Room had holes in the doors and roaches, no joke! It was nasty!

Hotel needs updating. Elevator did not work, dark and dingy. The parking was fine. The front desk staff was very friendly. Our room had no toilet paper holder, it was just sitting on counter. I stepped on a roach going to bathroom in middle of the night. A couple fought all night long. Screaming and keeping us up. I do not recommend this hotel.

I told the front desk worker that I smelled cigarette smoke in the entryway and she said smoking is allowed in the bar, behind the front desk and she gave me a room on the second floor but I asked if she had a room on the first floor and I told her that cigarette smoke can make me sick she gave me a room in the annex building which is smoke-free. I wish she had told me that my first floor room was next to a room shared by several men who work in the area because they were loud and slamming doors. There was no one around when I arrived at my room. The other bad thing is when I checked out the next morning the hallway outside my room smelled of cigarette smoke. After I ran out to my car, I put a facemask on before getting the rest of my stuff. I was already sick but the last thing I wanted was a sinus infection on top of my cold.

Rooms are very clean and the beds have been comfortable on both off my stays.
