Hotel Golden Dragon

Staff was great. I booked for a non smoking room but the room they gave me smells like someone was smoking but they moved me to a different room with no questions asked.

Very good hotel

I never got there because of the typhoon shut down all transportation from Hong Kong to Macau on that day. I called the hotel and they said they will refund the money but I need to call Expedia. So I call Expedia and get to talk to this on line robot and I was told Expedia will get back to me. Never heard back. So it’s not about the hotel. The rating applies to Expedia. Expedia please reply back to me. Thanks.
