My stay was so terrible that I did not comply the stay. I felt unsafe and the hotel and room conditions were terrible. The hotel smelled like urine. The room was not clean. I was initially placed in a one bedroom instead of a two. I was switched to a two bedroom and it was not clean, beds weren’t made and old molded food was left in the room.

Outside looks emaculate. Inside not so much. Furniture was scarred up, roaches having a blast, towels old. Room wasn't ready when we arrived and we never got the additional towels we asked for. The girls did their best but you could tell they were shorthanded and overwhelmed. They had too leave the front desk to go clean our room at 845pm. Jasmine was very courteous.
