Check in was ok, but room smelled like paint, micro wave had no plug to plug into, no refrigerator, dirty towels hanging on bathroom door, no key for dead bolt, and despite having self parking even a small compact car would not fit. TV had no connection nor cable or local antenna so useless. I’m not saying it was terrible, but am saying they were not ready to open, and the room in my opinion with the condition was worth $150 a night not $390. Staff were cordial but obviously knew from there reactions to questions they were charging too much and not ready to open.

Just an economical overnight stay after a cruise…within walking to Light rail station/Westlake Mall and Pike Market. Motel has a secure luggage room before/after checkin/checkout! This room was clean, comfortable and all that we needed.

The property definitely needs a lot of upgrades. I believe one of the papers given to us did say it was under new management so I hope they turn the place around. It has a lot of potential with being so close to many attractions. There’s no microwave, fridge works well, no outlets in the bathroom, couch was dirty and very hard, parking is small but had no trouble, on the days of our stay they had some construction work being done and you could definitely hear it. No blackout curtains, overall it was good for the quick stay but will probably reconsider for any future stays.

Room was in disrepair. The elevator did not work. Customer service was non existent. Gave me the wrong room # so my card did not work. NO outlets in the bathroom. I cannot believe Wyndham has their name on this.

At first I wasn't sure what to expect. The place is newly renovated, very clean, fluffy towels and great staff. Hairdryer provided upon request at the front desk. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Wifi can be spotty but is free. Park at the street level if possible as the below ground parking is very steep ramp and very small tight turns. Think 1950 size. Bed was very comfortable and linens clean. Hot water. Good AC and new TV wall mounted. Hot water, tea, coffee in the main lobby. Ice machine downstairs. Great location close to attractions and downtown.

The properties location was superb, everything else was terrible. The room was not very clean, splattered food/ blood on the walls, no refrigerator, no TV, no microwave. The guest services office smelled of weed. The room next to us blasted music until 3:30am. I honestly would have asked for a refund, but I was in a rush to the airport. 1/10 do not recommend.

Staff were very nice and friendly. Room was ok. Bedding linens and towels were clean. Bed was newer, other furniture was dated. We stayed for 3 nights, it was great for a place to sleep and get cleaned up.

The room needed to be swept and vacuumed. There was no sheets. When we asked for sheets, we received a package of wrapped sheets that had “stained” wrote on them. The bath tub was physically dirty. My kids couldn’t even take a bath in it. The sink and bathroom floor was dirty. There was no fridge. No microwave. No coffee maker. No hair dryer. No chair.

Got there early and they found an available room. This alone gets the 5 stars. However, the location is near a variety of different tourist attractions. Pikes place, the Space needle. And it was walking distance from the train station. Also the el from the airport runs right by it. It’s a no frills hotel. Clean room, great location, friendly staff,…and cheap.

This place falsely advertises itself as a hotel, but it’s really a rundown motel. Only a few rooms are renovated. The rest are in bad shape. My room had blinds that didn’t close all the way, so people could see in. There was no hot water in the sink, and the bathroom was falling apart. The shower was disgusting and I felt dirty after taking one. Lighting came from cheap college-style lamps. Definitely not what you expect for $175 a night. They claim there’s free parking, but it’s not guaranteed because they rent spots to people not staying there. When we arrived, the front desk guy looked high and couldn’t even help us check in or tell us where to park. Overall, this place was a huge disappointment. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

The room was good for a quick stay, but it felt a little run down. The tv didn’t work at all and you can tell that they are still making improvements to the units. I went the cheaper route for this trip and well, I got what I paid for lol.

Location was convenient as well as parking. Door didn't feel secure. TV channels very limited and sometimes none worked. The wifi was very unreliable. No towel racks so towels and cloths were just stacked on back of toilet. Bed was pretty comfortable though. I will probably pay more next visit to stay somewhere else.

For the price point of this hotel I’m dumbfounded. They don’t have wifi, any amenities, and it just had an overall sketchy vibe. We checked out before the first night even ended.

PROS: Room was very clean, and location was good for easy access to Space Needle and many tourist attractions. CONS: Wifi was so unreliable and spotty, coming in and out, it was essentially useless. Ice machine is not handicapped accessible. No hair dryer or other common conveniences in the room. Could not get TV to work.

Everything OK for this low-end hotel except for the TV channel availability. Only local channels. No national networks AT ALL. No cable news channels or national networks. No movie networks. Just local news - i.e. local traffic reports. Nice TV but, no content.

Staff was nice and very helpful. Great price, which is 95% what I was looking for. To be clear on your experience: Outdoor access hotel (no indoor hallways). Really a motel. Every room has a big picture window to the parking circle. Blinds didn’t close all the way so the street lights were annoying. Walls are thin so you hear traffic and bathroom was in need of repairs (shower head squirted everywhere, clearly multiple attempts at caulking and grouting). I was on the first floor at one of the ends of the U shaped building so maybe it’s not as bad in other rooms. I never felt unsafe (female traveling solo)…it’s just definitely a necessity spot. Sleep and nothing else.

Staff were friendly got us in to our room early parking was free onsite so we parked and just walked everywhere. Easy to walk to lots of attractions. Room was clean TV only had one channel and no volume the remote didn’t work front desk came and showed the “trick” to turn the tv on which was the bottom on the back of the tv Very noisy at night

Me :giving details Staff: ID and credit card for deposit. I will charge you $20 for parking. Me: what? I filtered my search for. Free parking and this hotel came up that’s the reason I booked. Staff: it used to be free but they changed. If you can show me a proof that says it’s free then I won’t charge you. Me: showing the app I use to book. ( he didn’t even bother to look on my phone) Staff: put this paper on your dashboard Your room is … That is exactly the conversation no more no less. I wish they have cctv in their office.

The blinds didnt cover the window so anyone could see into the room. Then they charged me again after paying for it before I got there but told me they needed my card to hold on file but wasn't gonna charge me but they did anyways. They refunded 1 night but still owe me 179. And now won't answer the phone when I call to ask them why they havent refunded the money that I had already paid.

The first key we were given was to a very dirty room. The second key was to a room someone was already staying in. Which didn’t make us feel to safe about our room.

This looks like a Motel kind of property. It’s small maybe compared to other hotels, but it really impressed me. They had no breakfast, but at least they had coffee and water for guests. They gave us a free room upgrade and the room was very comfortable. We arrived early and, since they weren’t able to check us in early, they stored our luggage until it was check in time. Personnel was very friendly and attentive.

Front desk guy was “Asleep” at front desk when I went to get coffee at 7AM. Must have had a long night. Was still wearing beer shirts from last night. Batteries were missing from remotes and front desk didn’t have any extra. But, for $120 on a Friday night, you get what u pay for. Also, bed was on wheels.

Batteries were missing from remotes and front desk didn’t have any extra. But, for $120 on a Friday night, you get what u pay for. Also, bed was on wheels.

For the location you can't beat the price. If you want a cheap place downtown this is it. Didn't feel unsafe. 5 Th Ave is surprisingly noisy. But its ok if you can deal with it. I would stay again. Its not luxurious by any means. But its cheap and the staff is very nice.

Friendly and helpful staff, fabulous location. This is definitely a no-frills hotel - a bed and a bathroom and free parking. If you're ok with that, this is a great option. Walkable to a lot of downtown attractions and next door to a great donut place. Plus free parking!

Just an economical overnight stay after a cruise…within walking to Light rail station/Westlake Mall and Pike Market. Motel has a secure luggage room before/after checkin/checkout! This room was clean, comfortable and all that we needed.

Located close to convention center and walkable to Pike Place market. Facility is dated and heat did not reach the bedroom and had to sleep with a winter coat as a blanket. Alley behind building was very loud. Over several days heard and saw a dump truck just outside my window which was insanely loud (at 4am and 9pm. Made no sense).

Great location, easy to get to from the rail station. Close to many conveniences and destinations such as Pike Place Market, the monorail, etc. Daily housekeeping, room was serviceable. Good value for the dollar.

I booked this stay on a whim as it was a price similar to another hotel. In the photos they clearly capitalize on the shiny skyscrapers but in the reality it feels like you're in the slum part of Gotham City. New owners, didn't know how to make coffee, zero proactive assistance. Key lock for door is one that can VERY easily be picked and you cannot lock the deadbolt after leaving. Didn't feel unsafe but worth considering if you have a lot of valuables.

Got there early and they found an available room. This alone gets the 5 stars. However, the location is near a variety of different tourist attractions. Pikes place, the Space needle. And it was walking distance from the train station. Also the el from the airport runs right by it. It’s a no frills hotel. Clean room, great location, friendly staff,…and cheap.

At first I wasn't sure what to expect. The place is newly renovated, very clean, fluffy towels and great staff. Hairdryer provided upon request at the front desk. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Wifi can be spotty but is free. Park at the street level if possible as the below ground parking is very steep ramp and very small tight turns. Think 1950 size. Bed was very comfortable and linens clean. Hot water. Good AC and new TV wall mounted. Hot water, tea, coffee in the main lobby. Ice machine downstairs. Great location close to attractions and downtown.

The property definitely needs a lot of upgrades. I believe one of the papers given to us did say it was under new management so I hope they turn the place around. It has a lot of potential with being so close to many attractions. There’s no microwave, fridge works well, no outlets in the bathroom, couch was dirty and very hard, parking is small but had no trouble, on the days of our stay they had some construction work being done and you could definitely hear it. No blackout curtains, overall it was good for the quick stay but will probably reconsider for any future stays.

Beds are comfortable. Friendly staff. Heat/AC rooms. Hot shower. Room has refrigerator and microwave. No coffee maker in room. No chain on door. Tv/cable didn't work. They have ice cold water in large dispenser in lobby. They have free coffee in lobby. No self serve laundry. No vending. They do have an ice maker near the lobby. If you have a car, it looks like they have limited parking. In walking distance to restaurants, train station and pike place market.

This looks like a Motel kind of property. It’s small maybe compared to other hotels, but it really impressed me. They had no breakfast, but at least they had coffee and water for guests. They gave us a free room upgrade and the room was very comfortable. We arrived early and, since they weren’t able to check us in early, they stored our luggage until it was check in time. Personnel was very friendly and attentive.

This place falsely advertises itself as a hotel, but it’s really a rundown motel. Only a few rooms are renovated. The rest are in bad shape. My room had blinds that didn’t close all the way, so people could see in. There was no hot water in the sink, and the bathroom was falling apart. The shower was disgusting and I felt dirty after taking one. Lighting came from cheap college-style lamps. Definitely not what you expect for $175 a night. They claim there’s free parking, but it’s not guaranteed because they rent spots to people not staying there. When we arrived, the front desk guy looked high and couldn’t even help us check in or tell us where to park. Overall, this place was a huge disappointment. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

The blinds didnt cover the window so anyone could see into the room. Then they charged me again after paying for it before I got there but told me they needed my card to hold on file but wasn't gonna charge me but they did anyways. They refunded 1 night but still owe me 179. And now won't answer the phone when I call to ask them why they havent refunded the money that I had already paid.
