Room great, Swimming pool was nice, staff is wonderful, housekeeping is very good, staff is friendly. Very inconvenient that there are no laundry services because washer and dryer are broken and stay broken the whole month we were there. It was excessive that they charge $20 every night for a pet.

We stayed here for our second time this year. Very clean rooms and lobby. Pool is pretty great. Friendly staff. Only problem we had was the breakfast was still cold, because the appliance had either been turned off or forgotten to be turned on. No problem though, we cranked up the heat, so it would get hot…ate out breakfast, and then turned everything down to warm. Great experience there, and will continue to choose this hotel for our family visit trips!!

They were changing out the mattresses in the hotel on the first day when we arrived, the left the old mattresses in the hallway the entire time we stayed and our mattresses were old and not comfortable.

Amenities say laundry, but they do not have laundry. Both washer and dryer Out of order for a long time. Breakfast is the same every day and never changes but OK. Staff is very friendly and nice, Rooms are very nice and clean. People with pets are put in rooms near the back door, which is good and thoughtful for pet owners and those who do not like pets. No laundry is very inconvenient

The breakfast was delicious, some of the staff were gossipy that we could hear. The hotel is under renovations. It definitely needs to be updated. Very comfortable bedding. I would stay again.

Beds were like sleeping on a popping air mattress. We kept thinking we heard gun shots because every time one of the kids would roll over the bed would pop the springs so loud. Constant smell of marijuana. Cigarette burns on the toilet. Check in was rude and asked for my credit card and identification so when I handed to her I saw her taking a copy of my credit card. Check out was a different person so he was nice. The pool was gross and cloudy, couldn’t even see the bottom. Disgusting.

Uninterested to help in any way. Dirty mattresses through out the hallways. Children running through the hallways screaming after midnight. Constant slamming of doors all through the night. Shower was disgusting with mold.

Bathroom shower needs replaced. Moldy and no place for soap/shampoo. Bathroom floor was sticky. Carpet was filthy. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was skimpy with limited choices. Gravy and biscuits but no biscuits.

Very comfy rooms. Painful to talk to front desk worker as she makes it very clear that she is miserable and doesn\'t want to help. Room was close to 80 degrees after AC set to 60 for 4 hours, barely blowing. Desk worker eventually comes up and says "it is blowing, you feel that? It is clearly working" as my wife, kid and I are all covered in sweat. After arguing and some wait, she calls on phone saying to bring all of our things downstairs (4 days worth of things) and they will change our room. Good thing I did not bring things downstairs as the next room was the next door down. New room smelled like charcoal but was much more acceptable than the hot one. The "full Continental breakfast" seems to be a muffin and banana, if there were more items I could not tell. Thankfully some restaurants are nearby to grab breakfast from. 4/10 experience due to hot room and extremely uncomfortable staff worker.

Everything was pretty good except our tv did not work. I booked this room because my fiance and I wanted a kid free romantic adult night getaway, and it was not very relaxing having to sit in a room with no tv or radio or anything, just complete silence. Really ruined our night.

Our bed was terrible and sounded like we were breaking it just sitting down. The AC did not blow cold. Breakfast was the same every single day, sausage Pattie’s, biscuits, nasty eggs, and sausage gravy in crockpot.

Recently stayed for a night during check in she was rude. I either had to pay $100 more if I was paying cash( with a current credit card on file) or pay with a card and got charged a fee for paying with a card. There were no towels at the pool so we used the ones from our room and went to the desk to get more towels. We were meet with attitude about needing new towels. Our wash cloths in our room had large holes in them. The sign said breakfast is served at 7 on the weekends so we decided to stay longer to get breakfast however when we went down stairs to load our car and get breakfast they hadn’t put anything out. We decided to just check out. We rang the bell with no answer. Within the span of 30 minutes 3 more guests trying to check out also rang the bell with no answer until one continued to ring the bell until she came out. It was very obvious she was sleeping in the back and had just woken up. She gave attitude when we asked for a receipt. Breakfast still hadn’t been served by the time we left. I was also unable to contact the company because the only thing I could find was for their front desk.

The lady at the front desk was not friendly when checking in. My son and I went to eat breakfast at 7am, there was no breakfast. We wanted to eat before we headed to his baseball tournament at 8am. Since there was no breakfast went to check out. There wasn't anyone working the front desk. There were several people in the lobby. We waited a few minutes for someone to come, they never did. I just left my keys on the front desk and left.

Everything was excellent. Check in was a breeze, and reception knew the area well. Continental breakfast included hot and cold options. Room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Pool area looked nice, did not use it. Wifi worked and i got some work done in the small lobby space. Mammoth Cave in KY was a doable day trip. Serpent Mound was nearby, and went to Ripley for the underground railroad stop. This hotel was a great home base for the trip.

This is a very convenient, easily accessible, reasonably priced, property run by a hands on staff working hard to catch up on some deferred maintenance. Lots of food options nearby. Overall, I would stay there again if in the area.

This property was conveniently located right off the highway. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was disappointing they were doing renovations. Which meant no breakfast and dirt/dust/debri was more prevalent. But it's also never easy to stay open while renovating. The inside of the room was clean and served its purpose.

The property was great. Location was great with Kroger's, fuel stations, and restaurants close by. The AC unit in room 129 had a bad pounding sound all night.

Recently stayed for a night during check in she was rude. I either had to pay $100 more if I was paying cash( with a current credit card on file) or pay with a card and got charged a fee for paying with a card. There were no towels at the pool so we used the ones from our room and went to the desk to get more towels. We were meet with attitude about needing new towels. Our wash cloths in our room had large holes in them. The sign said breakfast is served at 7 on the weekends so we decided to stay longer to get breakfast however when we went down stairs to load our car and get breakfast they hadn’t put anything out. We decided to just check out. We rang the bell with no answer. Within the span of 30 minutes 3 more guests trying to check out also rang the bell with no answer until one continued to ring the bell until she came out. It was very obvious she was sleeping in the back and had just woken up. She gave attitude when we asked for a receipt. Breakfast still hadn’t been served by the time we left. I was also unable to contact the company because the only thing I could find was for their front desk.

The lady at the front desk was not friendly when checking in. My son and I went to eat breakfast at 7am, there was no breakfast. We wanted to eat before we headed to his baseball tournament at 8am. Since there was no breakfast went to check out. There wasn't anyone working the front desk. There were several people in the lobby. We waited a few minutes for someone to come, they never did. I just left my keys on the front desk and left.

The room was ok. Empty shampoo bottles were left over from the previous occupants. Service was bare minimum. The pool was working, so that is a plus. The continental breakfast was cereal but no milk. The other food options were empty at 8am. It served it's purpose and was a place to sleep on our travels

The breakfast was delicious, some of the staff were gossipy that we could hear. The hotel is under renovations. It definitely needs to be updated. Very comfortable bedding. I would stay again.

The check-in lady at night was very nice. The breakfast was fine, except all the hot food was gone at 8 am on Sat. and we had to ask the desk to add more, which took a little time. They should monitor that. But all in all, it was a good stay, good value.

The room was nice, but they were working out in the parking lot so it was hard to sleep plus there was kids running above my head almost all night. I know that is not the hotel spot. I did not get a very good night sleep

The property is pretty outdated. The pool was green and grimy. I took my daughter down to let her swim the least morning of our stay before check out and they locked us out of our room. I went to the front desk to get the key card reactivated then had to climb the stairs back to the room (no elevator) just for it to still not work. Finally the desk clerk took us back to our room and let us in. Property needs some major upgrades and renovations. Probably win not return.

Room was great, great location, room and bathroom were clean. The only bad thing was the breakfast. We went to eat, they had 1 round egg and 1 sausage patty. Definitely not enough for 6 travelers. Besides that staff was great and we will definitely stay there again.

My room was very nice. Bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. Outside of the room things were a little run down. The common areas were ok. Parking and entrance were a bit untidy. Too much smoking had been done in that area. Breakfast was mostly gone when I went (8:30) and there were no staff there to ask about it or to check out. Just left the keys at the desk. So it worked for me as I mostly just needed to sleep, but if I had come to visit the area for a while I would have been disappointed.

There was no cold water in the shower- just scalding hot! I know for some people that wouldn’t be a problem but for elderly people it is! Carpet was filthy! Opened door to room and smelled like mildew, stagnant air! Bathroom floor had hair on it! Other than those issues it was ok!
