The room was not the same as shown on the website. It shows a full refrigerator and stove, which was not what was in the room. When we asked for a different room they stated all the rooms were the same. No elevator, no ice machine. It was over priced for what you got.

I paid extra for early check in (1pm) but when I arrived around 12:50, no rooms were ready the front desk explained that the cleaning person called out and now it was left for him and another to clean all the rooms, he was kind to return the extra payment and when I came back at 2:15 one room was ready and they gave it to me. They were very kind and apologetic it didn't bother me at all and my room was super clean and comfortable, the staff there were very attentive to my need for an early check in. It was just for one night so it was good, it perfect for a whole weekend stay as well.

A Disappointing Experience We stayed at the Days Inn in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, for two nights—Monday and Tuesday—and checked out Wednesday morning. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The television in our room did not work. The hotel also advertises a continental breakfast, but all they offered was sliced bread with butter or jelly and cereal with milk. There were no hot options—no eggs, bacon, or anything similar. The coffee was extremely weak and watery, and there was no sugar or Splenda available. In our opinion, this should not be advertised as a continental breakfast. The cleanliness of the room was average at best. The towels were very old and worn and should be replaced. There was also no proper comforter on the bed, only a thin blanket. Since the weather was cold, we were uncomfortable during the night. We expected much better service and comfort for the price we paid. Management should improve the maintenance of the rooms, replace the old towels and bedding, and especially improve the breakfast being advertised to guests.
