Great for the price! The staff was fantastic.

Very unsatisfied with how the cancellation was handled. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and tried to correct the mistake immediately after booking through Hotels.com. Instead of simply changing the dates, I was told to cancel and rebook, which resulted in me being charged twice. After speaking with the hotel directly, I was advised to contact the third-party booking company to resolve the issue. Hotels.com then contacted the hotel, but was told the booking was under a non-cancellation policy, so in the end I had to pay double for the reservation. As for the stay itself, the hotel is very old and outdated. The room we received was also not cleaned properly, which made the overall experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.
