Fairly clean. Renovation being done and hotel is struggling through at best. Pool NOT open. No elevators. Breakfast posted 6-9:30. Went down at 8:45 and food was gone. Asked front desk and they said more was coming out. 10 minutes later I asked again. They said it would be just a couple minutes. 9:30 I asked again. Attendant said it was pas 9:30 and they were closed. No apology. No offer for alternative. Just shrugged her shoulders. Front desk apologized and said they would let GM know. About the poorest lever of service I’ve had. Won’t be returning to a Ramada.

Pieces of base molding missing throughout the property, 3 of the 4 exercise machines were broken, and the sanitized wipe container was empty so we couldn't even wipe clean the one piece of working exercise equipment. Property is very run down and needs to be remodeled.

Side access doors card readers did not work making it necessary to enter only through the front door and all the way down the hallway to move luggage. The breakfast had very little to offer. They had cereal but not milk, no eggs no bacon, no sausage. When we asked the front desk all the had to say is there's a food shortage. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Convenient and quiet. Easy to find just off the interstate. Front desk staff helpful and engaging. Pet friendly and additional cost was the least expensive of the places we stayed on our road trip. None of the outside side access entrances were working - room key cards weren’t able to open the doors. You either had to prop them open or walk all the way around to the front entrance to.

Not a single thing in the gym worked , allot of things in the room didnt work either. The breakfast was good, but there wasnt allot, if you didnt get there early there wouldnt be anything left.

We are an older couple and find it difficult navigate stairs. Our room was on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Would have been nice to know that as we would not have booked the hotel. No tv guide or wifi info in room. Staff was pleasant and room was clean but outdated. No device charging stations in rooms and minimal outlets.

We have been staying at this property every year for about 5 years when we visit our BYU student. The hotel is convenient, reasonably priced, and generally comfortable. This year, though, the hotel seems very tired. The faucet in the tub barely worked (very difficult to get the shower to work) and the knob on the closet door was hanging off. What really disappointed me was bike in the exercise room that didn't work this time. We will probably stay here again, but I really hope that they spend some money on upkeep to get these rooms back to where they used to be.

It’s was terrible hotel. Arrived 15min early and said we had to wait until 3:00. Bags of trash outside the entrance of door 3. Pool was covered and it had stagnate water on top which made the bugs to the entrance to the front desk disgusting. Musty smell in the hallways. Room old and bathroom was small with paint chipping.

The bathroom tube wasn’t clean and the floors had things stuck to it. We have stayed here before like 7 times and by far this room didn’t meet the last times we stayed there. Staff was great but house cleaning fell short. Was not happy with the room we received. Not sure what happened on this visit. We will be staying somewhere other than this hotel. Every time we travel this is a stopping point for us. Always stay in Provo when traveling.

The carpets in the halls were stained and the property smelled. There were piles of electronics in the parking lot. There were various items stored around the property instead of in proper storage spaces. My room had a musty possibly animal urine smell. There were two brown patches of messyness on my carpet. I am afraid it may have been fecal matter. There was also broken glass indicating that my room was not properly cleaned. I reported it to the front desk and they said they would have someone come in and clean. The beds were made up that day but the spots were still on the carpet. The room was only made up one day in the 4 nights that we stayed at the property.

At check on in front desk person was working on a side business she was promoting to guests. There was broken furniture laying around and stacked on top of each other for guests to see. We got to the hotel room and it had not been cleaned and looked like someone was still staying there. They quickly moved rooms but the room we were moved to had broken curtains so never got truely dark. There was no water refill station and the breakfast was not great. The last night I was in the hall and saw a mouse by the ice maker.

Room was dirty with hair on the floor and sink in the bathroom. Toilet did not flush. After I got home I tried to contact the front desk and there is no answer. I had the phone ring for 2 minutes straight without response. This happened 10 different occasions. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The AC in the room sounded horrible. Like a loud squeaky hamster wheel all night long. Also the shower made a screaming noise when you used it. If not for that it would have been good.

While relatively clean overall, the couch was filthy. The walls were paper thin. We had to listen to the couple in the next room going at it until after 2 am. Not up to the standards I expect from a Ramada. There was a notable lack of electric plugs. I had to pull the bed out from the wall to get at the plug dead center behind the head of the bed for my cpap and there was no cover plate on the outlet.

Room was clean and offered hair dryer, ironing board, and iron which was nice, along with laundry service. The hotel was very outdated, and no fan in the bathroom. The internet wasn’t working well the second night I was there and offered mostly poor channels. Could hear conversations in the next room. Overall it was ok.

Dirty dirty dirty. Front desk staff was mostly good. Maids walked in with Do Not Disturb sign on door. They knocked a few times, but I was working so couldn't answer, then just walked in. It was easy for them since my door stop thing at the top was broken so couldn't be used. Makes them feel not trust worthy. Keys didn't work more than 24hrs. Super annoying when you're there for 3 days and need to consistently get new keys. I would never stay here again. Ruby River though, the restaurant connected to the hotel was amazing! I ate there twice.

Upon arrival, I was told that there was no accessible room available, even though I had a confirmed reservation for one. The clerk said that some were booked and the others were dirty and that I would simply have to find another hotel (I have a broken leg and needed an accessible room, which is why I reserved one.) I mentioned again that my reservation was confirmed, and she agreed, but said no room available. Upon my request to speak to the manager, the clerk called the manager, who told her to relay to me we'd have to find another hotel. We had been traveling all day and it was getting dark - hard to find another hotel at that point. I told the clerk that I wanted to speak personally with the manager and that we would be in the restaurant. The clerk said the manager would come and talk to us, which never happened. At any rate, after our meal, we were told by the clerk that there was in fact suddenly an accessible room for us. So - the check in was a horrible experience and the clerk was not helpful. The room was fine with a comfortable bed. The toilet didn't flush, though.

It took 40 minutes to check in, one person working the counter and a line up of customers. Never had that happen at any hotel before. The room was old, needs updating. Staff not the friendliest, won’t be staying there again.

Didn’t realize there was no elevator and our room was on the second floor. When I asked if we could get a ground floor room the check in clerk said it was completely booked. It was only 15 minutes into the check in time. My husband and I are in our 70s and I was a bit upset we couldn’t be helped. She basically told me I could cancel the reservation and go somewhere else. I was very tempted to but wouldn’t be able to get refunded without considerable effort and this was the first stop on an extended trip. The room itself was comfortable but I felt it would have been nice to know there was no elevator.

Property refused to rent the room to my son stating they must be 21 to check in. Expedia's check in information stated 18 years old to check in and was a significant reason we selected this hotel. Staff was extremely rude and absolutely unhelpfu.

What a terrible place. Cheap is all I can say good about it. There was a hole in the roof dripping water into a home depot bucket. Furniture stacked in the halls. Breakfast cancelled. No food. No soda or water in vending machines. Night staff were curt and did not want to be there. Our room door did not shut without slamming. The room was run down, rusty fixtures, some lights didn't work. Definitely not staying there again. Low cost... and I can see why.

There is a steak house attached but I didn't have time to go. The breakfast was hot and tasted good, eggs, sausage, waffles, and bread and muffins. Stayed in the summer and the A/C worked well, not the nicest place, but a very good value.

While it's nice to offer breakfast, it seems Ramada by Wyndham fare is nothing remarkable. Good coffee, eggs were basic powdered type, no flavor but you could have toast or cereal, or make a mini waffle - great I am sure for children, but nothing I cared for. But still, nice they offer it, even so very quiet room, great bed, nice linens, felt clean. That's huge.

It was strong enough that we did not feel comfortable staying in the room. We immediately reported the issue at the front desk, told them we would not be staying, returned both of our room keycards, and left the property approximately 20–30 minutes after checking in. We never spent the night or otherwise used the room. I was very disappointed with both the condition of the room and how our concerns were handled. We gave the hotel an opportunity to address the problem immediately rather than staying and complaining afterward. Based on our experience with the room and the response to our concerns, I would not stay at this property again and cannot recommend it to others.

Breakfast was good. Toilet got plugged and they gave me a plunger to unplug it. I thought that was their job. The handle to our door ( inside ) didn't work properly and I was afraid we would be locked in. I was going to report it when we left, but no one was at the front desk.

First room smelled like sewage. Second room that we were switched to didn't have an efficient air conditioner, it was hot all night. Heavy mold in bathroom. Rooms need a ventilation system in bathrooms. If I had a mold sensitivity, I could not have stayed here.

It was okay. There was a massive spider web in the corner of the window and then there was hair everywhere like on the beds, in the sheets, and in the shower/bathroom. For a place to just sleep it was fine.
