The Westin had some pros and cons. Pros: friendly staff; nice gym; up to date furnishings in the room; lemonade in the lobby; comfortable bed; comfy room. Cons: sink leaked in the bedroom that caused water to spill on the floor; the electrical outlets initially did not work; the toilet took 6 to 7 seconds to fully flush. You had to hold the lever down; the water in the sink pooled. When we told the staff about these issues, they offered to send someone to repair them. I had to tell the staff on three separate occasions about the repairs over two days because they were not being fixed. The staff offered to move us to another room closer to the end of our stay there and at 11pm at night. We opted out of this offer because we were tired and we were leaving the next day. The door to the bathroom in our king suite was a sliding door that was used to enclose the closet and the bathroom. Unfortunately, this did not allow a lot of privacy as you could hear everything that was happening in the bathroom. The Maid did not clean our room the last night we were there and we had to ask the staff to have the maid come to our room. Overall, I would stay in the hotel again if I had no other options, but if I had any of the problems, I would try to get moved to a different room the first night rather than having this option towards the end of my stay.
