremely small. The guests were noisy, I was woken up at 1am and again at 3:30 but people yelling. We had one small issue with sink, the staff responded and resolved immediately. I would not stay again as I got a terrible night sleep and did not feel safe.

The room was not up to current hotel standard. Dirt behind the corners of the bed. Bathroom really need updating. Front door to the room needs to be replaced. Doesn't closed tightly. Bathroom door shows water damage. Found roaches in bathroom. Water stains on ceilings. Overall, the room needs a lot of work. Location is ideal for catching the railroads and can walk to local restaurants.

Sorry, we should have spent the extra money. Extremely loud parking lot activities with Police out in the lot twice. Suspicious "sales" in lot. The bathroom was so small no room to put out toiletries and water in shower never got above warm.

The rooms was roach infested, people walking around smoking weed area was not clean at all. they have the vehicle park in the handicap zone. It looks like the person was living in the car and the car was roaches, infested, climbing up the windows and let’s talk about the buffet breakfast. People stretching their hands over your food. and make sure you get up before 9:30 or you would not get any breakfast. Never again.

Room was very dirty, bad smell.. I went to complain in the recession they said they would clean it again I had to leave the hotel and when we came back we found it the same way. Took my wife here to spend her birthday in New York. hotel was great breakfast was good we got a suite with a jetted bed was really comfortable I don’t really have anything bad to say about the hotel but the town itself is kinda bland not really a whole lot to do for a beach down but easy access to the metro to go to the city

Unfortunately the reviews don't reflect the condition of the parking lot and rooms. This is basically an older Motel that needs help. We were supposed to stay two nights but upon arrival, the parking lot was dark and there were Shady characters walking around and upon entering the room, there was the strongest smell of ammonia covering mildew. We immediately let hotels.com know as well as the manager on duty. At that point they were going back and forth and I was able to cancel the second night thank goodness. In the room there was dampness on the floor, a very clogged sink that couldn't be used that we discovered wait that evening, and again such a strong smell that we had to put the air conditioner on full blast on a very cool night. We are now seeking refund for that night and hopefully hotels.com will support this customer because if we had any other choices of where to go, we would have left!
