Splendid Conference & Spa Resort

We chose this hotel because it offered Expedia Gold perks and we were longing to relax, do some swimming after a lot of cultural tourism. It was perfect for what we wanted! Outdoor pools were too chilly in April but the indoor pools were perfect. A medium sized pool is reserved for adults. The huge pool overlooking the sea is for everyone. We used both - there were almost no children while we were there so it didn't matter. There are also three types of saunas and great showers next to the medium pool that look out towards the gardens & sea. Wonderful. (Bathrobes & slippers are provided in the rooms. Pool/beach towels are provided at the Spa reception.) This is a huge facility: three outdoor pools, two indoor pools, three saunas, spa facilities, several restaurants. Breakfast buffet was wonderfully varied: eggs made as you like to order but really spoiled for choice. Coffee / tea machines but also made to order available at the espresso station. Requesting the Exp Gold upgrade, given a fab room overlooking the sea with exceptional bedding, big deck & big bathroom w/soaker tub. Also brought a bottle of wine! Walked the beautiful coast going south for 40 minutes. AND discovered Google Maps doesn't know there's a seafront walk that starts near the Aquaworld & Iberostar resort which takes 40 min via a beautiful path along the sea (Google Maps tries to lead you along the highway!) Outstanding choice. Easy 8 Euro cab from bus station to resort or back. Def would stay again!

We stayed for 5 nights as a family with one child and had a great experience. The hotel has a private beach, and we really enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful — especially Stafan, who welcomed us warmly at check-in. There was a kids’ club available, but our son preferred spending time in the pool, so we didn’t get to try it. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of choices. Food and drinks could be ordered via QR code by the pool or beach, and the service was fast and efficient. The location was also perfect — just a 6–7 minute taxi ride to Budva city center. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and well-located stay.

Extremely family friendly hotel, tons of kids who just didn't seem to tire out despite the kids world, pool and beach. Entertainment all day long, from yoga to pool aerobics to bands. Staff was out power washing pool deck nightly, and scrubbing outdoor restaurant floor every morning. Best breakfast buffet in Europe. Didn't eat at the hotel in the evenings as options abound down the boardwark which runs right in front of hotel. Take the short walk to the point for sunset, its spectacular!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, private beach, swimming pools, and a well-organized entertainment program. We really enjoyed it.

Hallo, Das Hotel ist soweit in Ordnung und der Strand ist in der Nähe. Das Meer war sauber. Das Bett war gross und angenehm. Die Zimmer wurden nicht immer richtig gereinigt. Die Gardinen hingen runter und es wurde nicht repariert. Das Essen im Frühstück war eintönig. Der Kaffee hat nicht geschmeckt. Das Essen in den hoteleigenen Restaurant war teuer und schmeckte nicht. Kaum Speisen für Vegetarier. Es gab gar keine Veranstaltungen und in der Umgebung gabs auch nicht viel zu tun. Das Personal war nett, aber allgemein sind die Menschen eher reserviert und lächeln kaum. Wer nur im Hotel bleiben will und nur am Strand sich ausruhen will, ist das Hotel zu empfehlen. Our party of seven spent 4 nights from 4th - 8th April 2023 at this luxurious and scenic hotel and enjoyed every minutes of our stay from the cleanliness of the rooms and amenities to very friendly, professional and easy to talk to and always willing to help members of staff. We enjoyed every facilities within the hotel and we will like to thank the management and staff of the hotel for making our stay a wonderful one. We will surely be back.

The hotel deserves 3 star maximum. Food choises are mediocre. Staff in restaurants is non existent. In general, only reception was helpfull. Even housekeeping was not up to par. I will never return! Wasted money for sure

Smoke smell on the family room, they mentioned that they will change our room the day after we came, the sent some clean lady to spray something the reduce the smell, they returned to us only after 3 nights when it was not relevant, During morning swimming again some service guy stopped me and asked me to leave as the pool is not open, of course no such sign told that, The view from the room was amazing to the beach, the breakfast was good as well.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, private beach, swimming pools, and a well-organized entertainment program. We really enjoyed it.

The pool and beach areas were lovely, clean and well-kept. The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice balcony and a beautiful view. There were several dining options but breakfast was a bit chaotic and there was no table service. We were not very impressed with the off-site restaurant recommendation from the concierge.

Great one night stay for our family. It was March so outdoor amenities were closed but we loved the indoor pool. The room was clean and spacious, with a pull out couch for our son. The beds were extremely comfortable and even though our room didn’t face directly onto the sea, we could hear the waves from our balcony. Wish we would have had more than one night!

Zeer groot hotel met prachtig zwembad. Ideaal voor kinderen. Soms wat een nadeel, want zeer veel lawaai en gegil van kinderen. Heel proper en net, eten is lekker. Ontbijtzaal erg ongezellig, en veel lawaai. Eten in promenada erg lekker. Wij hadden een welness suite, erg ruim zn mooi, prachtige badkamer, zicht vanop terras minder mooi, want geblokkeerd door gebouw dat ervoor lag. Prijzen zijn behoorlijk duur, bij elk drankje of eten betaal je nog 10% service kosten. Al bij al zeer goed hotel, maar voor ons te prijzig voor wat het is (4 nachten welness suite met ontbijt, eten en drinken middag en avond en tussendoor zan zwembad: 5000€ voor 4 personen)

Checked in and was given a room that was occupied (walked in on somebody else’s belongings). This was quickly rectified and we were upgraded to a family suite. Nice and spacious but no bed made up for our daughter, not enough towels, a shower that scolded you because the taps needed fixing, safe didn’t work & it was our wedding anniversary (informed hotel before) and nothing was sent to our room. Only there 5 nights so didn’t want to change rooms again as we’d already changed once. Staff are polite&helpful but just feel for a five star they should have been more aware and up on problems in the rooms. Great chef at the pool bar and excellent pizzas 👌. Nice break and didn’t let a few issues ruin such a beautiful country.

Upon arrival, I was given a room of lower quality than what I had booked and paid for. Only after insisting was I moved to a premium room as originally reserved. Unfortunately, the new room had a persistent drainage problem in the shower. Although a technician was sent, the issue was not resolved, and I had to spend four nights with a flooded shower. Multiple complaints to the front desk were ignored. I expect a formal response and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience.

Compared to the price, we were not super impressed. Hard to find our way around the hotel, and it was outdated. BUt the service and cleaning was fine.

Very quick and professional check in and checkout. Also bell boys were friendly. The room was very big and comfortable. Breakfast has many international fresh food. All casino workers were also very good. Definitely recommended.

Gold tag vagyok, de sajnos nem kaptam meg az ajándék üveg bort és a jobb szobát sem kínálta fel a személyzet nekem ahogy elvárható lett volna, pedig nem volt teltház a szállodában. Négyen utaztunk, de csak 2 főnek volt a szoba elkészítve, mikor ezt szóvá tettem, utána is csak a hiányzó 2 köntöst pótolták. A szálloda szép helyen van, a reggeli kitűnő.

Sehr gute Lage, schöne Lage am Strand, grosszügige Pool-Anlage. Grosses Frühstücks-Buffet mit Sekt am Wochenende. Fruchtsäfte sind jedoch nicht gut, sollten in 5 Sterne-Hotel jedoch frisch gepresst sein. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, war jedoch so wie wir es in den anderen Hotels im Land angetroffen haben.

Fantastisk fin beliggenhet, nydelig strand, basseng og uteområde. Rommet var fint og personalet veldig behjelpelige. Frokosten var bra, men veldig dårlig utvalg for veganere. Middagene hotellets restauranter kunne tilby var ikke mye å skryte av.

Overall a great stay. Pool is excellent as is the beach. Staff is friendly, and morning buffet is very good, although very busy as was the pool. No complaints.

Excellent hotel with professional and courteous staff. The breakfast is excellent and the hotel restaurant on the beach is also very good but expensive. It is jarring to distinguish from other hotels in the world. This hotel requires that every cup of coffee be prepared in the room for a very expensive fee, which is a shame.
