Overall good. The only irritation was--we arrived at 10 pm and there were no parking spaces. Large trucks and vans had taken up additional spaces. So we spent 20 minutes looking for a decent, lighted space. Multiple other people had the same problem. Mgmt could better respond to this issue. The rest of the evaluation is good, and we'll be back again.

This place has gone down hill. Elevator does not work. Breakfast used to be good but now is skimpy and terrible. Tried to extend checkout from 11 to 12. No that’s a $25 fee. I used to stay here all the time but will now avoid.

The elevator was down our entire stay, the wallpaper was peeling, there were shadows of staining on the bathroom ceiling and the carpet in hall was worn down to the nubbins in several places. Also many of the plug ins in our room had no power.

I enjoyed the helpful staff only wish they would fix the ice machine on 1st level. Refrigerators are noisy & coffee choices medium and dark roast would be appreciated in breakfast room.

The property is not bad on the outside, the staff were nice, but at check in they wanted me to pay again after the fact I prepaid. Had to explain it a few times. We got to our room and the living space was ok. Sheets were ripped up and the pillows were horrible. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Mold on the floor, the walls had mysterious things on there… not impressed for the price I paid. Honestly, I could have stayed at a Hilton for same price and much cleaner. Will not recommend to anyone.

The hotel is just ok , service was fine housekeeping lady was great. Check in was about 5 pm for us they were just finishing up our room which is fine. Our air-conditioning was musky and the bathroom had mold around all the walls and the carpet had 2 quarter size stains looked like maybe blood ? . Breakfast was really good, eggs sausage cereal pastries etc never ran out so i guess right in the middle kind of stay . I think it is a management/ owner situation with the mold and not housekeeping. You cant take mold out of wallpaper it needs removed .

The room was super clean, really friendly staff. I wasn’t told ahead of time I needed to have a $50 deposit for the room, but I was immediately refunded jr the day after my stay. So that was fine. Really good breakfast. Comfortable beds. All together a really easy check in and check out process

Lobby and hallway smelled like cigarettes. Room was okay, but the bathroom had gross dirty tile grout, the shower curtain rod had obviously been nearly pulled down because the curtain would not stay closed - it just slid to the middle of the rod. That got water all over the floor. The shower head was coming out of the wall. The beds were very comfortable and I slept just fine. Check in staff was very nice.

The carpet in our room was soaking wet from the front of the door, past the bathroom. We had to put towels down, and wear our shoes when not in the bed. It was so wet, that as soon as you stepped into the bathroom onto the tile floor, you would slip. So we had to put towels down on the bathroom floor as well. It was ridiculous. And to make matters worse, the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower was covered in mold. It was not a clean room, and the wet floor was completely unacceptable. I will say that the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. I was happy with that.

Property location is great. Parking was good. Easy access to 405. Room #300 was stinking of smoke. Felt like we were in a casino filled smoke smell. This reported to front desk person. I had to get some room refresher to spend the night. When I woke up in the morning the smoke smell was still there.

Room was clean and comfortable. It's an older property so poor soundproofing and we had drunk loud people next to us so not a pleasant stay. Front desk staff did speak to the noisy guests in an attempt to get them to quiet down.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the staff was excellent and responsive. They were proactive with texts, which was really nice to see! The breakfast had all the standard options and food quality was decent. (Would appreciate flavored creamers or hot cocoa that the other hotels offer, but that is being picky).The only real issue for me was the bed, it was super "springy", so if one person tosses/turns the other person bounces. Not great for light sleepers like myself, it along with the pillows were on the lumpy side. Otherwise a comfortable evening and a pleasant stay, we'd likely stay there again if we were in the area,

Great location 30 minutes from Seattle. Our coffee machine in the room didn’t work and they didn’t have a spare one but other than that it was okay. The staff was extremely nice. The hotel needs a serious reno but it is still very clean and comfortable

The front desk staff went above & beyond to make my stay memorable. From the time I arrived and was later joined by my daughter, Jeanette was so positive & helpful and was a rock star of customer service. The front desk manager, Kiersten, also made our stay wonderful. You know you have an excellent manager when the people she manages have the same great attitude!! They deserve recognition because it wasn't just one interaction, it was EVERY interaction!! Thank you Kiersten & Jeanette :)

The front desk attendants were very unfriendly. The first one was unfriendly and even wants to charge us $25 for an early check in at 2, so we left and we came back at 3. Another attendant was there and also unfriendly. She didn’t even smile the whole time she was checking us in. I told her I had 2 reservations and she argued that we only had one night until I showed her, and I was right, no apologies were offered and she couldn’t even accommodate us and told us that we had to move the next night to another room. It’s like she hated her job or something. Bad attitude.

Everything was so easy for a nice two night stay with child. The front desk staff was friendly and went out of their way to fulfill a special request. Room make up service anticipated our needs without having to be told specifically what needed attention. Would readily stay here again and save the big bucks it costs to stay in downtown Seattle.

Room make up service anticipated our needs without having to be told specifically what needed attention. Would readily stay here again and save the big bucks it costs to stay in downtown Seattle.

The property is near lots of shops so there’s easy access to local stores. The staff was not friendly. When I checked in they were not welcoming—I don’t think the lady even said hi. Also, check out time is 11:00. I was packing up the last few things in our room and got a phone call at 11:10 that it was check out time. I’ve never been hustled out of a hotel before. Three stars for an average hotel with less than average customer service.

I would stay here again. Comfortable bed, which is really important to me. Everything was pretty clean, and it’s really close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Overall it was a really good stay.

Great location! My family and I stayed for 4 days. I am very pleased with the accommodations. Small shopping plaza walking distance away. Large shopping mall and other retail stores about 10 minutes driving distance away, in Lynnwood. About 20-25 minutes drive to downtown Seattle. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was outstanding. The check-in was quick. Breakfast was typically hot (eggs, meat, waffle) and cold (cereal, bread, yogurt, etc.) and plentiful. Parking was easy. Plenty of places to walk nearby.

Everything was great. Staff was nice but not overly. No issues. Breakfast was good. They’re very strict about time. We were a few minutes behind the 11:00 check out because we were traveling for the first time with a small child and they were pushy about it. Not without reason.

Carpet had a lot of spots and was somewhat worn. Breakfast area was small and too many people, so no places to sit. People were going to the lobby to sit. Ran out of food frequently. Cleaning individuals had to put their carts in same elevator as patrons.

Location was convenient. Alderwood Mall is only about 12 minutes away. Room was large and clean. Breakfast was good with the usual eggs, sausage, waffles. Staff was friendly. Free parking and free wifi was nice. Plenty of food options near by and QFC is in the same complex. Would stay here again.

The carpet wasnt thoroughly vacuumed. Bar soap is outdated and unsanitary. The door to exit the room didnt close easily. The orange juice was heavily watered down.

The breakfast, while it contained hot items, had no hot items I was willing to eat. The sausage was a shade of gray I recognize from other hotels as super-cheap, low-grade product, and the eggs were scary. The coffee is not brewed there, but seems to be made by mixing hot water with coffee concentrate, and it is weak. The yogurt was all non-fat. No peanut butter. Unclear what the hotel imagines people are going to eat for some protein.
