Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the hotel. The property was nice, and everything else about our experience was good. Unfortunately, the AC unit in our room was extremely loud every time it turned on, to the point that it kept waking us up throughout the night. We went to the front desk to let them know and asked if someone could come check the unit or if we could possibly be moved to another room. The staff wrote down our room number, but no one ever came to check the AC and we were never offered another room. It was disappointing because we genuinely liked the hotel, but getting a good night’s sleep is such an important part of a hotel stay. I wish the front desk had taken our concern more seriously or followed up with us.

I really enjoyed the hotel. The price was amazing and I had all the amenities I would’ve asked for. Breakfast was very healthy and delicious. The manager also introduced himself to me and we had a very nice conversation. It wasn’t a how are you today, glad to have you and that was the end of it. He provided an experience of getting to know me as a guest. I will definitely stay again at that particular hotel when I’m back in the area and that will be soon -they made me feel at home.

The hotel is brand new and amazing! The clerks were super nice and helpful! The bartender was also super nice and friendly! The pool is gorgeous! I would absolutely stay there again!
