The accommodations were very good - the room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance/repair during our stay. Breakfast was convenient, but the only problem was that the cereals were all sugary, as were the oatmeal choices. Bananas would be a good addition as well. Cost was very reasonable.

only issue i have is that the bed was to hard. and the pool was closed due to renovations. it would have been nice to swim after touring gettysburg but we made the best of it. other than that we really enjoyed our mini vacation retreat.

Indoor pool was one reason we choose quality inn..but it was freezing!! Desk said they "FORGOT " to turn the heater on!!! Mold stains in the shower and on the curtain...backyard..all tables were broken...

My room was nice and clean...no smoke or food smells. Plenty of towels in bathroom. Only stayed one night. Did not like....the elevator!! It is a two story motel and I was on the second floor. Only rode the elevator ONCE when I went to look for my room. It took a good 2 minutes after door closed to move...then another 2 LONG minutes to reach floor and open door!!! (Felt like 10 minutes...I do not like enclosed places). I was lucky that my room was right next to the stairs that lead to the main lobby. I used them for my stay. Other guests said same thing. They need to get someone to service it!! The breakfast was nice!! Really neat waffle maker!! Wished I had one at home!!

Friendly helpful staff. Beds were comfy. The tub needs some new grout and the coffee pot should not be on the counter in the bathroom. Breakfast was a decent variety. Overall great option for our 2 night stay.

The bed was comfy and the sheets were clean but everything else was still dirty, the trash was taken out but the bathroom sink still had toothpaste in it and all over the faucet. The shower had hair in it and the toilet wasnt cleaned at all.

There was an area to walk. The bedroom was clean - the bathroom needed work ... rusty areas in the shower/tub. The sink area was fine. I appreciated having 4 bottles of water in the room (no extra charge) for drinking and brushing my teeth.

All that I can say is room 106... strong smoke odor, cigarette burns on the furniture, lampshade and bedspread. I had to buy a bottle of fabreze before they finally put us in a decent room.

The only reason this place is not top notch is that it’s right by the interstate and the noise all night is disrupting. Bring earplugs and a white noise machine and then it’s a win. Bed was the best.

Smoke detector went off in the middle of the night both nights. The first night I called the front desk and they said it just happens sometimes. Should really be looked at. Otherwise a great hotel.

The hotel appeared fine and the room clean. Otherwise, we did not enjoy our stay at all. First checking in the ladies at the front desk were completely unprofessional spending their time discussing emission standards with a friend who walked in instead of checking me in. I waited for sometime for them to acknowledge me waiting. Then when I was being checked in they all talked amongst themselves about other customers coming in asking for “hourly rates” and how they just have “booty calls” and that people should “understand this isn’t New York”. When that experience was finally done, we went to our room and the air conditioner had to be controlled by a wall setting. It wouldn’t allow me to turn the fan on, then shut down completely at about 2am. I didn’t call maintenance as I had 3 kids sleeping so we just dealt with it. The next morning the breakfast was almost non existent because they only brought one item out at a time, a handful of potatoes, a few pieces of cooked egg, a few patties of sausage. The lady (one of the same from the front desk) walked through everyone waiting for food complaining that she couldn’t do this and that some guy didn’t do his job. Just very unprofessional. Also, the lobby, breakfast area, hallways and elevator were so hot I’m assuming there was no air conditioning there either.

Our first room the a/c didnt work and had to switch rooms. Housekeeping didnt clean our room once during the 5 day stay. Front desk was extremely rude when i had to ask for more towels and i had to take out the trash.

Booked a pet friendly room only to arrive at 845pm to be told they didn't have any. The perfectly polite receptionist told me this is a frequent problem for Expedia bookings at this property.

I reserved and paid for a pet friendly room, when I arrived I was told there were no pet friendly rooms and because I had a dog I was refused a room for the night and told they could not refund my money, that I need to request from Expedia. Expedia sucks, never again. The few dollars I save are not worth the hassle. They completely scammed me, giving me no place to stay and keeping my money is criminal.

The room was good & adequate for the price we paid. The breakfast was good. The stay would have been great if not for the service staff, Krisby at the counter. She was really impolite & very unfriendly. We deserved much better after a 11 hours drive on the road.

Friendly helpful staff. Beds were comfy. The tub needs some new grout and the coffee pot should not be on the counter in the bathroom. Breakfast was a decent variety. Overall great option for our 2 night stay.

The accommodations were very good - the room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance/repair during our stay. Breakfast was convenient, but the only problem was that the cereals were all sugary, as were the oatmeal choices. Bananas would be a good addition as well. Cost was very reasonable.

Wonderful stay. The receptionist was very helpful and had a great attitude. I don’t often see that at motels. Great choices at breakfast too

The room was clean and comfortable. They do not bring fresh linens or clean the room unless specifically asked to do so. However, the was plenty of towels and washcloths so we did not need to get extras. The only negative was the breakfast. It was not good.

Great check in and staff, clean room and comfortable beds. Lousy breakfast. Prepackaged round egg substitute, some kind of meat and cold potatoes and we were the first ones in the breakfast nook. Dry muffins, no spray for the waffles, stuck to the cooker. I threw most of it in the trash.

I have stayed at 7 different hotels this month. This hotel was by far my favorite! Breakfast was actually breakfast and not just a bowl of cereal! They had waffle maker, eggs, sausage, potatoes, juice, coffee, muffins, toast, English muffins, cereal, and fresh fruit! The customer service was top notch! The rooms were clean and very roomy! To top it all off, this place was the cheapest one I have stayed at in the last month!

Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was not that good as there was no meat or potatoes, just eggs or waffles.

We found black mold in the bath and shower. We came with my service dog and they tried to tell us we would need two rooms because we had our other two dogs with us/ my husband had to remind them that legally a service dog is not considered a pet. I had my paperwork and everything even thought legally I don’t need to show them. My other two dogs are pets and I will pay and follow whatever rules they have for them but they did not have the right to ask me why I had a service dog and for what medical condition. I simply stated he was a service dog due to a medical diagnoses. That should have been the end of that conversation. I felt very uneasy after that but it was 10pm at night and we were exhausted otherwise I would have went to another hotel. The floor in our room was warped and I tripped on it multiple times. I had requested a accessibility room as I use a mobility aid so the fact that there was a tripping hazard would be terrible for any normal room but for someone who requested a accessibility room it just caused a dangerous situation.

The room was clean, beds comfortable, pillows fluffy! The property is under new ownership/management, so they're working hard to get everything back up to acceptable standards. You can tell they care about the property and their customers
