Lake Hideaway 2 - Lakeside Log Cabin, Fishing Boat, Private Dock & Mountain View

Beautiful cabin!

Property was beautiful, well-appointed with all we needed, and the host was friendly, responsive and helpful. Loved having the covered porches - it was perfect to still enjoy this beautiful spot while it rained.

The cabin was really pretty, and the pictures definitely don’t do it justice. The only “gripe” I’d have per se would be the pictures of the stairs can be deceiving leading to the lake. It was actually a lot harder path than previously anticipated. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!

Cabin was clean and well furnished. Very nice location. Loved the deck and firepit overlooking the lake.

The cabin was cozy, comfortable, quiet and relaxing! We had everything we needed for our stay at Lake Hideway. It was perfect for us. We made sure we had all groceries and necessary items before we headed up to the cabin and got there before night fall. Once you do the trip more then twice you get the hang of it. It was conveniently located not to far from downtown Ellijay and Blue Ridge. Please make sure to pull in to the driveway as stated on directions. Its a dead end street so backing up is very tricky. Leaving and going up the hill is way better then trying to reverse. Sheena was very helpful from the beginning. We didnt need to call her for anything but she made sure to let us know if we did anything she was just a phone call away. We will definitely keep Lake Hideway in our future plans.
