FairBridge Inn Express North Lima

Two people one set of towels,rude man on night shift, I felt very unsafe.office smells like animals. Ice machine didn't work, Vending machine was empty. You should take off your list. I contacted office for specific room. They rented it out. Will never go again!

This is an older hotel with weird parking and our bed was actually tilted. Saving grace is that it is very inexpensive in todays market plus it's easy to get beck on the turnpike. Coffee in the morning, but only powdered creamer sort of place.

I liked nothing i was charged 49 dollars for 2 pets which isn't bad, but my dogs could not have damaged the room any more then it was. The out side where the trah cans where by the motel steps smelled like dead animal. We had 3 people in the room and only had one towel, got to more after the manager had me dould check. I could go on. Just let me say "HEALTH DEPARTMENT TO TO SHUT THEM DOWN. WISH I COULD ADD PICKS OF ROOM

I will never stay at this property again. We live in Pennsylvania & chose this hotel for the higher rating than some others in the area & I can\'t for the life of me figure out why. First, the parking lot is horrible. There is barely any room. The room I chose on Expedia wasn\'t available. So we were given a different room. This room was absolutely filthy. Our feet were black from the dirty floor that staff said "they cleaned very well". Theres no way. I used a white towel to clean the floors so our one years legs didnt turn black & the towel was covered in black dirt. The room had a terrible musty smell, I\'m guessing from the crappy AC unit that looked like it hasn\'t been cleaned in years. The bathtub was gross & didn\'t even have a drain cover to use the bathtub. TV remote didn\'t work which wasn\'t a terrible thing as we only tried to watch it once since we weren\'t there much. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The AC on the first night worked great. 2nd night when turned on it smelled like something was burning so we turned it off. When telling the staff the next day he said "i checked it and it worked fine". Well it didn\'t that night because we were drenched in sweat the next morning. When asked for at least 1 nights refund, I was told no and to contact Expedia for a refund even though I paid at the hotel. Expedia told me it needed to be done at the hotel. Needless to say this hotel is not even worth a penny. Go across the street to Holiday Inn.

Could not watch any TV channels with the hand-held remote in my room. I informed the front desk, where the guy gave me a different remote which he said was the proper one for my set. That one didn't work either. When I tried to get ice out of the machine, the hopper jammed and no ice came out.

The parking is a bit close and it's easy to miss the drive enterance. Only one way in or out of parking area. Questionable looking individuals appear to reside in part of the facility.

Great price for the rooms like that there are smoking rooms available!

Was working in Niles a few days and found this Fairview hotel off 76. It was worth 20bmiles to job. Very kind employees and clean comfortable room. Nice restaurant bar ajoining hotel and fast food places accross the street.

Smelled Marijuana every where. Parking is terrible. People and staff were very nice. The floors stayed filthy because of the floors being linoleum.

Needs some updates outside and more parking but that’s it!

Everything was filthy. Our feet stuck to the floor, there were cigarette butts under the ac, the corners were coated with dust and cobwebs and looked like it had never been cleaned. Even the tub was too dirty to shower in. Very bad experience!

The room was terrible and not properly cleaned! Towels were stained with hair on several of them as well as the wash clothes! The toilet was severely stained inside the toilet bowl. The tub was stained as well as paint peeling in the inside of the tub! The sink water took over 5 minutes to get warm! The towel holder was dirty and dusty! The remote to the TV was dirty, sticky, and stained, i didn't even touch it! The fridge and microwave was dirty inside and out! This was the most terrible experience ever that I've had staying at a hotel/motel i really wish i could get refunded or some type of credit for a future stay some where else to make up for this horrible experience of a stay! The room i was in was 234 check it out if need be so you can see exactly what I'm talking about!

Clean room, very reasonable price

The sheets had so many stains, even the new ones i requested had so many stains on them, the room and esp the bathroom was full of fruit flies. They were everywhere. The chairs were dirty and one of the towels i opened had someone's hair on it.

To be honest we stayed from 8/1 to 8/3 and when my mother n law first checked in the room they tried to put us in was pretty gross. Just unclean. They did offer us another room which wasn’t the cleanest either. Dirty walls, the floor left our feet black I had to clean it with wet wipes. Sheets were not clean. I will say no bugs that we saw. The building itself isn’t very well kept. We appreciated the place to sleep and we didn’t complain any further but with a cleaner room the stay would have been much better.

Everything kept clean in and out of hotel quiet place no problems whatsoever. Had to clean out sink drain in room bathroom but overall wasn’t any problems

The room had a terrible musty / moldy smell that never went away the whole stay. The floor was dirty, as we had black feet after walking on it. The bathroom was dirty and a terrible smell came from the toilet every time we flushed. There was barely any water pressure in the sink. The microwave had a large dent in the top. The whole place is very run down. Very disappointed. We would never stay there again.

I wont be staying again. The floor was filthy and everything had a layer of dust on it. The bathtub mat was gross and the fan was caked in dust. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and didnt even have an actual comforter just another sheet on the top.

Our bathroom was really dirty and their was something brown all over the wall above the sink in witch I scrubbed but most of all our heater didn't work the room was freezing and they had a little tiny space heater on the dresser to heat the room. The good thing is the front desk ppl were extremely nice .

The beds were decent for an overnight stay. Random stains on the walls and in the corners of the bathroom were off putting. Chipped paint throughout- freezer was operational. Ice room on 1st floor was dirty. Our TV didn't work at all, but we were too exhausted to change rooms. Told the front desk during return to check in and during check out. No offer for any credit at all.

You definitely get what you pay for but for a last minute option that allows pets it wasnt terrible. Old and outdated, bed & pillows were pretty awful, dresser drawers wouldnt open, shower curtain wouldnt stay closed, lighting is poor.

Stayed here a couple of times but this room 107 was the worst. Door didn't latch unless I lifted it, floor wasn't swept well, just more run down in general.

I didn't expect much for a discounted room in a cheap motel. I got what I expected. The room was okay, but the bed was terrible. The bed was mushy and uncomfortable.

Comfortable room, spacious. Clean but outdated and stained bathroom floor and shower. Loose toilet seat and hole in bathroom door. Hot water wasnt consistent either.

The staff was so rude., They complained everyday thst we used Expedia to reserve the rooms, they were getting ripped off. Their words, wouldn't clean our rooms. Had to beg for towels...Think twice before going here.

Room 110 (Lower Level), the lady at the front desk was extremely disrespectful and refused to issue a new room key after the first one was deactivating without charging an additional five dollars.

The property was clean and neat. Check in was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

For the price can’t be beat. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would stay again

I’ve stayed here three or four times now on my travels through Ohio and the staff ALWAYS goes out of their way to accommodate me . They are friendly and the rooms are comfy and affordable for passing through. Highly recommend on your travels!

A smiling face, even though I didn’t get there until 9:20 at night! The room was quiet and I had a good night’s sleep.

The front desk lady was very helpful and nice. She answered all of my questions. She also helped me with the tv.

The room was clean, although very outdated. I am extremely disappointed in the management. Our sink had no running water and the phone didn't work. While the front desk personnel was very helpful the manager never called as promised and the items were never fixed. He was left messages 3 times and I still have not received a response.

Very nice for the price with a great restaurant next door. Will definitely save this location for the future.

For what we needed, the room met all standards. The area was quiet and no loud parties or groups around. Didnt need the breakfast or coffee in the room. Good experience!

Its a very cozy motel with great staff, if youre hungry theres a DQ across the street or there is a nice little restaurant right on site.

They said there would be some breakfast from 6 to 9 am and there was nothing - nada- either morning. Not even coffee.

Though the hotel looks "used" the rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant next door, and part of the complex, was very good.

For the price, it was fine. And the restaurant next door was excellent!
