Excelente hotel no centro de Antuérpia perto da estação central de comboios. Serviço exemplar no bar e restaurante com várias opções. Piscina interior muito agradável e ampla. Caso volte a Antuéria é o local a ficar.

I really really liked my stay here. The hotel was very beautiful and the breakfast was wonderful and so good! The only reason I’m not giving it a 5 star review on the service for the people who worked there, is because when a mistake was done at the evening shift, they weren’t too helpful or apologetic about the mistake. It was fixed up when the morning/dayshift came in. They were very nice, apologetic and helpful. So I would love to come back again.

Breakfast was excellent: wide selection amd fresh. Staff were generally friendly. The room was clean but housekeeping are a whole different story. They need to up the cleaning standard. For example, when making the bed and there are used towels left in the bed, the bed will be made with the towels inside! The housekeeping staff could not communicate with us as they were non-English speaking. We were stayed a whole week.

Rent og stort rom. Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Bassengområdet hadde slitte og skitne garderober.

Personnel très sympathique et professionnel. Hall de l’hôtel, bar et spa magnifiques. La chambre est très spacieuse et très propre. L’hôtel propose le parking intérieur pour 35€. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel dans lequel je séjournerai à nouveau
