Super 8 by Wyndham Laramie

Rundown, bathroom had urine on side of toilet,threshold into bathroom was a piece of cardboard held in place by painter’s tape, stretches of floor to wall trim missing, door to outside at end of hall could not be closed, let alone locked. Breakfast was basically non-existent. Can’t believe Wyndham would put their name on this place.

Property is old needs remodeling pretty bad. Breakfast is limited to waffles and cold cereal no juice... staff is friendly and plenty of parking is available

Great for parking a truck and trailer. The hotel room craftsmanship was lacking.

Average at best. Washing machine broken. Buttons to adjust room air conditioner broken. Room was clean. Breakfast choices very very limited. Overall not worth what they charged.

This place has clearly had so many remodels stopped and started it’s hard to tell where one phase starts and the other begins. How do you start painting a wall in a room and just stop. Privacy throw on inside of door busted off. Air conditioner taped together. Etc. I wish the owners luck.

The staff was very helpful and kind. However, my initial room was under construction, so i got a different one. The room I ended up with had a nice bedroom area, but the bathroom was outdated and gross - black stains, dripping spout, toilet wouldn't flush at first until I took off the tank cover and got it to start filling, the sink faucets only would shut off if they were in a perfect position. I did not end up taking a shower as a result of the issues. Also, the room was extremely cold. The heat had not been on at all before I arrived. And the wall heater was not sufficient - kept heating for 15 seconds, then it turned to cold air, back and forth. So, at midnight I still had not fallen asleep because it was so cold in there (50's) Plus, the "comforter" was not much of anything. When I went to the front desk, the person there was very helpful and was able to bring me an additional heater for the room, which eventually did get it heated up. The breakfast was very poor. It was not much of anything. Waffle station and oatmeal, but the overall feel of the hotel was dirty, so I did not even want to mess with the food. Just overall, it seems they are working to remodel some rooms, but had only done half of my room. The hallways had old, wore out carpet and many of the rooms doors were latched slightly open. I found an outside side door that was just there open - at it would not close until I pushed really hard to get it shut. It did not feel like a safe place.

This is a very "sub-par" hotel. Security was a big issue. The room door was a very loose fit and it could be moved easily with all locks in place. Propped chair under handle as best would fit. Room was below ground level so window was knee high from outside. Window could not be locked closed and had to improvise a lock to keep window from being opened. The (floating) laminate flooring moved as you walked on it and the joints were a "loose fit". I actually had my shoe sole catch in a joint. The bath tub grouting was moldy around the faucet and wall tile (photos). It was late and I was tired so we just "made the best of it". I do not recommend this hotel and I will NEVER stop here again.

Outside was like a dump - trash everywhere

We did not stay at this super 8. When we walked inside it seemed dirty with a bad odor and still under construction. The outside the lawn was not mowed and trash on the ground,

This place was filthy. We asked for service in our room and never got it. We were suppose to be there from Thursday-Sunday, we left Saturday and decided we would just let the money go for our last night it wasn't worth it to stay. We will never stay there again!!

Mold in the room around the faucets and on the ceiling - looks dangerous. The curtain in the room was even moldy it was disgusting. The smell when u walk in the door on the side entrance was super unpleasant and lingering. I don’t know what that is but should be looked at immediately. The full breakfast was hot twa waffles and cereal - just very misleading when you say full breakfast. The attendant was very nice. But that was the only pleasantry. The room was just very messed up and for that price I could have stayed somwhere nicer. Won’t be staying at a super 8 ever again

The rooms were filthy. They hadn’t washed the sheets, just made the bed. It was missing bulbs, outlets did not work, bathroom had an abundance of mold. It had a nice parking lot and the gentleman at the check in counter was very nice.

This motel is poorly kept, in terrible condition, and located in an industrial area. In all my years of travel it was the worst lodging ever! As you can see from the photos, the floor was uneven and buckling up, the floor had stains on it, there areas where wall painting had been started and not finished, and the shower/tub was poorly sealed and finished.

Hotel was dirty smelled wet bath room was in very poor condition!!!!!! Air conditioner turned off and on all night long

Needs maintenance badly. Carpet stains, caulking in the bathroom is pulling away, mold in tub/shower.

It was so dirty! I put on clean socks & walked from the bathroom to the bed on the laminent floor & the bottom of my socks were black & had short black hair all over them. Plus there was hair on the tub & toilet paper on the floor by the toilet when we walked it. Very gross & will never stay here again. Do not recommend.

Our stay was pleasant but the rooms are in definite need of repair. The faucet in the bathroom would turn on and if toy kept turning it would go off and then on again. The tub faucet for hit water was backwards. Also the wire moulding was put in incorrectly so you could see the wires. The people though were very nice and the room was comfortable. We appreciate that we can bring our dog, who is large.

The entry lobby and registration were dirty. In our room the faucet on the sink had no knob on the hot water and the toilet leaked. The heating and cooling unit was very noisy and the fan speed couldn't be adjusted. It was full blast or nothing.

The room was clean and everything worked, but there were a number of things that need attention. In particular there was baseboard coving that was detached, no stopper in the sink, and the shower was quite short.

The floor in our room was very sticky so they gave us a different room. It was ok, but two of the three lights didn’t work, and the tv updated all evening and never worked. The coffee in the room tasted old. The breakfast was ok but would have been nice if there was something to drink other than coffee Way over priced for the value

Cost was out of line for the services. Room had sloppy 'upgrades' - white paint splatter on brown walls, bathroom light fixture not secure, bed headboard not attached securely to wall and leaking bathroom faucet. Tv had no instructions but 2 remotes ?! Breakfast had no proteins (eggs, sausage, etc.), no juice or fresh fruit and the coffee was chewy (coffee grounds in it). 2 other guests took one look at the slim offerings and walked away.

Beds were lumpy, shower drain didnt drain well and I hate being ankle deep in shower water. No coffee in the evening and room wasnt that clean! Won't be staying there again.

3 remotes, 2 for the tv dont work. Cant call the front desk, no phone service. The faucets have to be turned just right to shut off, too far and water comes on. The faucet in the tub doesnt shut off all of the way. When the water first came out of the faucet it was brown. Ugh!

Rooms need fixing up. Old plugs that were hard to charge phones at. TV, fridge and AC not working when we got into the room. Got the ac on fast. Attendant got the TV working but had no volume or power control till the next morning. Not enough plugs for fridge. Water pressure bad. Needed alot of work.

Housekeeping did not come in and clean the room and change the linen and make the bed bring fresh towels clean the bathroom. We told the manager who was very rude did not offer any type of compensation for the failure on their part not to provide good service, good housekeeping service

Auditor was not present when I entered, rang bell , used phone to attempt to call. Wasn't extremely late 10:30 pm . 10-15 mins later he came out and checked me in but gave me a key card that wouldn't work in any of the doors.

Front desk not manned, and guests are asked to dial a (broken) phone. Unlabelled power switch and flipping a battery in the remote were required to operate the TV. Wifi password not provided unless specifically asked for for some reason. Room key timed out hours before check-out. Dingy bathroom with a "sighing" (leaking) toilet. Good mini fridge with dedicated top freezer. Spacious enough

Seemed like the man at front desk was doing everything...front desk, cleaning, grounds, repairs. He was really nice and let us change rooms when TV was broken. Truthfully the hotel was better than I thought it would be. Still too expensive at over $200 for a MOtel 8.

It was inconvenient due to road construction on the nearby freeway.

The hotel is located near a truck stop but conveniently located near downtown Laramie. The staff was friendly. A place to sleep after a Wyo Cowboys game.

The management was friendly, and the room was ok. The poor part was the breakfast, no fruit, no butter for the waffle, no juice, no toast or donuts or bagels, no cocoa, and only cherrios for cereal. milk was bad, bur replaced with good milk.

Cold water did not work in shower. Went to breakfast @ 6:30 am - there was one cup of waffle mix available, no coffee, and only bread for toast. No juice, no milk, nothing to drink. We will not stay here again

I honestly wouldnt recommend staying here. The beds were uncomfortable there was a weird scent that more than half of us were allergic to. The breakfast as cereal or a waffle. And I witnessed the milk sitting out all morning til 1230 pm
