Room was just run down and dirty. Got in late from a concert went to make the sofa bed and it was super dirty. There was no bedding for it either so I had to share bed with my friend. Bathroom counter cracked, rug stained. There were people outside partying by pool umtil 2am. It was loud. Staff was kind but hotel was horrible.

There were stains all over the floor and furniture. It looked like blood stains. There were holes in the walls and the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by its wires. The elevator was broken and the hallway trash cans were overflowing and piling up on the floor.

The stay was awful. The breakfast was just a few grab and go snacks. The elevator reeked of marijuana. In the middle of the night someone pulled the fire alarm, which shut down the elevator. My elderly parents were on the 3rd floor so this was very difficult for them. Also in the middle of the night the police came knocking on the door because there was an unattended child in the lobby. The elevator never came back on so my elderly parents had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs. The stairwell was full of garbage and smelled really bad. We checked them out early and moved them to another hotel.

I wasn’t able to check in at check in time but this allowed me to go and get some dinner a much needed meal and my request was honored which was amazing but then the elevator went down but it wasn’t a biggie since I was just on the second floor and I’m use to the exercise due to the walking I do for work . My stay was amazing, the key access and cleaning was great which made my stay amazing just as the staff and I will definitely be staying here at my second home again in the near future

I usually like to give great reviews and give places the benefit of the doubt. But this extended stay was gross. The hallways stuck, elevator was dirty, hairs in the bed sheets upon arrival, and the floors and chairs were dirty. I would not choose this location again.

I counted more than 6 bugs in my room of different sizes, there was a broken dresser in the room, the bed tan blanket has spots on areas of the blanket like someone didn’t clean it. I wouldn’t recommend to stay.

Definitely needs to be sprayed for roaches. I was honestly shocked when I attempted to shower and then i saw a roach. At checkout i did inform the front desk but she didn’t seem to concerned about it

The room was incredibly filthy. The carpet was sticky and covered in stains. The bed skirt had what looked liked vomit on it. The walls were filthy and the furniture was in disrepair. The free breakfast was a granola bar or instant oatmeal.

The property was in pretty bad shape. Mold in the tub, hallways smelled terrible, the side doors were propped open because they weren’t working with the room key. The sheets had a lot of stains and under the bed and under the oven it was so dirty we found an old knife under the over. Prob would pass on staying at an extended stay again.

Upon checking into one of the 2 rooms reserved, we found a crack pipe in the sleeper sofa. The mattress was stained and we waited over 15 minutes for the front desk agent to come to the deck to check us in. The second room had no dishes, the toilet didn’t flush, I had to use the trash can to fill it with water to flush the toilet. There were stains in the carpet floor in the room and the phone in the room did not work. The front desk didn’t care about my concerns because it was booked through a third party. Very sad and we had children with us, there to compete in the USATF REGIONAL COMPETITION. I want my money back.

e was wonderful and roomy. Separate room from living room. Separate closets. Two TVs and most of all large triple window in both rooms overlooking courtyard and city. Ceiling fans. And room controlled heat and air. I was so relaxed. I fell asleep right. Away. Ok n the comfortable bed.

I did not stay at this property because even though I booked and paid for my room in advance, the front desk clerk required $100 CASH deposit!!!! What kind of low life scummy hotel does that?!?!? I don't carry that kind of cash! I'm happy to give a deposit on my credit card. But, they would not accept that!!

I did not stay at the facility because when I tried to check in; they told me they overbooked and they did not have any rooms left. I booked my room weeks prior to traveling with my family. Initially the front desk staff tried to tell me I was at the wrong facility and that I needed to try the Extended stay just down the street. A man was waiting in the lobby when I was trying to check in and he asked the front desk staff; you are not going to check her name and see if this is the right facility. The guy then asked for my name and he said, yeah you are booked for here but we do not have any rooms left. Bad business.

I did not stay at the facility because when I tried to check in; they told me they overbooked and they did not have any rooms left. I booked my room weeks prior to traveling with my family. Initially the front desk staff tried to tell me I was at the wrong facility and that I needed to try the Extended stay just down the street. A man was waiting in the lobby when I was trying to check in and he asked the front desk staff; you are not going to check her name and see if this is the right facility. The guy then asked for my name and he said, yeah you are booked for here but we do not have any rooms left. Bad business.

Upon arrival I apparently woke up the rudest employee in the logging industry. Stated I would have to put up a $100 cash deposit and I asked why this wasn’t disclosed at time of booking? So I said I would go to an atm because they did not have one and she said I need to hurry because at midnight I would loose my booking! I then said I would rather cancel cancel my booking and she then stated I would have to do that online with Travelocity! In no way accommodating! I will never recommend Extended Stay America! I have 19 employees and if one ever treated my customer like this they would no longer be employed! Although I left and went to another hotel they still charged me for the stay!

Got to the hotel with a reservation for 2 rooms. Lady looks up the information and tells me they had tried to call me to let me know they were oversold and they had no rooms available. That was how our stay went. Thank you.

The hotel is placed in a nice area and looks good on the outside. Unfortunately inside it needs a lot of work. The hallway had such a strong smell that one could probably get a contact high. On the bright side, the front desk was very accommodating and nice.

I liked that it was close to restaurants and a shopping center. I didn't like that there weren't any chairs to sit on. The bedsheets had stains.

Dirty. No breakfast. Strong smell of cigarettes. Required $100 cash deposit at check-in. Which is stated nowhere while booking. Staff was nice though.

The stay was awful. The breakfast was just a few grab and go snacks. The elevator reeked of marijuana. In the middle of the night someone pulled the fire alarm, which shut down the elevator. My elderly parents were on the 3rd floor so this was very difficult for them. Also in the middle of the night the police came knocking on the door because there was an unattended child in the lobby. The elevator never came back on so my elderly parents had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs. The stairwell was full of garbage and smelled really bad. We checked them out early and moved them to another hotel.

No cutlery or dish ware even though kitchen and extended stay. Required $100 cash deposit for Expedia-never had this in ANY hotel before. Cosmetic upgrades but terribly out of date. Leaking toilet at handle nut b/c water level set too high. TV takes 5 min to S/U. Fridge had significant water condensation inside fridge. Terrible frost and freezer burn inside freezer. Must be 40 year manual defrost etc. very loud insude. Water drip from faucet. “Breakfast” = coffee and oatmeal packs-that’s it folks.AVOID AT ALL COST.

The room was incredibly filthy. The carpet was sticky and covered in stains. The bed skirt had what looked liked vomit on it. The walls were filthy and the furniture was in disrepair. The free breakfast was a granola bar or instant oatmeal.

I had to go and buy cleaning supplies as room was dirty and no extra sheets. Went to front desk to ask for extra pillows I had 2 toddlers with me and no pillows as maid was gone for the day! We had to use extra towels to make our own pillows. Room had food on floors and asked for it to get cleaned and was given a broom to clean myself. Will never stay in an extended stay again. Said free breakfast, nothing was available. Misrepresented at all areas.

The lady who checked us in was very polite and helpful. However, the state of the hotel was not so great. We got to our room and the door, while shut, looked like it was open, as if it would be easy to get into without a key. But we gave it the benefit of the doubt. But then we entered and found at least about 10 roaches/bugs scattered throughout the room. I took pictures and went back down to report it to the receptionist. She offered me a refund if we didn’t want to stay since there was no other room available but it was very late and there was a major event going on this weekend so I figured we’d tough it out since it would be hard to find something comparably affordable that night. So she offered to send someone to clean the next day. It didn’t make much of a difference though as the bugs would appear every so often throughout the rest of our stay. Also, I guess there was remodeling being done and part of wall trim looked like they had just tried to replace it that day and it unstuck from one of the corners.

The staff was super nice and helpful. The room is old, dirty and lots of bugs. The mattress was old and you can feel the springs on your back. There were no towels, an iron or hangers in the room. The staff was wonderful in helping.

The place is a good place to stay and I have stayed before and will stay again. The rooms aren't the shineiest but they get the job done for a reasonable price and they have full kitchens. The staff is nice and friendly, it's close to shopping, restaurants and pretty much anything you'd want to go to touristy. There is laundry on site and quick pick up and go breakfast in the morning.

The place is a good place to stay and I have stayed before and will stay again. The rooms aren't the shineiest but they get the job done for a reasonable price and they have full kitchens. The staff is nice and friendly, it's close to shopping, restaurants and pretty much anything you'd want to go to touristy. There is laundry on site and quick pick up and go breakfast in the morning.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We checked in late evening after a long trip and we were looking forward to a good nights sleep. We had the room rented for two weeks. When we went to our room the first thing we noticed was the carpet was so stained it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Then we into the bathroom. There were 3 roaches in the commode, two in the bathtub and two on the wall. The burners on the stove were brown they were so rusted. My husband and I discussed whether we could even spend one night there and decided we just wouldn’t be comfortable sleeping, especially with roaches on the walls. So we took our bags and walked next door to the Holiday Inn. We went back the next morning and checked out. We were told by the women at the desk we would be responsible to pay for one night but would get a refund on the remainder. The refund was almost $1000. It did initially show up on our credit card as pending but then went away. So we never received any refund. I messaged the property about the situation and did not get a response. I’m disputing the charge with my credit card but I shouldn’t even have to do that. I regret I didn’t take pictures. If you’re considering staying here, reconsider. The Holiday Inn next door isn’t any more expensive. Stay there instead.
