Was not informed of parking lot maintenance going on during our stay. Had to park on the street. Room is shabby to say the least. Holes in the walls, some outlets not working, spotty Wi-Fi. Would not recommend staying here.

The parking lot is completely tore up into rubble and that’s the highlight of this dump. They weren’t busy and the guy at the front desk wouldn’t move me to an another room as mine was a bloody mess.

Right on down town is perfect for a walk to Melvin’s or right there for something quick to Panda Express. Parking is a little tight but just right especially with the laundry mat right there. If your working from out of town like I am it’s pretty ideal

This was the absolutely worst Hotel ever. I travel a lot and am not super picky. I pulled up to find the parking lot was completely torn apart. They had heavy machinery doing work. No big deal, they won’t work late or too early. I checked in and went to my room. The TV didn’t work, and the noise was little much with the construction. So I decided to go to dinner and come back when they were done working. When I got back to the room, I realized that the AC didn’t work. No problem it is nice out, so I went to open the windows to find they did not have any locks on them and no screens. It was only for one night so I decided to get some sleep. I went to use the restroom and found there were ants in the bathroom. After that, I went to lock the door and realized the lock was broken on the front door. The light next to the bed was on when I arrived. I went to shut it off and the switch was not there. I had to unplug it. In my search on how to shut off the bedside light I found that the floor lamp did not work at all. I finally went to bed and was in bed a few minutes and found that the mini fridge compressor made a extremely loud clunking noise when turning on and off. The “porch” lights are so bright I thought it was light outside at 10:30 pm. I slept uneasily and went to take my morning shower and NO hot water. The worst part was the front desk had no cares about anything that was wrong. He did not offer an apology or anything. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Cobwebs and black mold in the bathroom. Shower fixtures were covered in crusty white hard water. Room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months and it was disgusting. How there aren’t health code violations I don’t know!!!

Nothing wrong with staff, but the room was super gross. There were hardened globs of something on the tiled floor, there was a giant cobweb on the curtains, the towles smelled musty and the sheets on the bed were super wrinkled and had some stains (or were unwashed). I had a sleepingbag in my car and ended up putting that on the bed and sleeping on it instead. The minifridge looked like it had never been cleaned, and there was caked dust and something oily on the tops of the hair dryer and hand-towel rack. Just overall super gross and not well maintained.

I am pretty sure given the hair in the sheets on one of the beds that the sheets were unclean. Addiitonally, the floor had a lot of food crumbs and was very unclean.

Easily the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The sheets were changed but that's about it. In don't think they've ever vacuumed, dusted, or wiped down anything. There is a lot of mold in the shower, stains all over the walls, floorboards falling off the wall, broken AC with mold in side, dirt and dead bugs all over, the floor is filthy. Do but stay here.

Not good. The bed was made to look clean but inside the sheets were dirty, the toilet wobbled, there was mud on the walls and cobwebbs under the sink. We didn't dare walk around without shoes on. You get what you pay for here folks.

This is for sure a bare bones motel stay. HOWEVER, the room was incredibly clean, the staff was helpful, and the bed was one of the most comfortable in any hotel level I've slept on in a long time. Though it was older, there was clearly pride in maintaining it. There were about 5 ants in the bathroom. I think they could fix that easily.

The hotel was not as advertised online. The AC was so obnoxious. It was loud, it kept shutting off with a loud thunk, and never did cool down the room. It was just air circulating. The filter in it was filthy and held together with 2 clothes pins. There was food left in the fridge and the toilet was filthy. The only good part of the room, was the beds were fairly comfortable. We defininately would not recommend staying at the Heber Inn.

The bathtub was filthy with actual dirt and grime I didn't want to use it. The shower curtain had pink mold on the bottom and big black finger marks in the edge. There were bugs all over the bathroom because the window was open with no screen. There was no hot water in the sink. The remote was sticky. To operate the microwave you have to unplug the TV or the fridge. The deadbolt on the door didn't work.

Air conditioner was damaged and a hole in the door to the bathroom. Could not connect to the Wi-Fi even though they came us a password. Remote to the TV either needed new batteries or needed replaced. Walking into the lobby had an odor of something like death warmed over. The motel showed neglect. Sad

Pros: - Budget friendly - Convenient location - Clean Cons: -Very old and run down. Holes in walls, stains on carpet, some lights didn’t work, bathroom fixtures need replaced (shower diverter valve didn’t work). On top of this, the whole place smells really odd. -No hot water. I’m guessing they’ll fix this shortly, I just got unlucky. - Bed was incredibly uncomfortable. I’m not one to complain about a mattress. I can sleep almost anywhere without too much trouble but this mattress was worse than most pull-out couch beds. Bottom line: You get what you pay for. This place is about what I expect from the cheapest option in town. Despite all the cons I listed, I might even stay here again if I’m looking to save money.

We reserved king bed, and the reception said not available anymore and give us two bed. No lamp and we need to ask extra toilet paper cause we ran out. Room is not finish, one outlet where they plug everything is on display which is dangerous for safety.

This hotel needs to update its photos OR make sure each room looks like the photos published. There were numerous towels in my room and I had to walk to the office at 6 am to get them. There was only one inadequate lamp to light the room. The smoke detector was missing. The bathroom was well lit and clean. Other surfaces showed excessive wear and dirt.

When we arrived to check in they informed us that they were completely booked and had no available rooms. Even though I had made a reservation through Expedia 2 weeks prior! Working with Heber Inn and Expedia to find a new place to stay took over 2 hours. We were in town for a dance competition and we didn’t get to our new hotel until 11 pm. Horrible service with both Expedia and Heber Inn.

When we arrived to check in they informed us that they were completely booked and had no available rooms. Even though I had made a reservation through Expedia 2 weeks prior! The male manager that runs the property is extremely rude. There was no issue with my reservation or anything to cause him to be so unwelcoming. For such a quaint town this experience left a bad impreesion on friends visiting for a night. The price is fair and the property certainly can use updates and maintaince. If your seeking an affordable place for one night or so this may be ok for you. However, a slight greeting upon arrival would go a much longer way than an outdated property. Will not stay there again!

Front desk was friendly and accommodating. The first room assigned had an issue with the door, it would completely close so he kindly and efficiently reassigned me to another room. However upon check out the office was locked with a note on the door that said "sold out". I wasn't able to completely check out so I left the key card in the mailbox outside. Hopefully that was enough

Door was locked and no one available for check in when I arrived at 4pm. I waited for 30 minutes before they came... The hotel was an avarage older (dive type)... Though it was clean and the beds were nice. There was no TV signal and no hot water.

Service was bad. No one at the front office. Had to call a number to get service. Service was not provided when I ask for it. Book two nights and key did not work the second day. If I had the option for negative stars that would be my first choice. I booked a room for three nights well in advance before my stay. I battled snowy weather and icy roads hauling a horse trailer to arrive safely which caused a pretty late arrival, 6-7 hour trip took 13. When I arrived no one was available to assist with check-in, there was a Call for Service number posted however even with multiple calls no one answered. I decided to sleep in my truck and hopefully check-in in the morning. The next morning, around 9, I made another attempt to check-in, certainly by then someone would be available. Still the lobby was locked. After calling multiple times again, someone finally answered. They said I couldn’t check in because check was yesterday at 3. I told them I had a room reservation for 3 nights. The only response I got was that the rooms were all full and there was nothing available. So they sold my room before I had the option to check-in. This was some of the worst service I’ve ever encountered while traveling. The entire conversation was rude, no apologies, no checking to see if I had a reservation and if they sold it or accidentally double booked, zero accommodating acts of service.

The sheets were clean, but rest of hotel was run down and in need of updating. Only stayed one night, cancelled rest of stay. Hotel is right next to main road, noisy all night. Noisy heater/ac unit. I wouldn't recommend.

Right on down town is perfect for a walk to Melvin’s or right there for something quick to Panda Express. Parking is a little tight but just right especially with the laundry mat right there. If your working from out of town like I am it’s pretty ideal

No coffee, no toilet paper no coffee maker no coffee grinds none of that. It smelled like animal piss, and the curtains you can see through it. It was the room was so dirty. Yeah it does behind the bed just where they vacuum and I don’t know why my hotel.com said I’ll pay at the property I always paid it on hotels.com. I don’t know why I did that so, you better correct that

Convenient and inexpensive for a nights rest, for our purposes. No chairs to sit on, in this room. Maybe an oversight? No breakfast provided. We drove 5 minutes to a nice restaurant. I would stay here again, if needed.

The room was relatively inexpensive and I booked it for an unexpected one night stay. The property is in disrepair. The coffee maker was broken and missing parts, no coffee offered in the lobby. Grounds were unkempt at the front desk was very kind. The swamp cooler worked, although the filter door was missing and dirty, there were rips in the curtain and the sheets were not fitted and too short for the bed. This is a case of you get what you pay for I suppose.

Very nice staff, very clean room, semi quiet on a main road in Heber. Coffee only in morning. Pet fee is reasonable. Minor cosmetic things need to be fixed, shower bar, tp holder. Good stay!

I requested a king size room, the girls refused to give it to us. In calling later we used 3 different phones to try to get a hold of them and they answered then blocked our calls shortly after. I tried to get money back they said they didn’t have control over that, but they could do a 10% off a double queen. Floor was squeaky and horrible, TP holder was broken, rack was broken, floor tile cracked and sharp, one lamp didn’t work, TV remote(s) didn’t work, TV was glitching and not clear, broken beer bottles under bed, walked barefoot on the carpet for 5 minutes and they got so black almost like walking on the road. AC did work though and we did have warm water (not hot, just warm) beds were mildly comfy, chairs worked, parking was empty because lack of people. Time was during Swiss days too.

For the price, it was a decent place to stay. If you’re trying to go stay in luxury this is probably not the place, but they had all the basics. The air condition was fairly dirty, and that was the one negative, but most everything else was kept in decent repair, and the staff was very workable. if you’re on a budget, this is a good option.

There was no hair blow drier in the room and they did not have one in the office. Nothing to put your suitcase on except the bed, which isn't always the best.. no bath mat towel. just wasn't a good stay.
