First, the hotel sits in a backyard of a house which is interesting. Second, the pool was out of service for an undetermined amount of time, but was not noted on the web site. Third, the breakfast was great, but the room needs MORE seating. All 3 mornings we were there it was a struggle to get a table and chairs, even though the room could have held another 1 to 3 tables and could use more than 2 chairs per table. Then the staff member running the breakfast was more determined to go back to the front office and "twiddle her thumbs" than to maintain the breakfast - we went several times to ask her for more waffle batter, hot water, coffee, etc, and she seemed put out to have to come back over to refill those and other items for other guests.

Swimming pool is in the parking lot. The area around the hotel was less than appealing, the house in front of the hotel was like a car graveyard. They had children’s toys on their roof. Not the hotels fault but didn’t give you the feeling of a good place to stay. Comforter had stuff all over it, remote control was sticky, couldn’t get in our room because the lock was faulty. Second room you could just push the door open even though it was locked. Overall not a good experience.

Do not stay on the 1st floor! The rooms reek of smoke that is in bedded in the walls. The carpet is old and peeling off of the floor. The pool water was green and disgusting. The one bright spot was that the staff were very nice, but I will never stay there again.

Chose this hotel since it was under the Best Western umbrella. However, the hotel was dirty, several stains on towels, bedding, and walls; mold in the bathroom, and dirty vents. The staff was kind and refunded our stay so that was nice.

Lobby smelled of smoke from immediate by the door smokers. I ur non smoking room really smelled bad of smoke. There were no other rooms with two beds. Had to get refund. Clerk was very kind but conditions of hotel were not.

Very nice woman check me in at nice. Room looked clean. Found stink bugs in my bed and a next in the window sill. Shower backed up. Told the lady at the counter in the morning so hopefully they tend to it.

Room was so small we could barely squeeze by each other between the bed and the TV. At check-in I asked if we could get a bigger room and was told no. Room was dirty, Found dried dog poop back in corner by AC. Found gray hairs all over room. Pile of dead bugs in back corner near the dried dog poop. This was room 111, this room must have been an afterthought during design. Bathroom door was so big that you had to fully open door to get in or out of bathroom. Room smelled upon arrival. Spots on floor, carpet filthy, had to wear socks the whole time and they turned black. Only one chair in room. Chair was broken and would throw you out if not careful. Bathroom in disrepair, Shower handle almost to fall off. Tub so slippery I had to go to Walmart and buy a bathmat. Sink in bathroom was a slow drainer. When room was cleaned they did not re-supply the toilet paper, coffee, shampoo, or soap. There were unknown noises coming from the floor above. Constant noise, running, walking, dragging furniture around, don't really know. Even at 2:30 am there were noises. So far the only thing good about my stay there was the breakfast. Bed was comfortable, but I'm almost positive I will never stay there again.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed to see the trash can overflowing when I arrived on a Friday evening, the dank smell in the hall with various trash piles left outside guest room's door, and the insecurity of one door that did not latch locked unless it was pulled and a guest room door that was left wide open from the time that I arrived and remained opened until the next day,

While the rooms and lobby were clean and the breakfast set up worked perfectly for us the hotel allows pets and our room, including the bedding, smelled of dog. The area around the hotel is not nice as it looks over a rundown home.

Our check in was lovely and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean but the closet smelled a little musty. Overall, the room appeared to need updates. There was a lot of noise throughout the night, and we heard doors opening and shutting and general disruptions from the hall. We were only there for one night though so not sure if this is a common occurrence or just based on guests.

The only problem was that the thick window curtains did not close and were pinned up and not on a track - so I couldn’t darken the room for sleep. Also, floor panels were uneven and peeling, in center of floor.

We chose the hotel due to its location near Ft. Indiantown Gap. Two nights was long enough. If you are looking for longer, I would go elsewhere. The beds rate a "1" for comfort of the mattresses and the coverings, and do not forget your amenities because they only had shampoo on hand. Only 1 staff member is available, and you may have to search for that person, if you need assistance. The breakfast was good and had a nice selection.

I traveled from different state and around 8pm I called the hotel and informed I will be reaching around 10:30pm. When I reached and tried to check-in, I was told one of the room service person did not show up in the morning and they have only uncleaned rooms. When the receptionist contacted the manager over the phone, manager asked her to say Sorry and return the money back and ask to go to some other hotel. Later the receptionist saw I am with family and she went and cleaned a room and gave the key around 11:30pm. While we appreciate and thank the receptionist, the manager is irresponsible. He underestimated the availability of the rooms for guest who will be coming on that day and he was not ready to make alternatives, rather than asking the guest to get out at the middle of the night. I noticed lot of Flies in the Breakfast area.

The hotel was extremely noisy. I called downstairs to complain and the noise continued. I couldn't take it anymore I walked downstairs to ask for my room to be changed and there was no one downstairs I waited and waited and realized there was no one downstairs to help me the next morning I went downstairs to complain and they had told me they had left for the night. So this means the person left at 10:00 p.m. and left the hotel unattended from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.. very incompetent Hotel I will never stay there again

We chose the hotel due to its location near Ft. Indiantown Gap. Two nights was long enough. If you are looking for longer, I would go elsewhere. The beds rate a "1" for comfort of the mattresses and the coverings, and do not forget your amenities because they only had shampoo on hand. Only 1 staff member is available, and you may have to search for that person, if you need assistance. The breakfast was good and had a nice selection.

Swimming pool is in the parking lot. The area around the hotel was less than appealing, the house in front of the hotel was like a car graveyard. They had children’s toys on their roof. Not the hotels fault but didn’t give you the feeling of a good place to stay. Comforter had stuff all over it, remote control was sticky, couldn’t get in our room because the lock was faulty. Second room you could just push the door open even though it was locked. Overall not a good experience.

While the rooms and lobby were clean and the breakfast set up worked perfectly for us the hotel allows pets and our room, including the bedding, smelled of dog. The area around the hotel is not nice as it looks over a rundown home.

The breakfast was not very good. The same stuff every day. Had to look someone up to make coffee. Leftovers from the day before. Just wasn't managed very well. We were to have our sheets changed midway through our stay. We stayed a week, but this never happened.

First, the hotel sits in a backyard of a house which is interesting. Second, the pool was out of service for an undetermined amount of time, but was not noted on the web site. Third, the breakfast was great, but the room needs MORE seating. All 3 mornings we were there it was a struggle to get a table and chairs, even though the room could have held another 1 to 3 tables and could use more than 2 chairs per table. Then the staff member running the breakfast was more determined to go back to the front office and "twiddle her thumbs" than to maintain the breakfast - we went several times to ask her for more waffle batter, hot water, coffee, etc, and she seemed put out to have to come back over to refill those and other items for other guests.

Room was fairly clean but the flooring was in very poor condition. Tiles were cracked, separated, and lifting up. One bed had a dip in the center. The hot breakfast was not even warm at all. Waffle station, coffee etc were fine but not the eegs and sausage. Staff at check in and check out were very pleasant. Plenty of parking and outdoor appearance was good as well as the lobby and breakfast room.

The room was spacious and comfortable and great shower. But the bathroom wasn't clean well so I had to clean it myself. It was noisy do to the guest upstairs with kids running around so I couldn't sleep well and it was very disappointing. I like top floor do to this happening before. Also the hotel was under construction do to being remolded. I will stay here again in the future if I have to.

I stayed here for a little while . The staff was amazing and very helpful. There were new owners that got switched over and they were amazing and very patient. I highly recommend staying here .it is peaceful and quiet .

Pros: Nice staff. Rooms were clean, Bed was comfortable. Good location. Restaurants close by. Hot breakfast was good with plenty of other offerings for breakfast. Ample parking. Cons: Stairwell was filthy and could use a good cleaning. Fridge worked okay but was loud and leaked on floor. We would definitely stay here again.
