Friendly Crew, nice Breakfast, Pool and Gym good.

The hotel is very clean, staff is super nice and helpful. Area is sketchy but that’s the area, my only complaints would be the beds were not comfortable and could seriously use replacing, not the worst but for sure not usual comfort inn standards. Also the pool and hot tub were closed while we were there and this is a reason we choose a hotel. I feel that they should let guests know this ahead of time especially when you expect the amenities to be in the price, although the value was outstanding for the cleanliness and friendliness!

I stayed for four nights after a flood in my house. I had a wonderful stay, the staff was wonderful, and the bedding was top tier! I’m going to stay here quarterly just for a break. The indoor pool is dope.

This property was fine for an overnight stay with kids during a road trip. Room was very spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly. Hotel feels a little dated and the pool could do with better maintenance.

Most of the room was damaged (rug, light, tub). My daughter found a bug on her in fhe middle of the night. We couldn’t swim in the pool because a homeless man jumped in it and the staff said it had to be sanitized but didn’t know when it was going to happen, that night or the next morning. One of the main reasons for staying here was for kids to swim in the pool and hot tub. Needlesss to say we didn’t get to swim. I’m sad that my experience wasn’t what I expected and unfortunately will never stay there again.

Convenient location. Super friendly staff. Fast check in. Rooms & hotel were outdated, yet clean and comfortable. The cleaning solution used in hallways has a nauseating smell. Pillows, bedding was Great. Breakfast was OK. Kids loved it because they have sugary cereals & waffles. Coffee was really bad both days. Pool is not heated, but the pool room is warm. Hot tub was excellent.

We wanted to visit the Marines' museun at Quantico and this hotel had good reviews. It is very clean (only windows had previous guest's handprints on it). Breakfast was ok. We used the jacuzzi and pool but couldnt stay longer because the area was very hot, I think to compensate for the cold water in the pool. I liked that there were options to eat around the hotel. I will probably go back as we travel frequently to tgat atea.

EZ On/ Off I-95. Comfortable, quiet, friendly, helpful staff throughout the hotel. Great jets in the indoor pool /spa area. Gym small,but varied equipment was nice. Good free breakfast in a comfortable dining & general use room.

The room was nice and clean. Satisfied with our stay and the breakfast. The hot tub had some kind of film (maybe soap) on it so we did not use it. Everything else was fine.

Stayed one night. Staff was friendly, check in was easy. Rooms was spacious but a bit outdated. Some stains on the carpet but bathroom was clean!

Room was clean but saw some ants and a roach in the common areas. Bed was hard as a rock. Upgraded TVs was a plus. Would be a great hotel with an upgrade to the mattresses.

I enjoyed my stay, the only complaints i have was the room had a wet mildew smell to it, the refrigerator was not cleaned it was a quart of juice still in it and the room phone didnt work. Other than those issues I would stay there again

The front desk clerks were always friendly and helpful. Though the included breakfast had a limited variety, the area was well stocked and kept clean. The weekend breakfast attendant was always on the ball refilling empty items, making coffee and keeping the breakfast area clean. Our room was clean, the beds comfy but the carpet was pretty stained. We definitely did not have enough hot water for the shower which was a problem. Overall, our stay was comfortable and pleasant.

The king size bed was very comfortable. Overall the hotel was old and out dated. The continental breakfast had very few choices. It was not an awful stay, but we would not stay there again.

I’ve stayed at this property several times as we come through this area regularly. This is always my preferred hotel. Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms. Good breakfast as well.

Great staff, very clean rooms, perfect for families. GREAT wifi and TV setup. Housekeeping is awesome too. All around, would definitely recommend. Perks: quiet, private, everyone is nice, good upkeep.

We use this hotel often, always is very good, but this time we stayed in a room with 2 queen and one bed was sunken in the middle. Some beds need and update

I chose this hotel due to the reviews on Expedia. I don’t know how people liked it. Unless I got the worse room in the building. The beds were sunkin in the middle, which made for a terrible sleep. The bathroom sink squirted everywhere but straight down. The shower doors wouldn’t stay closed and the shower head was terrible too. They did give plenty of towels though. The room was clean. Only good things I can say.

The staff member who checked us in was wonderful. She was easy to talk to and made us feel very welcome. The hotel was clean. The pool water was a little cold and heavily chlorinated but it was so nice to be able to swim and enjoy the hot tub. We were in a room by the elevator so we’re woken up by the loud visitors and kids running around yelling. Sound the hotel - vies of the highway an d parking lot. Looked like a broken down car yard out front but not the hotels fault. Overall a pleasant stay. I will definitely book there again and request a room a little further down the hall.

It was quiet, close to the lake a d close to dining options. The room was clean abd staff was friendly. My only complaint was the bed was hard as a rock.

There was a party with loud music and amplifiers going on across from our room!! Ridiculous!!

Customer service is everything! The staff was inviting and friendly. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good: waffles, sausage, bacon, eggs, bagels, fruit, etc. Coffee all day... I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

We had car trouble called the hotel to let them know we’d be very late and ended up not arriving until 12:30 am. We were told it was fine. We went to check in and the man at the front seat told us our credit card was declined. It didn’t make sense because I PREPAID and had a receipt to prove it. He told us there was nothing he could do other than to charge another card. I refused. We asked for a manager multiple times. We asked for someone to complain to and we were told we could wait there for two days until the manager was back to work. I asked him to explain exactly what was happening and he said that he couldn’t tell me. I called hotels.com. They assured me it was paid and told be they would refund my money which they did immediately. I asked if it was a problem on my part and hotels.com said it was the hotels issue. I got my stuff back from the guy behind the desk. He told me that the hotels.com representative mad two major errors. And I would regret it. So he’s now threatening us. We asked for his first and last name. He told us and he tells us that he won’t tell us and that we could read his name tag. Its Urman. We asked for his last name and he refused. We have no idea why he did this to us. Our ideas include he rented the room even tho it was already paid for and couldn’t admit his error or he was planning on stealing our credit card. He had no credit card number since I prepaid online. We’re shaking scared dead tired. it’s 2am and we have to find a hotel.

I paid for a room to stay there and wasn’t even able to stay at the hotel when I got there. The person at the front desk was rude and they wouldn’t give me a refund

Stayed here with our middle school students and the hotel staff could not have been more accommodating. They went above and beyond to help us make the room accommodations more appropriate and were flexible working with us even when we arrived late in the evening. The breakfast staff was phenomenal. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Would certainly return!

Great stay - very friendly front desk staff!

was told at the property that I was checking out early and they weren’t able to issue a refund for my second night but not to worry! i could call expedia and they would handle it! I did and they were helpful said they just had to wait for the manager and i coukd see a refund in 2-3 days: got a follow up email from expedia today apologizing saying the hotel won’t honor it and won’t be refunding me: i woukd have just stayed the night if i had to pay regardless! i’m upset i was told twice it wouldn’t be a problem just for them to keep the momey

Location was perfect. Less than 20 mins from the FBI Academy. Many restaurants and retail stores/shopping plaza nearby.

We had no issues while there. The staff was exceptional

Check in was great! Was super easy to do the check in and get to our room. The manager on duty, Fuquan, was fast and efficient. He was super pleasant, gave us all the info we needed and gave us the whole layout of the hotel and area. The lobby was bright and welcoming. The room was clean with a good bed and fabulously soft lines and pillows. Breakfast was a simple hotel offering, but the staff made sure it was hot and had plenty of coffee early in the morning. Urman at check-out was super quick and pleasant. You book for the convenient location but you'll come back for the great service.

Quiet, Convenient to eating and shopping.

I like the property as an average, but phones in my room did not work at all. Homeless people in that area will follow you so please be careful off the premises. A 'lot of police are in that area.

Close to 95 exit, conveniently located near restaurants

It’s right off the highway so it seems like a lot of homeless people are loitering around.

There was a Craker Barrle close by. Also other food places. Easy to get to the US Marine Corps Meusem.

Easy off and on highway but seriously dodgy area. Hookers going in at check in plus lots of shady characters walking around the area.

Location is both good and bad! Good in being not far off the interstate but a little hard to find with poor signage plus businesses in front of it are run down; TV - terrible (pix distorted or poor quality); Cleanliness not bad but there was a dirty spill on the carpet that needs attention; Room Appearance - large but filled with old furniture that's dated plus phone very dated; Hotel gives the appearance of catering to construction workers vs. to families and vacationers. I doubt I would return! Front Desk Personnel and Food Preparer were very friendly!

We were in town for a soccer tournament and enjoyed our stay. Overall clean and comfortable my recommendation would be with breakfast the way it is setup is awkward for visitors such as toaster is where line starts and bagel and toast in the middle waffle maker is 3/4 down and takes a few minutes. Should have a station of its own.

This was a great typical stay. I had the usual expectations for this level of accommodations and was rewarded with the typical outcomes.. so all is grest. Comfy bed, tasty breakfast
