Mixed reviews on this one. Our room was nice and clean, the service desk was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was actually pretty good. The down sides, the location wasn’t the greatest, it sits on a busy cross street next to a gas station. Klamath Falls isn’t much to talk about, and the hotel sits on the main highway through town. The common areas were not clean, which was odd given the rooms themselves were. When we visited, the pool and hot tub were both unavailable and the Internet was largely not working (dropped out every few minutes). All in all, ok for a quick place to sleep.

We enjoyed the exceptional breakfast, but everything about the hotel was a bit tired--from our room air conditioner that just never managed to fully cool things down, to the leaf-covered outdoor pool.

Great location for our stay. Breakfast had a ton of options and delicious coffee options. Those chocolate chip cookies at night are a lovely touch as well. Elevator was groaning and slow, but seemed to work ok.

Best Western Plus at Klamath Fall was a disappointment. We wondered what the "Plus" amounted to. This hotel looked tired and in need of renovation. When we arrived the lift was out of action and we had to haul heavy luggage up stairs, no-one offered to help (and we are in our mid seventies). If this had been a cheap hotel we would have understood but it was not. Ridiculously expensive for the standard delivered. We will avoid Best Western. Klamath Falls in future.

Excellent breakfast, so many choices!! Kind staff and helpful. Clean room, bit outdated in some areas. Fitness room nice. Toilets are wayyy to low to ground....at least put a bar in to get up for elderly. Bit of loud street nearby, but so tired didnt matter.

This was a disappointing stay. The staff were nice, but the hotel room needs some serious TLC. The microwave didn't rotate, the main lamp didn't work, the lights that did work all had different colored bulbs, there was an empty pizza box in the dresser that my kid with celiac disease found, the shower was so bad that none of us used it, the carpet was pulling up in multiple places, the curtains had white food stains on them, the carpet was stained in several places, it goes on-and-on. The breakfast was good overall with the most fruit I've ever seen at a free breakfast, although half the fruit was in rough condition. The pool was a nice touch but each time we went there were no towels available like we were told there would be, yet there were several wet towels around the pool. There was another hotel patron cleaning out the pool with a net instead of staff doing it. We also encountered multiple homeless people in the parking lot asking for change. Overall, this place has potential but right now it definitely isn't worth the money they're charging for it.

The hotel staff were great. We had some special requests and they really worked with us. The hotel itself was very average. Definitely needed a deep clean. The sheets were clean but the carpet needed some love. There were some homeless sleeping in the parking lot but that whole neighborhood has them.

This hotel looked as though it had not been vacuumed for weeks. It certainly was not vacuumed while we were there. Leaves and debris everywhere and filthy in the hallways. You can tell they’re low on staff. The place looks filthy and rundown. Try not to look at the floors . Our Bed sheets had holes in them. As long as my feet didn’t get caught in the holes I figured I’d be OK. my husband checked for bedbugs and didn’t see any. The new normal?

The room was dirty when we arrived. The floors had not been cleaned and the mirror obviously had not been cleaned either because there was writing from the previous people on it . The staff was just alright when we checked in not very welcoming. Honestly was kind of disappointed with the stay overall.

The breakfast bar was good. The toilet not being cleaned was bad. Staff was friendly and helpful, but sadly could overhear housekeepers cleaning a room loudly complaining to each other and dropping the F-word. A real mixed bag. Clean, didn’t stink when opening the door to the room. Beds were comfy and didn’t kill the back. No loud noises from other guests. Too exhausted to try the pool but saw others using it so I am sure it was nice. There were also free cookies in the lobby, after a long days travel from North Dakota the kids really enjoyed them. Would definitely stay again.

My family and I slept for the night on our way home from Portland. It was pleasant stay with a good breakfast option. Good location and easy access. Only down side, the walls are very thin and can hear all kinds of activity happening outside the bedroom.

Booked this hotel for our one night stay in Klamath. The pros are it is close to dining options and downtown. The beds were comfortable and it felt like a decent part of town to be staying in. The lobby is also beautiful, the breakfast had a lot of options and was great as we were heading out. When we arrived we were given a room, we just dropped off our stuff and turned on the AC before heading out to dinner. When we came back the AC wouldn’t turn on, so we went to the front and the receptionist as great, she gave us a different room promptly. No issues with AC there. Our entire hall smelled like weed, someone was obviously smoking (even though they are no smoking hotel), being on the first floor you can hear everything! Our second room we needed new comforters because ours were stained/dirty and ripped. The rooms were okay, not horrible, but not the best. And the pool and spa were closed for maintenance. Overall it wasn’t horrible, but not sure we would stay again.

The elevator is old , noisy. It sounds can drop to the bottom anytime. The street noise is awful. We particularly asked to have a quiet room that we can sleep, but she put us in the most noisy corner of the street side. Therefore we couldn’t sleep until the midnight when there were no cars drive by.

Had to change rooms twice. First room on ground floor next to the gym and the window didn’t lock properly. The air conditioning didn’t work in the second room. Corridors filthy and covered in debris. Elevators dirty. Breakfast was diabolical, ran out of bacon on both mornings we were there. Only half of the toaster worked. Walmart is up the road from the hotel… go and buy a new one, and a new vacuum cleaner! Miserable staff. Lots of homeless people around rummaging in the bins outside the hotel doors. Ice machine on our floor was not working. We prepaid for our booking but they still charged my card for the full stay. Have now got the money back but it just shows incompetence We stayed here 5 years ago and it was a beautiful hotel with friendly staff so it has badly deteriorated. Managment should be ashamed of themselves Klamath itself is a good location for visiting Crater Lake NP

Elevators dirty. Breakfast was diabolical, ran out of bacon on both mornings we were there. Only half of the toaster worked. Walmart is up the road from the hotel… go and buy a new one, and a new vacuum cleaner! Miserable staff. Lots of homeless people around rummaging in the bins outside the hotel doors. Ice machine on our floor was not working. We prepaid for our booking but they still charged my card for the full stay. Have now got the money back but it just shows incompetence We stayed here 5 years ago and it was a beautiful hotel with friendly staff so it has badly deteriorated. Managment should be ashamed of themselves Klamath itself is a good location for visiting Crater Lake NP

The people who work at this hotel definitely set it apart. The service was fantastic! The lady running the front desk was warm and welcoming and the gal serving breakfast on that Sunday went up and beyond the call of duty. She was interacting with all of the guests eating breakfast and the breakfast was the best free hotel breakfast we have ever had! The service level was really wonderful. The hotel itself is fairly outdated and could have been cleaner but the friendliness of the staff is why we will stay here again!

We checked in late and my kids, my husband and I were really tired. I know that the frontdesk is just doing her job, but she was so snippy and even arched her brows on us when she confirmed that we were just staying overnight. Klamath Falls has been our pitstop when we do roadtrips from WA to CA. I will never use this hotel anymore, I’d rather stay in Holiday Inn across the road.

We stayed here one week ago and given the same room this time. A week ago reported lights were not working, still not working so staff changed our room. Smoke detector chirping in second room so changed to a third room which was fine. Staff was apologetic and helpful but hotel needs maintenance. Will not stay here again.

Mixed reviews on this one. Our room was nice and clean, the service desk was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was actually pretty good. The down sides, the location wasn’t the greatest, it sits on a busy cross street next to a gas station. Klamath Falls isn’t much to talk about, and the hotel sits on the main highway through town. The common areas were not clean, which was odd given the rooms themselves were. When we visited, the pool and hot tub were both unavailable and the Internet was largely not working (dropped out every few minutes). All in all, ok for a quick place to sleep.

We have stayed here three times. The staff are always friendly and helpful. We have noticed that the area around the hotel has gone downhill over the last 10 years due mainly to homeless people living on the sidewalks. I realize the hotel can’t do anything about that and I actually highly recommend the hotel.

Exceptional staff, amazing breakfast, very large room, felt uncomfortable with the bum digging through the trash outside then entrance to the lobby. This was a great hotel but very overpriced.

This hotel is dated and in need of renovation. Stains on the carpet, countertops that still had sticky residue on them. Homeless people walking sing the parking lot and behind the building. The beds were comfy, the staff was pleasant but it needs a major facelift for $250 per night

Room was clean and comfortable. Robby looked good, and coud have good breakfast. Only issue was bath tub cap was broken (since I have my own cap, it was OK tough...) Location was very good for dinning (walkable).

Great location for our stay. Breakfast had a ton of options and delicious coffee options. Those chocolate chip cookies at night are a lovely touch as well. Elevator was groaning and slow, but seemed to work ok.

Prompt check in, breakfast was good first day but second day they were out of half the breakfast items they had the first day. When asked about it, we were told they are always out of stuff on mondays. Seems if they are always out they need to order more to cover them through the weekends. I paid to have a breakfast. Not just a few carb heavy options.

While this hotel is a little dated looking, the rooms are incredibly clean and very comfortable. Almost every staff member that I had contact with was friendly, and helpful. The parking situation is a bit of a challenge if you arrive after dark, but they were very nice about it and allowed me to park in the loading zone rather than out on the street behind the building which seemed a little sketchy. Overall for the money, I think this was an incredibly pleasant stay. It was super clean, quiet and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

great place to stay. For me quiet clean rooms makes a difference and these were nice clean and quiet. Breakfast was great. We tend to stay at BW when we can because it save us from going out to eat somewhere because I am not a big breakfast eater, and we are usually in a hurry to get back on the road as we travel. You can serve yourseve as much or as little breakfast as you want

The staff was very prompt and responsive to my needs, the room was spacious and well maintained. Breakfast was the best I had in my recent travels. It would have been nice to have more than two handicapped parking spaces, but I was able to get a fairly close spot.
