Guy at front desk got me all checked in then said oh by the way the elevator doesn’t work and all I have is a 3rd floor room. I’ve had several knee surgeries and it was hard to use the stairs.

Conveniently located near family in Evansville. Very disappointed with front desk service, smell, cleanliness. Lobby and room very warm since air conditioner was turned completely off. Elevator made loud, ear-piercing sound when opening and closing. Water pressure problem. Stained tub. Gray water spurted out of sink the next morning. No coffee available In breakfast area. Won’t come back to this hotel. There are many other options in this area.

OMG, my leg is itching like crazy. I can’t believe this hotel gave me bedbugs now I have to spend two or $300 to make sure these don’t spread to my mother by 80-year-old mother who was with me.

We recently stayed at a Spark by Hilton. This was a new hotel brand for us but felt that the name Hilton gave it a stellar reputation. What a disappointment. As we opened the curtains we discovered black mold all across the bottom of the window. Also there was black mold on the shelf in the bathroom. We reported the problem to the front desk and their response was that they would tell management. There was no contact from any employee or managment. This is my first review with Hotels.com and my last stay at a Spark property.

There was a dirty sock and a LONG black hair in our beds. This was a sleeping only situation coming back from my mother in laws funeral. It was late and we had a very early flight. The pool are was closed for maintenance, there was no food anywhere near other than the lobby snacks which are ridiculously priced! My 83 year old mother ate a microwaved frozen personal pizza, she ate the cheese and threw it away. Would not stay here again, staff was very polite and kind. Cleaning crew need to up their game the both rooms were filthy!

Don’t be fooled by the new paint, this place has issues. Mold in the bathroom and shower, graffiti in the elevator, lobby smells like weed. Also don’t be fooled by the free breakfast, it’s just bagels and yogurt. If you want anything substantial, you have to buy it from their “market”

Two lamps did not provide light. One had a missing bulb, and the other had a burned out bulb. The faucet on the vanity gave either hot or cold water with no temperature control in between. The WI-FI would not connect or if connected would drop frequently.

The only problem is that you can hear all the noise from the road as if there were no windows. I think it has to do with the type or quality of the windows, that's the only detail.

The Spark hotel seems to be Hilton's attempt at minimalist. The breakfast is only Bagels, yogurt, coffee and orange juice. Even the rooms are sparse. No plastic cups to get water, an ottoman to sit on at the desk, and minimal places to hang clothes.

My room had been given to someone with same last name. Took 20 min for desk staff to figure out how to give me a different room as I had prepaid. Waited on other customers before completing my check-in that should have been quick. Desk staff even left the desk unattended to go to room that was supposed to be mine to see if someone was in it? They were trying their best and never rude. I imagine needed training on a situation as this. Room was renovated and nice. Prefer thicker towels.

This is a super convenient location between Newburgh and Evansville, and is right next to the Lloyd and 69 so getting pretty well anywhere was quick. The staff were all incredibly nice and helpful, and everything was kept clean. I was even surprised by the noise level. You do get some noise between rooms similar to an apt building, bumps not convos, but I expected there to be more road noise as we were on that side and I hardly ever heard anything! Easy parking, easy check out, a very clean breakfast bar, I'd absolutely have this as a home base when coming back to visit family and friends.

The property and the room was nice however, the staff was very rude, never greeted me or my husband the whole 3 days we were there. I even made eye contact and smiled but not even a wave. Customer service is everything with a company, we stayed at another Wyndham location in Missouri and the staff was superb and very accommodating. This location will never get our business again.

Easy parking, easy check out, a very clean breakfast bar, I'd absolutely have this as a home base when coming back to visit family and friends.

This is a super convenient location between Newburgh and Evansville, and is right next to the Lloyd and 69 so getting pretty well anywhere was quick. The staff were all incredibly nice and helpful, and everything was kept clean. I was even surprised by the noise level. You do get some noise between rooms similar to an apt building, bumps not convos, but I expected there to be more road noise as we were on that side and I hardly ever heard anything! Easy parking, easy check out, a very clean breakfast bar, I'd absolutely have this as a home base when coming back to visit family and friends.

The property was located right off the hwy. 1 mile up the road there is everything you need from shopping, restaurants, as well as the hospital. Reasonable price not the best place to stay in the area but definitely a great location. The property and rooms were clean no problem at all, very friendly staff!

Don’t be fooled by the new paint, this place has issues. Mold in the bathroom and shower, graffiti in the elevator, lobby smells like weed. Also don’t be fooled by the free breakfast, it’s just bagels and yogurt. If you want anything substantial, you have to buy it from their “market”

All the staff was very helpful & friendly. Rooms are clean, bed & pillows comfy. Would recommend only downfall is breakfast was disappointing, only continental when others provide the nice bars with eggs, meat, potatoes etc...otherwise would be 5 star

Breakfast was less than standard. The only protein option was a hard boiled egg. There was not even bread for toast only bagels.

Room was clean and hotel property nice. Breakfast was neatly set out but very limited on selection. I'm diabetic and the best protein option they had were hardboiled eggs and peanut butter. Nothing hot. Also no waffle maker. Previous Hilton chain hotels had really great breakfast that I stayed at but evidently sparks don't.

The hotel was very clean. The only problem was the slight smell in our room. Everything looked nice and clean. We were a bit disappointed that the breakfast was mainly bagel—no cereal, eggs, etc. but it was okay.

Great experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean. There was a bagel bar breakfast that was wonderful. Hotel is close to everything and in a nice area with other hotels.

This is kind of a cheaper version of a Hampton Inn. It looks like this was a takeover of another cheaper hotel brand. The price was right for being a national chain. The bed was comfortable and had a good shower. But, no coffee maker in the room or even cups or glasses to use. They do have a good ice maker on the first floor. The biggest negative was how thin the walls are. There was a lot of talking on my floor as well as a tv playing all night long. It did wake me up and couldn't get back to sleep after being awoken. Again, for the money it is not a bad stay and I would consider staying here again.

This is a hotel I will not be staying in again. The room smelled like dirty gym socks. There were handprints all over the window. Breakfast was terrible. The milk was warm and the bagels were stale. We stayed for a few nights and chose to not eat breakfast after that.

The property looked great from the outside, and my room was clean and well prepared. The bed was made, the TV and remote worked, and I had plenty of towels, washcloths, toiletries, and toilet paper. The bathroom was clean, too. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was a major problem. I set it to 70, but the room never cooled down and stayed very hot and uncomfortable. The unit also made a high-pitched noise all night that kept changing in volume. At one point, it made a loud, harsh sound that I worried would wake the neighbors. The room and property were otherwise clean, but the AC made it difficult to rest.
